"Abbiamo davvero goduto il soggiorno in questo hotel perché ha tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno - microonde, piastrelle, utensili e toaletta è spazioso. La ricezione ci ha anche dato il benvenuto brownies! E' cosi' bello di loro. Una cosa è - sarebbe fantastico se c'è un plug sotto il desktop. Non c'è un plug intorno, quindi devo andare intorno per il caricamento. Forse può risolvere con estensione plug, non è un biggy! E 'stato camminando a pack n salvare, abbiamo fatto questo! E vicino al giardino botanico :)"

"It is what a motel supposed to be. Clean. Sufficient amenities. Insulation is good, so it will not get cold in the morning. Best thing is they provide specific parking for the room. Free summore. Highly recommended!"

"What a fantastic find! The West Fitzroy Apartments are in a nice quiet area of Christchurch within an easy walk of the Botanical Gardens, New Regent Street and the Christchurch city centre in general. The Quake Centre and the Christchurch Tram stop are right across the road. Our 2 bedroom family apartment was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Unlike most hotels, our apartment was brightly lit and the kitchen was equipped a combination oven/microwave, a stove top, a dishwasher, a nice big fridge, and every conceivable utensil (I've never seen such a variety of utensils provided in any other serviced apartment I've stayed in). Although there's only one air conditioning unit in the living area, it was enough to keep the whole apartment comfortably warm. Fans were provided in each bedroom to aid with air circulation, but as it was winter we didn't need to use them. Plenty of storage space in each room was provided for all your stuff. Our apartment was on the third floor, which meant easy and direct access to the secure car park (without having to go up or down), and every apartment has its own allocated space. Unfortunately that level of the car park was the top level, which meant a frosted up car in the morning, but that's easily resolved with a bit of (cold) water. Checkout procedure is easy and reasonable - take out the trash and put it in the bins downstairs, and drop the keycards off in the key return box behind reception if they aren't open when you check out. We would not hesitate to book accommodation here again the next time we are in Christchurch. Thank you West Fitzroy Apartments!"

"The room was lovely, everything was clean and fresh. Bed was large and very comfortable with extra bedding if needed. Bathroom was clean and had washing machine and dryer in . If I had to find fault the only thing was the lovely big window had a pattern on which ment you couldn’t see the view of the river. Would definitely stop again"

"Mia moglie, Judith, si trovava nel Quest, un hotel che non avevamo mai visto prima, e ho avuto l'opportunità di aiutarla a risiedere lì prima che mi servisse altrove. Mi sono molto colpita dalla pulizia, dal servizio e dalle strutture straordinarie che sono state fornite, anche a livello di lavapolvere per la lavatrice e asciugatrice. L'hotel è stato un hotel a prezzi ragionevoli, con un servizio standard, una pulizia e un'installazione."

The location was perfect located in the town, making it easy to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet still in a quiet and peaceful area. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The hosts were also amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to offer helpful tips about the area. Their hospitality really made a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
