Mercure Changbai Mountain North

The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

The location isn’t the closest to the attractions unless you have a driver, but aside from that, everything else was absolutely fantastic! As a total clean freak, I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness, it was spotless! The service and facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable. 长白山 was the first stop of our trip, and it has definitely set the bar high for the rest of our journey!

前台接待，還有一個大叔，不知道是禮賓還是安保，服務特別特別好，選擇這家酒店是我這趟獨自旅行很不錯的決定，長白山不僅風景好，這裏的人也很好，不管是酒店服務人員，網約車師傅，景區工作人員都讓人感覺特別温暖和專業!很開心！很開心！超級開心！（重要的事情要説三遍）

選擇美居酒店從來沒有失望過，法式裝修風格很喜歡，特別是長白山這家 服務就更是完美了，有求必應，想辦法為客人提供幫助，我上午 11點多 感覺胃不舒服，問前台能不能給我送碗粥，幾分鐘機器人就送來了熱粥。訂房時我沒看清標註衹是接站的，和前台預約送站，前台積極幫聯繫經理，提供了送站服務。早餐也很豐盛，還提供延邊特色菜品…好評推薦！！

服務：突然想起來評價了，為啥不給服務打高分，甚至打低分，不是因為酒店前台或者保潔的阿姨原因，而是因為他接站的人態度非常差，大部分來長白山旅遊的人那肯定就是第一次來啊，下了車站或者飛機以後，第一個見面的人肯定就是這個接站的人，那他的服務態度至關重要，關乎遊客對酒店的第一印象，乃至遊客對長白山的第一印象，我下了高鐵以後，他們就給我打電話，讓我怎麼怎麼走，我**一個第一次來的人，我哪知道怎麼走，我倆溝通完掛了電話以後我就往出走，結果有點迷路，我一直心平氣和和司機溝通，但是司機素質極低，説了幾句開始大聲吼叫，到最後急了開始罵我了，找到她以後我一直説不好意思不好意思，我第一次來我不認路，抱歉抱歉，司機一直抱怨，得理不饒人，説你快點上車吧之類的，等上車時候又説：“你可真是個**”（原話），我剛下車就被這樣罵，那我要你接站意義何在，我不如花十幾塊錢打車呢，還有接站的車，就是個普普通通的豐田，坐的不舒服還要聽司機**叨，我後來長記性了，不管是去長白山還是從長白山回酒店，都是用那的官方打車軟件，司機都穿的西服，車全是紅旗，坐的舒服服務態度也好，對比之下真的顯得酒店的服務捉襟見肘，本來還挺期待的，沒想到會這樣。順便一提，酒店早飯挺好吃的，視野也不錯，前台也很有禮貌，長白山很好玩很出片，每個景點都挺有特色，就是去的時候雪下太大了，很多地方沒看着，大家記得提前看天氣，去公眾號和短視頻那提前看長白山情況，雖然長白山天氣比較多變難猜。

比較好，唯一的問題就是陽台門衹能常開或常鎖，如果不讓工作人員用鑰匙鎖上的話外面是可以打開的，比較危險（我們住一樓）。
