IBIS Antananarivo services have been transformed very positively. My experience this time was marvellous . 0 complaint. The services flew very smoothly and the presentation of the menu in the restaurant to the welcoming smiles at the reception and all the IBIS staff. Will remain memorable! I was traveling for work, and the first part of my trip was pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even found me a doctor when I got sick one evening. The breakfast was excellent. Wifi was pretty reliable. But it was a loud hotel. Initially there was some construction going on outside the window of my room, so even when my room got a bit stuffy it was hard to keep the window open long because of the noise. Then later in the week there were about 200 young athletes staying in the hotel and it descended into chaos. It's a really well-located hotel, and so you may still choose to stay. If you find it too loud, I recommend walking around the corner to Paradise Restaurant (actually I recommend this anyway!) the atmosphere is a peaceful buzz of excitement and the food is delicious!!

Great value for money. Convenient location. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety including vegetarian dishes. The head chef Christoph is a delight and strives hard to take care of the preferences of guests. He cooked some delicious vegetarian food. Highly recommend this place.

We spent our mandatory quarantine and later, much of our stay at the Ibis. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The highlights, however, are the fantastic restaurant, patio and most importantly, the staff. The whole team at the Ibis was fantastic. The servers at the restaurant are the best. They are personable and willing to help whenever they can. Excellent hotel!

Les équipements sont conforme, le cadre est agréable, autant propice au travail qu'à une ambiance familiale, le personnel est à l'écoute et souriant, le seul petit désagrément que j'ai eut en chambre à était résolu dans la demi heure, personnel réactif donc A l'extérieur côté piscine le cadre est reposant, la restauration est de qualité ++, que ça soit des plats locaux ou internationaux Vraiment que du positif concernant mon séjour d'une semaine

Sur les 2 chambres réservées. L'une est déjà occupée quand nous y avons fait irruption. Aucun geste commercial pour cela, ni pour la longue attente pour nous trouver une autre chambre. Juste beaucoup de bla bla comme excuse. De plus payer avec les points rewards nécessite " l'accord du responsable " qui a tout fait pour nous dissuader de le faire. Ce qui pose question quand à l'application du programme de fidélité Accor. Néanmoins, le personnel en général est très serviable et sympathique. La salle du restaurant est impeccable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est plus que correct.
