The best hotel for family vacation

Останавливаюсь не первый раз. Пора бы провести реновацию, а так все отлично

Во - первых изначально бронь была другого отеля. Но у трип ком что-то не сложилось с бронью и они предложили этот отель вместо забронированного. Лифта нет. Номер до отвращения грязный. Уборка раз в 4 дня, но это сложно назвать уборкой. Не сделали абсолютно ничего. Есть стиральная машина , но нет порошка. Сутки не было воды! Не рекомендую

I stayed at Aspendos Seaside with my family for who weeks. We had an amazing experience. The staff were there 24 hours and always helpful. They speak English and care about the guests needs. The rooms were clean and fully equipped. The place is located near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and park for the kids. The pool area was cosy and clean. I can recommend it to everyone, friends or family, it's suitable for all. They even have child safe beds and chairs available for the youngest. I strongly recommend this place!

The value of this hotel is great. We had some questions before arriving and communication was fast and clear. The hotel has great location, just a short walk to the sea. The property pool is clean and there is a nice area in the shade to have a meal with a family. The staff helped us book a transfer and provided free beach towels. I would definitely recommend this property.

they need to clean there rooms more often

The location is excellent. The basement room smelt like a basement despite having some natural light…. Musty & stale cigarettes. The bathroom door doesn’t shut which would have been a problem had I been sharing. The shower has seen better days but a very large bathroom. The furniture is mix mash & old fashioned bits & bobs. Had a kitchenette but dated. It’s actually a studio apartment & bed is in the one room. It was a large room & plenty of space to section it off. Expensive for what it was.

I’m staying in Aspendos Seaside and these are the reviews. 1. The room is cleaned after four days 2. Bed and towels not replaced daily 3. No lift in any floor. 4. No parking only on street 5. Pool closes early by 8 pm 6. Stench of fish coming from Restaraunt nearby 7. You have to throw your own garbage 100 m from the property C’mon man we are on a vacation not staying in a rented apartment on a yearly basis.

Lovely hospitality from the staff. Welcomed everytime we entered the property. They helped us with any requests and recommendations. WiFi was good, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Close to the beach and many restaurants.

I have a mixed feelings about aspendos seaside , one of the main receptionist guys was so rude and one of them was so polite, the rude guy has the pride to apologize even though we explained what happend and what he did to his team . Anyway The issue that we asked him kindly to schedule the promised after 4 days cleaning to our apartment since we stayed 7 days and we told him more than once .... unfortunately him his reply was always with bad attitude that they have busy schedules he rather negotiate instred of making the clients happy . If he simply said this nicely there will be no problem at all if he asked us to pay extea for the cleaning also we wouldn't mind . The dust and smell because the apartment located directly behind the restaurant with all day long food smells affected our comfort.. when we showd them the Cockroach at the wall they acted fast then they arranged the cleaning. Are we happy with the location yes, Noisy yes Smell of restaurants yes Useful appliances yes Cleanness nope. Politeness of employees only one guy was bad at reception while others are so nice and we appreciated that...

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The apartment was ok, but basement is cold on the floors this time a year. There was a restaurant only few meters from my bedroom so it was a little bit noisy for sleeping. Over all its good, because this hotel is close to restaurants and the beach.

We originally booked 1 night through AirBnb, ended up extending our stay for 1 month. Over all the places we found this place really felt like home. Nice large suites with excellent staff that took care of every need we had. Ertugrul bey and his team were magnificent. - Has staff at entrance 24x7, made us feel very secure - They clean rooms every few days, change sheets, etc, - Amazing location. Safe, close to beach, great restaurants and coffee shops. - Great internet, each room has dedicated 25/5 VDSL and apparently they will upgrade as soon as area allows better. - Overall we loved our stay and will be returning in a few months. Highly recommended.
