È stato un buon soggiorno con Bosay Resortt, anche se alcune altre strutture erano in fase di rinnovamento, ma è davvero comprensibile perché stanno preparando per l'estate prossima. Tutti i dipendenti erano grandi e amichevole molto accogliente il colazione era grande la stanza molto vecchia ma ancora buona

È stata una sgradevole esperienza dall’iscrizione fino a quando siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza. I ragazzi che ci hanno ospitati dalla ricezione non hanno fatto un buon check-in per noi. Li ho chiesto una password wifi e mi sono detto che mi avrei collegato quando sono arrivato nella stanza. Quando sono arrivato in camera, non è stata trovata alcuna password wifi, la TV non funzionava, e non mi hanno dato il mio riconoscimento. In quel momento ero già estremamente stanca. Ho avuto 4 persone che venivano e andavano a cercare di riparare il wifi e la TV, ma non riuscivano. Ho finalmente suggerito di cambiare le stanze 🤦🏻‍♀️ E ho aspettato ancora più. È stata una tale esperienza insoddisfacente, il personale che ci ha accolti era estremamente poco professionale. Tuttavia, vorrei apprezzare solo 2 persone, cioè la signorina Melissa e Sir Jeric. Erano gli unici a gestire la situazione professionalemente e a compiere le carenze degli altri. Anche se mi arrabbiavo, erano gli unici a fare qualcosa di diverso da dire “Scusa”. Così i grandi Kudos e i grandi ringraziamenti!

We stayed at Luljetta Garden Suites during the Holy week to recharge. Ou comments are these. Our voucher states our reservation date is April 7-9. Upon arriving, the front desk girl said, we should have checked in April 6-HOW INCONSISTENT! We were able to check-in at 3pm. Waiting time took so long as room is still being prepared.-WHAAAT? After doing reservations a month before. The porter man led us into our room and just carried one luggage. He showed us our room and left. Later, my luggage with all my gadgets, we discovered was left outside the room.-HOW INCOMPETENT RESORT PERSONNEL THIS IS, WHAT IF SOMEBODY GOT IT. There are many published types of body massage in their website, but only one type is available. So, we just have to contend with what is only available. You can not even choose the date and time you want to have it. You have to be the one to adjust. And the massage time did not start on the agreed time. Again, only one type of facial was available, so we have to contend to what’s available and agree to the date and time its available. The front desk is not too keen. I wanted a foot spa with herbal but she recorded just a plain foot spa which caused misunderstanding before the foot spa. There is no direct line to the front desk. They rarely respond to text, so you need to use your cel load to make a call, and it cost me a lot of my cel load. Upon check-in, the front desk took a photo of our senior citizen ID, knowing that when we eat in their restaurants, we will be given SC discount right away. But, upon check out, the lady from the restaurant said, we should have informed them.-HOW UNORGANIZED THIS RESORT IS? We wanted a tour of the Loreland Farms and Hanging Garden Spa from the Luljetta Garden Suites. The driver of the golf cart initially agreed that he can show us around. We just have to go back to him at 6pm. But, when we all came at his post at 6pm, a resort personnel said, we can not do it as its 6pm, its closed. When we saw the driver, he pretended to be very busy then.-HOW UNRELIABLE THIS PERSONNEL ARE. We were staying in high end suites but we were off limits to the sauna and jacuzzi.

Vorrei solo che il loro ristorante avesse servizio in camera per poterci consegnare il cibo alla nostra villa affittato. La scena della natura è così meravigliosa. La privacy della piscina è meravigliosa, ma le mini cadute nel jacuzzi/pool non funzionano più, spero che la riparano presto. Siamo anche molto felici che hanno ospitato il nostro cane. Ci siamo divertiti a cucinare la barbecue e le mazze tostate! Siamo anche fortunati che il tempo sia stato perfetto da quando siamo arrivati fino a quando siamo partiti.Nota: La TV non ha porta USB :(. Spero che torniamo presto!
