這次入住的是長白山景區裏唯一的一家酒店，是長白山高原冰雪訓練基地的配套服務單位，在這裏還能遇到集訓的專業滑雪運動員。 酒店在長白山北坡中腰的位置，也是兩個景點羣的樞紐中心位置，出了酒店就是景區的接駁車，非常方便快捷。 我們預訂酒店後，就和酒店保持密切聯繫，還沒到長白山，已經提前得到了交通、飲食、景點、環境的詳盡介紹。 從我們把自駕車停放在山下的社會停車場裏，和辦理退房後，酒店都安排了專車來接送，很是周到。 房間很乾凈，前台、保潔、餐廳都禮貌。 尤其要特別感謝長白山小怪獸的熱情服務，讓我們深深感受了東北人民的好客和親切。

I was very Impressed and overwhelmed by the Service and the friendly hospitality of this place. I was picked up by staff at the train Station, welcomed with a warm cookie, and a Snack in a beautiful bag. Dinner was great, breakfast delicious. Rainy helfen us with the app to book Tickets for the Changbaishan and never tired to answer questions. Particularly wonderful were the Hot springs, relaxen and soothing. I will most definitiv return! È stata una bella casa degli ospiti, recentemente completata con attrezzature di alta tecnologia. Tutti i locali sono unici. L'ambiente è anche bello e molto vicino all'ingresso del Parco Nazionale Changbaishan. Il proprietario è molto amichevole e utile con tutti gli aspetti di visitare Changbaishan e luoghi vicini. E' stato molto sfortunato che durante la prima notte non ci fosse stato alcun approvvigionamento d'acqua, a causa del lavoro di riparazione dell'acqua nelle vicinanze, ma poi un tubo sul sito si spezza il giorno dopo e non abbiamo scelta se non di lasciare. Non è stata colpa della stanza. Altrimenti è un posto molto buono per rimanere.

首先是接送服務:因入住前忙沒加上微信，出行那天又在高鐵睡著了，出站才聯繫酒店接送，酒店很快就安排司機接送了。 其次酒店設施比較新，房間又大又乾淨，供暖充足，都不用蓋被子睡覺了。 酒店前台服務員很熱情，我們出門忘記拔房卡，也很快就幫我重新開門。 最後是地理位置，離北坡集散中心近，走路過去就幾分鐘，酒店對面又可以免費拍雪人。天氣原因全面封山，衹能在附近玩，酒店走去雪絨花也近，一公里不到。

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

酒店有接站服務，提前預約，有司機到長白山火車站接站，大約10分鐘的路程就到了。酒店位置也挺好，可以步行至雲頂市集，馬路對面走3-5分鐘就是雪絨花樂園和馴鹿園。走十幾分鍾就到秋沙鴨公園，也就是雲頂天宮的入口處。十分方便。房間不大，但都上了智能化。床鋪不軟，挺好的。馬桶是自動沖水的。有健身房和洗衣房。好像晚上9點後有免費的粥，但我們沒去吃。前台服務挺熱情，從外面回來，會送上熱的礦泉水。唯一提意見的是早餐廳，人多沒位置坐，清理收拾盤子不太及時。品種不太多，且因為小，擺的東西量不多，9點多去吃，很多都沒了，補充菜品沒那麼快。
