I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections.
Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference.
Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

UUtente anonimoOur stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views.
The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter!
With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

Il proprietario, il signor Feng, e il suo personale, soprattutto il signor Xia, insieme al resto della squadra, sono pietre, sono estremamente utili, e la loro intenzione di aiutare gli ospiti è vera, forniscono sostegno con un sorriso e non mostrano mai alcuna riluttanza. I loro sforzi hanno reso la nostra permanenza confortevole e memorabile.
4. Assistenza e accordi
Il signor Feng e il suo personale sono andati sopra e oltre per rendere il nostro viaggio insonnito, hanno organizzato il trasporto a Xue Li Mountain e ci hanno aiutato ad acquistare biglietti a un prezzo ragionevole. Il signor Feng ci accompagnò ad un ristorante per presentarci a un nuovo piatto, che è stato un'esperienza piacevole.Il giorno dopo, il signor Xia ci ha aiutato a comprare biglietti per la montagna di Changbai (Cielo Lake). Ha anche assicurato che ci fossero lasciati alla stazione di autobus e poi ci fossero raccolti, rendendo il processo completamente senza problemi.
5. Ciao.
Questo hotel ha un posto speciale nel nostro cuore, e al nostro partenza ci hanno lasciati alla stazione ferroviaria, prima di mattina, e il signor Feng si è unito per dire addio, che ci ha toccati profondamente.

La loro ospitezia ha confermato la nostra fede nell'umanità. La gentilezza, la cura e gli sforzi autentici del signor Feng e del suo team hanno reso questo soggiorno inoltrabile. Amore e gratitudine a tutti loro!

My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort.
1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal.
2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins
Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins
Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river
3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang.
4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍
Thank you hotel boss for everything.

FFangkuaierLa stanza era molto pulita, il sapore dei bagni era molto buono, e l'ho portata via, e poi l'ho usata a Wanda.
L'hotel è molto vicino al fiore di neve. È anche conveniente andare dal fiore di neve al punto di concentramento della zona panoramica nord. È anche conveniente tornare dall'uno dei mercati di neve.
Il personale di servizio della ricetta è buono e ci aiuta a risolvere alcuni problemi.
La stazione di trasporto dell'hotel è molto conveniente. Dopo che si può andare a Vanda, si può prendere un autobus diretto alla stazione di Changbai Mountain.
C'è un piccolo supermercato sotto l'hotel. Il pane di iodio a 5 yuan è molto buono. Il panino e le zanzare sono tutti 5 yuan. Il gelato sul lato della strada può anche mangiare un po'di più. Sono due volte il prezzo nella zona di Vanda.

UUtente anonimoIl cameriere è molto entusiasta e la telefonata alla reception sarà entusiasta.Il nuovo hotel, le strutture non hanno problemi, le cose sono nuove, e si trovano a sette o otto minuti dal centro di decentramento della Poia del Nord.Ma i prodotti di buffet dell'hotel possono essere aggiornati, i frutti sono troppo acidi. Il nuovo mobilio della stanza ha un po'di sapore, si consiglia di ventilare in tempo.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!
