The staffs were so kind. And there are many shops near the hotel. It was good to take a walk near the hotel. And the nice restaurant they have .

My wife and I stayed 3 nights arriving at 4PM after being met at the TNR Airport. A nice receptionist with decent English copied our passports as the card payment was automatically processed. Another really good English speaking receptionist collected our key cards and escorted us up one of the 3 elevators to the 3rd floor. Room #303 was a perfect Radisson solution to travel, with all necessary items of a 5 star; robes, slippers, large fluffy towels, very comfortable queen with great pillows and duvet, large TV with excellent satellite reception(BBC + 19 other channels), upholstered bench, cushioned chairs, welcome tray(cookies, grapes & candy), 2 designer waters with coffee, cream and chocolate. A costly 6:30AM buffet breakfast or a la carte selections were available at the lobby restaurant. We bought muesli, yogurt, milk, bananas and nuts at the nearby Waterfront Center Shoprite, had lunch at the KFC and at the sister Radisson’s Tamboho Restaurant. I used the upscale 8 station gym and saw the small pool and the Fire Court Restaurant, all with 8th floor city views. We scheduled daily trips with hotel-arranged drivers in Peugeot cars: -50km circuit north to Royal Hill of Ambohimanga($45). -58km circuit south to La Haute Ville d’ Antananarivo Palace, churches and Lemur’s Park($72).

My stay began with a warm and professional welcome. The Radisson Blu team greeted me with enthusiasm, making me feel like part of the family. The staff was attentive to my needs, offering valuable advice on activities and restaurants to visit in the area.

Really nice, new hotel. Located in a safe area of town with nearby shops and restaurants. Not sure why they call this area "waterfront" since it really not, but, in any case, it's an oasis in the middle of "Tana". Hotel looks brand new and the pool area is gorgeous with nice views of the city. Rooms are spacious and bed is very comfy. Staff is great and very helpful. Restaurant was very good (although we tried it only for breakfast). The lobby and restaurant seem to be a popular meeting place for local business people. Highly recommend if you are visiting Antananarivo.

My stay was an experience. The hospitality was A-1 and I look forward to returning. Sitraka helped me with all of my needs ensuring my stay was superb. 6 star treatment. I would like to thank him again for making my stay great 👍🏾 I look forward to returning

As a rewards member I was offered the members rate - however, after several staff members tried to help me reset the password but failed due to a system error, they refused to charge me at the members rate. Same result with customer service when I returned home to try and fix - not willing to even give points - it's as if the trip never happened ! Customer service was incredibly frustrating there was no way of tracking my original issue and every time I chatted/emailed/spoke to a new member of staff I had to start again. I have stayed with Radisson on multiple occasions but it seems that if there aren't any issues it's all fine but if you have an issue they are not interested and of little to no help. Some of the members of the customer care team were excellent but still unable to help fix this even after admitting the issue was at their end. I think I will take my business elsewhere next time - I appreciate that issues arise but it is very much how an organisation deals with the issue - and Radisson failed in a very major way. I still remain frustrated and annoyed.

Great hotel with great staff. Well located in a secured region. Lot of facilities in and around hotel (supermarket, shops..etc) Both restaurants in hotel are value for money, gastronomic food. Office available for working behind reception when needed.

The location of the hotel in the city center is its greatest value. Nearby shops and restaurants for those who wants to go out. Room is modern, clean and the bed is just so confortable. Personal friendly and professional …………………………………………..

Of all places I went to do business and work at, Radisson Blu is by far my favorite. I also got to know Eric and the staff, throughout all our interactions, especially those at the front desk. They are very human, super nice : very polite and friendly. The lobby is one of the best place to be at, I actually got to meet a lot of people by initiating conversations there while waiting for appointements. Met new people for new business opportunities, great conversation, and of course : coffee. For the rooms, they are kept clean and neat. Room service is quick and food is just delicious.

wonderful hotel beyond my expectation. Really had a great stay there A+++++++++++++++++++ Definitely i come again for my business trip, the staff also are very nice. The rooms were impeccable. well done radisson blu.
