Corri Corri Corri da questo posto! Sporco sporco, !!! I muri erano segnati e buchi! Lampade piene di insetti morti, mosche morte sul pavimento, macchie di urina sulla coperta! Potrei continuare merita uno 0 ma non un'opzione! Quella notte ci hanno spostato in un'altra stanza, era un po' più pulita ma comunque pessima! Informato NESSUN RIMBORSO!

It was mediocre and could have had better service

Service is okay, haven't tried the food but they neglected to tell me that there's no soap at the hotel before I purchase my room

Worst place ever everything was dirty. I would not let my dog stay here. I immediately left as soon as I walked in the room and saw the filth I was supposed to sleep in. No thanks.The front desk guy repeatedly advised us not to smoke in the room I mean repeatedly I guessed we fit a certain stereotype. The parking lot was full of cars coming and going and tweakers. I was denied a refund and told I would never be aloud to stay at their hotel again lol my pleasure. The place is a dump period. Customer service was terrible. If -5 was a rating I would pick it.

Rooms were dirty and looked very old fashioned toilet seat was broken, floor was sticky my shoes would stick to the floor. Just bad, do not recommend. We booked 7 rooms and all had issues.

Check in 3/8/24 by a not friendly clerk. Never smiled. Never acknowledged us! Smelled weeds all over the place. Bathtub has molds! Haven’t seen a bedskirt that dirty! Drawers were broker! AC barely working. Pay a little extra more to get another place to stay maybe to another nearby city! So disappointing:( I’ll never coming back here again! At least, they have free breakfast! (Coffee, apple juice, OJ, milk, Frosted Flakes & very limited pastries. Water pressure in the shower is great!

Hotel was good one problem I had to pay direct to the hotel because according to the hotel clerk you(Xpedia)took the money from the reservation’s back so he had to call you guys to fixed the problem you cost.not happy with With Xperia?

Poor excuse for a continental breakfast. Had coffee, a few slices of bread with nothing to put on it. Remnants of cold cereal, but no milk. Really a joke. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise "breakfast included with your stay"

This was my first time using this service, so I was uncertain about many things, and I had lots of questions because i did not want to ever forget this day. The staff there was very attentive in reassuring me that all will go well for me, and it sure did. I appreciate each and every person that worked there.
