İş amaçlı konaklama gerçekleştirdiğim tesis beklentimin çok üzerinde bir oda kalitesi ile beni karşıladı. Özellikle oda içerisindeki ekipman çeşitliliği ve kalitesi üst seviyede. Hayatı otellerde geçmiş birisi olarak gönül rahatlığıyla belirteceğim, böylesine kaliteli bir yatakta daha önce uyumamıştım. Ayrıca konum olarak şehrin çok ideal bir noktasında, Akdeniz Üniversitesi ile yan yana denebilir. Tesisin altında bulunan cadde mağazaları da neredeyse her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak durumdadır. Uzun süreli konaklamalar için de oldukça uygun. Kesinlikle konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve oldukça profesyoneller. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Casamax Suites

Sembra che il layout della decorazione sia tornato negli hotel domestici. molto familiare. La camera è grande, confortevole, pulita e completamente attrezzata. Sul balcone sono presenti sedie a sdraio e un semplice stendibiancheria. La colazione è ricca e presenta una varietà di scelta. La piscina dell'hotel può accedere direttamente alla spiaggia della scogliera, che è molto bella. I bambini hanno giocato a lungo in mare e in piscina. Ci sono molti ascensori nell'hotel. Se trovi l'ascensore giusto, puoi risparmiare molta camminata. C'è un bellissimo parco sul mare nelle vicinanze. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Poiché ero ad Antalya, ho soggiornato solo per una notte, ma sento ancora di aver fatto la scelta giusta!

The hotel is perfectly situated, just off the main street so no noise at night. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, so can only speak of our experience. The room is pleasant and clean. A little tired in places but nothing major. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hotel itself is small and cute. Intimate is the word. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond. We are on a b&b basis. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices available. Babuoosh the parrot is a cool member of the team however i don't think he pulls his weight as much as the others in the team. A lovely, friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely recommend to others. The pictures are exactly how the hotel is in reality.

Хороший уютный отель в центре города недалеко от ворот Адриана. Очень приветливый персонал, при заезде все рассказали и показали. Завтраки могут приносить к назначенному времени прямо в номер, без дополнительных плат. В номере убираются каждый день, также есть все необходимое. Хороший бонус от отеля это вода питьевая, чай и кофе (в номере стоит кофемашина). При выборе номера, обязательно обращайте внимание на номер с окном или без, у нас было без цена дешевле и это не портило нахождение в нем. WiFi хорошо работает.

Dopo una settimana in giro in turchia, avevo la necessità di fermarmi in un vero hotel con livelli di servizio, di pulizia e di qualità in linea con gli standard occidentali. Come sempre il marchio BW è garanzia di tutto questo, e me mie aspettative non sono state deluse. A partire dal ricevimento, dove trovi personale preparato che, finalmente!, parla fluentemente inglese. Camere spaziose e ben climatizzate, piscina gradevole. Colazione continentale. Tutto ok

Vantaggi.La zona senza ostacoli, l'automobile leggero intorno a lui, e la stazione di bus leggera arriva.Il supermercato piede è in piedi.Il centro può andare a piedi per tutte le attrazioni e le vecchie mura del mare.La reception è rotta alle 8:9 di prima, per noi, e'molto caldo.La zona è buona, e la stazione di guasto. Ci sono pochi approvvigionamenti, i prodotti da letto possono.
La debolezza, non c'è soggiorno il primo giorno, e negoziare con la reception è sottolineare l'impegno e la battaglia il giorno successivo.Discussione insopportabile.

Just one night stay before we moved on somewhere else. No need for taxi or airport transfers, just take the Tram from the airport to city centre, pay at the machine on the platform, if paying by Lira it only excepts notes up to 50lr so maybe have some small notes, it also excepts card. When you get to the centre get off at Doğu Garajı stop, step off the tram, look to your left and Start Hotel is right on the corner, easy! The hotel staff are lovely, we had a very quick easy check in and then taken to our room. We had an economy room, it was spacious, clean, bright, fully equipped shower room and everything worked as it should. Breakfast room was lovely and again nice staff, buffet breakfast with a large, Turkish but there was something for everyone to start the day! We enjoyed our very short stay and if ever in the area again would definitely stay again!

The hotel is located within a residential area, has good public transport, hotel also offers taxi service which is reasonably priced. The main market and shopping area are approx 20 mins walk, hotel room has a mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities and good breakfast between 8am to 10am. The bedding was comfortable and bathroom very clean, they provide clean bath towels, shampoo and shower wash. Rooms are cleaned spotless every day. Opposite the hotel they have Sosyete restaurant kebabs and turkish cuisine which is open till very late. Management and staff are very kind and professional, they can communicate in English abmnd are really helpfull. I'm definitely coming back, had a great time.

Andato in vacanza con la famiglia a questo hotel nel cuore di Antalya in giugno e le temperature erano a 30-38. Il personale di questo hotel è stato estremamente utile e non appena arrivammo, prendeva il nostro bagaglio e era tardi, anche se era solo un letto e colazione con la cena alle 2. L'hotel è un hotel di 4 stelle e in alcune aree richiede un lavoro, ma l'esperienza è stata grande. Il centro commerciale Mark Antalya è un hotel a tre persone, dotato di un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. 5* da noi.

UUtente ospiteWe just came back from a week in Antalya. We had an amazing time there. The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Staff is really helpful and friendly and solved small snags quickly. We stayed in one of the 3-bedroom suites on the top floor and it was really comfortable to have such a good space. AC was powerful and showers had good pressure. The kitchen has some basic utensils. The only thing missing was a microwave oven. We used the washing machine and could dry clothes in the balcony. The pool is small but felt very private. My daughter improved her swimming in a week just by being able to spend time in the pool 2-3 hours a day. The breakfast was fine, I had omelettes every day made to order (had to pay extra but cheap). We rented a car and having an underground car park meant the car was never exposed to the sun. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though and the TerraCity mall a short walk away. Beware July was hot, very hot. A dry heat though but 39-40 every day. First time in Turkey for us and wanted to stay away from all-inclusive resorts and have more control on our time.

La ricezione e il custode sono molto entusiasti e il servizio è molto attento e la colazione è relativamente generale, ma il pranzo e la cena sono buoni.Il panorama è molto buono per vedere direttamente la montagna di neve e il mare. La posizione geografica è anche buona, anche se non è il pacchetto completo per andare all'hotel c'è un ristorante stradale molto atmosfera.Il gatto qui è molto carino e il carattere buono ti farà tornare a trovarti.La seconda carenza è che la stanza dell'hotel non è grande e il suono non è molto buono

RRabiaLet’s start off with the hotel itself ; when we arrived we were greeted with a smile from all staff, from the moment we stepped through the doors to the moment we were escorted with our luggage to our rooms & throughout our whole stay. That was a great start for our holiday. Although the rooms may be outdated to other peoples taste but honestly it was fine as we had an amazing view (great for the sunsets & sunrises which I will upload).
However the house keeping could be more mindful with the cleaning of the room as my friend had to clean the room with them as they were not cleaning well for what I would expect at a 5* hotel.
Room service: We ordered a few things from the menu which came promptly and fresh. We had the option to pay for it then and there with cash in Lira or Euro. Or you could pay at the end of your leave.
Amenities: At the time of visiting, the outside pool was closed as this was not the season time but if you do do come at peak times , they have a water slide for the outdoor pool. Spa area on the lower ground was clean. I didn’t use it myself but I had a wonder around and saw that it was being maintained well. You have these towel cards given to you at the time of checking in which you can exchange for towels and you return the towel for your cards to use next time. Bare in mind, if you lose these cards by checking out time you’ll have to pay 10€ each card. So don’t lose them!
Restaurant: We opted for the inclusive system, which was well worth it for a relaxing stress free holiday. Each meal time and day was full of different varieties and catered to different diets. The wait staff were lovely and always eager to help. However they could smile a bit more (50% of the men, they look a bit grumpy). The fruit was what I love most mainly because I love fruit but also because the flavours were so fresh and cut in front of you.
The drinks from the bar in the main reception area are also part of the inclusive system, for someone who does not drink alcoholic drinks, the bar staff were lovely to point out what was permissible for me to drink and gave me recommendations based on what flavours I like.
Location: The hotel is easy to get to from Antalya airport by taxi or public transport. If you really want to get to know the area get the local public transport. But make sure you have your location on and use your maps on your phone wisely as you can get lost. Most of the drivers do not know English so come prepared with Google translate. You have to get the tram and then a bus, then it’s a 10 min walk to the hotel from the main road. You can buy a antalyakart at the airport or use a prepaid travel contactless card ( uk revolut or post office) . It was less than 20 liras in total which is around 85p at the time of this post. The taxi takes around £35/40 one way. So you can guess which method of transport I preferred.
To get around : There are taxis which you can grab from outside the hotel & also from the hotel the bus stop on the main road, takes you to various destinations, either backwards to the main city for shopping food etc or you can head further out to Kemer and Finike for days out etc but make sure you have cash for the kemer buses. When you want to get off the bus on the Kemer buses make sure you come to the front of the bus to the driver a few min ahead of your stop and you pay when you leave but remember the name of the stop you got on at cause that’s how they calculate how much your journey was.
Or if you’re just a beach person, you can walk to your hearts content alongside the beach path which is less than 3 mins from the hotel entrance . There’s lots of cats and dogs walking along too, very friendly.
Wifi connection service is great. For getting out and about definitely get a SIM card at the airport, found Vodafone to be price worthy for 25g. It lasted me for a whole week with 8g left over.

UUtente ospiteHotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill.
Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl.
I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

AAntonIl super lussuoso con il bagno. Il bagno è cracked in copertina e è improbabile da usare (per coloro che ne prendono una stanza). L'hotel è nuovo e interessante, molti dettagli, anche l'odore e la luce nei corridoi non sono lasciati indifferenti. Anche la pulizia è sul livello.Il colazione è debole, ma quello che si può trovare può essere mangiato. Il manager del ristorante al colazione ha cercato di lasciare un commento su Google dal mio telefono - quindi i rating in Google sono così buoni in questo hotel) Credo che per il colazione per le persone con recensioni andare a non molto culturalmente. Un altro dei danni è un'isolamento acustico debole, dal mattino c'è un movimento intenso della pista.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è a venti, è in una posizione perfetta, tutto in una facile raggiungimento dei ristoranti e di molti basari del negozio. L'hotel stesso è bello, abbiamo avuto una camera doppia che ha affrontato la strada. Le camere erano pulite e sempre immacolate. La doccia in bagno era bella e potente. La camera aveva sacchetti di caffè con caffè materno e una caldaia. L'hotel ha una bella terrazza che servivano colazione, purtroppo non siamo mai stati li' per provare colazione. Il manager e il personale sono molto benvenuti e felici di aiutare con tutto quello che avete bisogno.L'unico punto di svolta per noi è stato il passeggiato fino alle camere e la ricezione, mio marito usa un stick e trova le scale difficile ma non difficile se preso lentamente.

UUtente ospiteTo get to the main street or the old town, you will need to walk a few blocks or use public transport. The rooms are spacious, many (but not all) have a personal balcony with a table and chairs (quite dusty), the furniture is quite worn (not like it looks in the photo). In some rooms there are refrigerators, but they are old and do not work well, in others there is only a cabinet where there used to be a refrigerator. The hair dryers are quite old. There is no kettle or any tea accessories in the room. Guests are forced to collect hot water themselves from the cooler on the ground floor into their own dishes. On the first evening there was a breakdown with the centralized lighting in the room (the light stopped turning on), in addition, there was no telephone in the room to contact the reception, after a personal visit to the reception, the employee finally got up, but the problem was not solved, I had to spend the evening in darkness. The next day I was forced to move to another room. I was outraged on the second evening of my stay, while I had booked two nights, by the administrator Lema who checked me in for two nights on the first day, pretended that she didn’t recognize me, demanded to show me the key and tell me my name. The staff needs to be attentive to the guests so as not to create such uncomfortable situations!

UUtente ospiteThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
