My family enjoyed a wonderful trip here. The hotel provide superior service for us, especially for our kids. Their butler service is also exceptional, made us having a smooth trip, even the bad weather condition cause the park closed, they still provide many activities for us to keep our kids happy all the time. The hot spring here comes with plenty choices, good for both little ones and adults. Overall, we loved our stay here and really recommend to anyone who might interest visit the Mountain Changbai.

Very good service from the butler. Helpful crew that help us to find my father in law’s bag that left in the lobby bar. Very nice breakfast with variety choices. Room was big and cozy. Like the little pet zoo at the hotel.

This is my 1 st time in China and Changbaishan. I make correct decision to choose this hotel not just global brand facilities of hotel are all goods but all stuff have good service mind for foreigner not just only chinese's client. thank You Clever Chen and GSM staff to handle me with the good moment in Changbaishan not even service in their hotel ( hot spring, very nice, cute pet for kids) but to help booking ticket/ find lost mobile phone. i would like to suggest if you do not sure international hotel choice for foreigner....Crowne Plaza Changbaishan is good choice.

The hotel is a great place to stay en enjoy although if you are looking for place to have different and cheap options on food, the area is not convenient

Very family-friendly hotel, great and supportive staff, clean and good service. Offers a lot for children, playgrounds, animals, hot springs. Convenient access to heaven lake and other sights of the National park/ Changbai Mountain area.

I can only warmly recommend the hotel. The entrance to the Changbaishan National Park starts almost in front of the door. The hotel organised all our trips in a very professional way. The service was particularly nice, friendly and kind. I especially want to thank the stuff !! Everyone!!! was always helpful to us. That made our stay particularly pleasant. The breakfast choice was wide ranged and delicious. And the barkeeper in the Vulcano bar knows his business.
