Çocuklar için harika etkinlikler, yetişkinlerin adrenalin tutkusunu karşılayan su kaydırakları ve animatörlerin birebir ilgisi çok memnun ediyor. Engelli misafirlerin erişimi konusunda benden 100 puan aldı. Gelelim yemeğe: Restoran bölümünde Deniz mutfağı yok denecek kadar azdı, ama diğer yemek çeşitleri tatmin edecektir. Şef garson Hüseyin bey, Aşçıbaşı Samet beyin ilgisi ve emekleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Gelelim barlara: Barmenler çok sıkıntılı, müşteriye somurtun talimatı verilmiş sanki. Umarım bu konuya bir çözüm bulurlar. Yabancı misafirlere gösterilen tebessüm yerliye gösterilmiyor. Bunu benimle gelen 3 aile daha doğruladı. La posizione è perfetta. Il territorio è molto verde e molto grande. Il personale è molto amichevole e professionale. Grazie speciali a Meltem dal club dei bambini e tutti i membri della squadra del club dei bambini. Anche la squadra di animazione è grande soprattutto Firat. Abbiamo avuto un sacco di divertenti dardi da giocare:) Anche Defne dal Beach Bar, il tuo cocktail Daiquiri è qualcosa di fantastico:)

Ci sono mangiati e bevuti 24 ore, buffet è ricco, carne di porcellino e dolci in Turchia sono deliziosi!In inverno sono state aperte due piscine all'interno e all'esterno, e la nuoto sul mare è un po'freddo.La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, mini bar beve gratis.

Se vuoi essere nella grossa azione di fronte alla spiaggia, probabilmente non il luogo per voi, ma se sei dopo la pace e tranquillo in una moderna proprietà pulita con tutti i mod cons e personale utile, allora si raccomanda definitivamente. L'appartamento di autocatering era spazioso, pulito e con tutto in ordine di lavoro. Bella piscina, tranquillo anche all'altezza delle vacanze di agosto. Il caffè si diffonde bene per colazione (il caffè turco dolce fatto per noi da Kerim, grazie!) e offre un piccolo menu per pranzo/diner, ma ragionevolmente costoso e tutto quello che avevamo era molto delizioso. Veranda offre un autobus per la spiaggia privata che condividono con altri hotel, circa 5-10 min di guida. Sotto - posizione. Presumo che si possa dire che è nelle suburbi. Ci sono un certo numero di buoni supermercati vicino (e un grande imporio di Falkes'R'Us) ma molto pochi ristoranti - anche se Pupa Yelken (5 minuti a piedi) vale la pena visitare per un pasto. Quindi si trovano a prendere un sacco di taxi (non un problema, sono arrivati sempre abbastanza velocemente) o vuole noleggiare un'auto. Veranda è divisa in metà - un lato per i turisti e l'altro lato 'proprietario' (possibile tempo azionario). Forse perché si è sforzato di fornire servizi di qualità e servizi di qualità, non posso contestarlo!

This was our third visit to Nirvana Cosmopolitan. We’ve visited Antalya many times and this hotel is the best. We love everything about this hotel. The rooms are great and spacious, the food is brilliant for AI . The Buffet - is very hygienic , all serving staff with gloves and hats. This for me is a must. I much prefer this over all the counters being open and helping yourself. Serat, had the best customer service , he helped us get a table every evening as we were two families and tried to sit together where possible. Serat always made this possible for us. Fellinis - we had breakfast every day in fellinis my children loved it. We also ate here on many occasions for lunch and dinner and even late night if the children wanted a snack (supper) before bed. The staff are great they can’t do enough for you. Even when guests are rude (I didn’t like to see this as I think it’s uncalled for). Hanife, and many others in this restaurant work so hard and always serve you with a smile. The outside pools and the indoor pool were great. We also used the indoor pool and jacuzzi too. My children loved the water park. The service in this hotel is impeccable and the staff here are a credit to the hotel. The cleans, waiters/waitresses, animation team really do go above and beyond. This is why we choose this hotel time and again and always recommend to family and friends too. The only thing I could suggest would be in early august when we came the entertainment wasn’t as good as it was in 2022. We still enjoyed it, but previously it was much better as this time we left a couple of times after 10/15 minutes. This isn’t a complaint though and definitely can’t wait to visit again this year.

Firstly would like to thank hakki who looked after us during our 10 day stay, what a lovely lad he is, always smiling polite just a lovely lad and a credit to the hotel, this truly is an amazing hotel spotlessly clean, great pools always get a sunbed any time of the day staff work really hard food was lovely, pool bar is great vahit will look after you lovely lad,rooms nice and big, couldn't fault anything will definitely be returning next year and probably year after as really enjoyed my stay, thank you miracle for an amazing holiday and see you next yr look forward to seeing hakki❤️ anyone thinking of booking up just do it you will not be disappointed 😀

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. My husband tried to explain to him that we will check out and pay the 20 Euros in a few hours, what is the problem? The owner did not wa
