It has a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a south-facing loggia with a magnificent view.The high standard includes controlled ventilation of the rooms and internet access with fibre optic technology. The barrier-free flat is easily accessible by lift from the parking space in the carport. The flat also has a large storage room (e.g. for sports equipment). A separate hobby and sports room is available for fun and games.And all this is included in the price.
