一家三口回鞍山探親，其他常住的酒店沒有家庭房了，衹搶到了如家商旅。因為旅遊旺季，人真的很多。環境還可以，畢竟是鋼材市場附近。拖家帶口的我覺得性價比還挺高的。房間衞生條件也不錯。

曲曲折折的一次住宿，有滿意的地方也有超級不滿意的地方！
首先入住時候的小姐姐很滿意，我一點多去入住，小姐姐説還沒有收拾好的房間，讓我等。我説可以，但是我在攜程網頁上沒有看到入住時間是三點，就問可不可以提前入住。這時候一個小夥子把手機調到了顯示入住時間的那個頁面，然後告訴我規定時間是下午三點開始入住，現在不能辦理！態度全是平和，但是方法讓人很難過！！！不過還好，另外一個女的很友善，立即過來幫忙協調，找了一間房入住。
隨後，到了房間，隔壁的房間就在裝修，我就順口問了一句，這不會有聲音吧，服務員説，不會，一會就結束了。我一想，反正一會出去溜達，就沒介意。四點十分回到賓館房間，震耳欲聾的砸牆聲音傳來，我挺了十分鐘，實在受不了，就給前台打電話，前台給換了沒有聲音的房間。但新的房間間隔四五個房間在裝修，隱隱約約可以聞到一股味道，打膠的味道，進到新換的房間我就聞到刺鼻子的味道，就問説這個房間不會是新裝修吧？服務員説不會！這個味道是空氣清新劑！但是等服務員走了，讓房嫂拿走室內的空氣清新劑後，屋內的氣味還是很嗆人！
最後，由於受不了氣味，又換回原來有聲音的房間，忍受半個小時的振動，到五點半才停止打鑽！
半夜，三點多又接到騷擾電話，一直響，接了還沒有聲音！
第二天早晨，七點十五又開始打鑽，頂着振動和震耳欲聾的聲音，狼狽的收拾東西，下樓退房！
這就是這次入住的體驗！

第一次入住白玉蘭酒店蘇寧廣場店，現在來説説體驗吧。
環境：酒店地理位置比較優越，靠近人民路，公交線路比較多。酒店大堂在4樓，空間很大。房間內部的環境也還不錯，衹是感覺窗户有些不太隔音。同時，白玉蘭酒店和漢庭酒店還有一個桌球廳在同一棟樓裏，共用兩部電梯，在高峯期間可能會出現一些等待的時間。
設施：酒店樓層裏面有自動販賣機，可以買飲料泡麪之類的，這一點比較方便，同時酒店還配備了送餐機器人，在機器人送到門口的時候，房間內部的電話會響起，提醒去門口取餐。以上是兩大亮點，但是小缺陷也有。第一就是我所住的571房間，看電視的時候會出現明顯的卡頓；第二就是房間的wifi信號不好，有的時候甚至連圖片加載都需要等待一段時間；第三就是房間內部的燈光有些暗，在晚上的時候，即使是把所有燈都打開的情況下，看手機的時候，眼睛也有些許疼痛。希望酒店方在這些細節方面能夠所有加強。
服務：服務這方面，這次非常滿意。前台辦理入住的速度很快，效率很高。另外，在第一次上樓的時候，由於是第一次入住這裏，所以一開始沒找到房間。樓層房掃阿姨看到後，很熱情地為我指引方向。在退房的時候，房掃阿姨依然為我指引電梯的位置。這一定要值得點贊，希望能夠把這一優勢保持住。
衞生：衞生方面一直是我所重視的。這次入住，衞生挑不出什麼特別大的問題。但是在一些細節方面，還是應該多加註意。圖14和圖15中所展現的就是衞生方面的問題。枕套上的污點有點兒太多了，看着像是筆點子。我想説，出門住酒店，衞生方面肯定會非常重視。雖説大問題沒有，但是還是希望酒店方能夠加強這些細節上的管理。
總的來説，這次的入住，體驗還是不錯的，價錢也適中，性價比還是比較高的。但是我們常説，細節決定成敗，所以還是希望酒店能夠在細節上有所加強，這樣才能給我們更好的體驗。
