Come da trend Relais & Chateaux, l'hotel è molto piccolo e raccolto. Scelto per la posizione appartata e la spiaggia privata molto curata. Il personale della stessa preciso e cordiale. In reception oltre alla Gent.ma Sig.ra Camilla, non riscontrato molto altro calore. Al ck-out neppure un semplice buon viaggio. L'unico addetto del valet parking, nonchè luggage, molto disponibile. Scelto una Privilege Room ampia ed ariosa, con un letto king-size confortevole, la cabina armadio agevole all'ingresso. Mentre il bagno con un unico lavabo molto piccolo e nessun ripiano disponibile. Grande doccia e vasca, che personalmente eliminerei per un maggior respiro alla stanza da bagno, peraltro ormai in disuso. Pochissimi amenities, non di pregio e neppure ripristinati. Il frigo bar con solo 2 bottigliette d'acqua ed anche in questo caso non reintegrate. La couverture serale, senza nessuna sorpresa o dolcetto sul cuscino. La piccola colazione è servita nel ristorante che alla sera diventa lo stellato. Anche se ben precisato che si tratta di continentale, ed è conforme alle mie abitudini alimentari, in un 5^stelle mai evidenziato tale esiguità di vivande. Non riesco ad esprimere un giudizio completamente positivo, perchè non ho avvertito un senso di esclusività e servizio al top. Mentre da un 5 stelle, l'eccellenza deve essere presente a 360°. Molto personale in ogni settore, da una colazione degna del proprio nome, e da tutti i servizi/coccole che latitano sotto qualche aspetto.

Albergo carino e in ottima location, però gli anni si sentono e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata soprattutto con architetture di interni che lo datano e non gli fanno onore. Inaccettabile la camera sporca e con odore persistente di muffa, il giardino non disinfestato dalle zanzare o il ristorante dove non si cambiano le posate tra l’antipasto e il primo. Non è una questione di stelle anche se averne tante e con tariffe superiori ai 600 euro, stride ancor di più. Avere tanta domanda e l’hotel pieno non legittima tutto ciò tanto più se si fa parte di Relais e Château. Niente da dire sul personale, disponibile e gentile.

A remarkable getaway! Top notch service, wonderful food, and superior room comfort. We walked in town, took advantage of the hotel’s electric bikes, and hiked the magnificent coastline. The hotel’s private beach is serene and staff are superb.

I have never written a review on Tripadvisor having not actually stayed at the hotel. In fact I have never written any review, which perhaps expresses my feelings about this hotel. Three weeks ago I booked a room for two nights as a pre university trip with my daughter. On the same day I emailed the hotel to ask if they could reserve tables at both restaurants and space at the beach club. Two weeks went by in silence, by which time even microsoft outlook was reminding me there had been no reply! I finally get an impersonal email from the reception confirming neither restaurant reservations but informing me that on one of our days at the hotel the entire beach facilities would be closed due to a private event and unavailable to guests. The name of this hotel has ‘beach’ in it - why else would I book it? I have within the last 20 minutes asked to cancel and for a full refund. I do not at all take issue with the fact the hotel has private events, but to neither reply to my emails, or fail to let me know about a lack of beach until three days before my arrival is unforgivable. I would advise anyone to give this hotel a miss and instead stay at the Hotel du Couvent in Old Nice - I’m arriving there tonight but the service and level of attention they have already exhibited before my arrival is in stark contrast to this hotel.

What a lovely experience. Hotel has a relaxed but luxe vibe. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, we had a lovely terrace with a view of the gardens. The restaurants were spectacular. We had dinner at Les Pêcheurs as well as Baba and both were delightful. Great atmosphere (both restaurants overlook the Med) and fantastic food. The beach club is just perfect and a wonderful way to spend lazy afternoons in the sunshine. The staff is highly professional, polite, attentive - all the adjectives. I would return in a heartbeat!

We went twice to the beach club in the same week. The place is beautiful and clean. The restaurant is amazing - all the dishes we ordered were very tasty. But the service was extremely slow. Beach service was nice. But the lifeguard kept telling me he wouldn’t watch my children by the pool because it was not his responsibility. Most of my kids know how to swim and one was wearing a vest. I checked on them every few minutes but he insisted they couldn’t stay in the pool and that’s the reason why I didn’t go back. If the beach club is going to charge Cannes prices at least hire a decent lifeguard who is not making you run away. The pool is oily and dirty no filtration system. Stand up shower drain is always clogged. I wouldn’t go back. Too expensive.

If at any moment the water appeared oily, it was likely due to excessive use of sunscreen or tanning products by a guest entering the pool without prior rinsing. We will remind our team to check and clean the drains more frequently throughout the day to avoid such inconveniences. Service is terrible. Extremely overpriced. Book in du Cap Eden Roc if you plan to stay in Antibes or better to stay in Cannes.

We went as guests for a drink at the beach bar - very expensive and we were not treated well. As a five-star hotel, we would expect a better level of service. Today we went to the Negresco, again as non-residents. The drinks were the same price, but with polite and diligent care taken to ensure we felt welcomed and special.

I visited this hotel for a week with my wife on our honeymoon. The hotel is GREAT, the staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for a couples getaway. We had a truly incredible time. The three stars is due to the fact we had NO hot water for the entire duration of our trip. Each day, we (along with several other couples we spoke with), would ask the front desk when we could expect hot water. Each day, the staff would basically shrug and say they didn't know. For the entire week, if we wanted to shower, we had to take an ice cold shower. We specifically rented a suite so we had a tub, which we obviously couldn't use due to the no hot water. The biggest surprise was that the staff did nothing to acknowledge it. Toss a bottle of wine in the room? Give a gift card to the restaurant? Literally ANYTHING to make up for the fact that half the resort had no hot water for several days on end. I've emailed Franck (the manager) seven times since our stay and he's ignored every email. I'm only writing this review because he's voluntarily ignoring my emails. Again - GREAT hotel, but a week without hot water and zero partial refund or any type of make-good isn't exactly ideal. I cannot recommend the actual hotel enough though - just hope you have hot water!

Called in with a friend to try and book an evening dinner for my brother, his wife and I in the restaurant. Was told we couldn’t look at the restaurant interior apart from looking in the windows from the beach bar. It was a beautiful day and the beach bar looked great so we decided to have lunch there. We both had salads for main course only. My salad was served in a badly cracked bowl and my friends salad was topped with stale chick peas. When the waiter checked on us I told him my bowl was cracked and my friends lunch had stale chick peas through the salad. He asked if we needed the manager. I said no thinking I had shared my concerns with him and we were finished lunch not wanting to eat any more of the salads. The bill was requested and the salads were still on the bill. I then asked to speak with the manager who told me I didn’t know how to be a customer. She was quite abrupt and unpleasant. I did not book the main restaurant for dinner with my brother and sister in law.

This hotel is something else, from the minute you arrive and the valet takes your car and your luggage to the minute you leave when it all appears again - the service is second to none. We had a deluxe room which had beautiful views over the garden and to the harbour. I was thrilled to see that unlike so many hotels the Cap d'Antibe managed to provide a proper dressing table type arrangement. I'm sure all the ladies will confirm it is helpful if the mirror, socket for the hairdryer and a seat are all close together. The room was fab - really contemporary and had all you need including flip flops! The restaurant was beautiful and we had a lovely breakfast every morning in the warm sunshine. We had dinner only once, as being a Michelin star restaurant the budget couldn't quite stretch to every night. The food was delicious and the attention detail and service was as you'd expect of such as quality establishment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are definately planning to go back at some point. Head here for some luxury and relaxation in the sun.

This was a repeat visit for us, so clearly we like this place! The hotel is obviously luxurious and expensive, but the atmosphere is relaxed rather than stuffy. You never feel like you have to dress up or behave formally - it's conducive to doing nothing, lazing around by the beach/pool, being pampered with drinks or meals brought to you, and just enjoying the sunshine. Unusually for the Cote d'Azur, you get a proper sandy beach (not rocks). There are attendants always ready to adjust umbrellas to give you sun or shade. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Bear in mind that some of them have a "port view" which overlooks a car park, which is not the most attractive, however you will probably want to spend most of your time at the beach or pool or sightseeing, not in your room. The continental breakfast buffet provides a reasonable choice and attentive service. Perhaps the only opportunity for improvement is the in-house restaurant Baba. It was mostly very good, and we ate there many times due to the convenience, but the service was a little patchy at times (e.g. incorrect meals brought several times in a row, orders mixed up) and overall didn't quite live up to the rather high prices. Nevertheless this was a minor blemish in an otherwise perfect stay, and certainly wouldn't deter us from coming back next time!

perfect all around and vibe is excellent! Food/drinks, beach and pool is exactly what we were looking for! Rooms was gorgeous and spacious! Customer service was excellent and everyone in my family all ages were so pleased and highly recommend over saint tropez as you can walk to town and not on a cliff there versus here you don't have to drive to beach clubs, as you have your own with pool!

End March/beg April is always tricky with weather in Southern Europe and we unfortunately arrived after a huge storm that completely covered the beach with seaweed. Inspite of this inauspicious start, we had the most wonderful week at Cap D’antibes Beach hotel. The entire team did their absolute best to make up for the weather, which to be honest, taking all things into perspective encouraged us to do things which we normally wouldn’t do in the summer when we usually go. We walked to many fantastic restaurants in Antibes, Juan Le Pin, La Garoupe. We went to the Musée Picasso for the 1st time in 10 years. We had a wonderful dinner and walk through Le Suquet in Cannes. In the summer those walls would have been almost impossible in the heat. The hotel has electric bikes which my husband and I took several times to cycle around gorgeous Cap D’antibes. Special mentions to Caroline who was an absolute Angel as well as Doriane and Elena who took care of all our needs, as well as Christophe in the restaurant and Ludovic by the pool and of course the lovely Hotel manager Frank. For a Relais Chateau, the food was not of the same standard as we have experienced in other RC properties, but you are spoiled for choice in the area so it wasn’t really an issue for us. We are familiar with the area and had additional tips (Mamo Michelangelo was the firm favourite). We love South of France and will be back for sure. Cap D’Antibes Beach hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you again to everyone.
