"Prima sono venuto a Chenshan per vivere a Weilman. Ora è un po'vecchio. Ho visto la Berlino di Hilton. La zona, le strutture e il servizio di questa parte sono buoni. Il parcheggio è anche conveniente. La luce è troppo oscura negli Stati Uniti. L'occhio è più stanco di leggere e scrivere. "Questo hotel consolidato, spazioso e riccamente decorato vanta una posizione privilegiata a pochi passi da Piazza della Vittoria. Soggiornare qui evoca un ricco senso di storia, proprio come la città di Anshan: un tempo gloriosa, ora un po' squallida, la porta sembra sul punto di crollare. L'hotel insiste per un deposito di 500 yuan per una camera che costa più di 100 yuan, a sottolineare l'ultima tenacia rimasta all'hotel e la gloria perduta della città. "4號生日，想着出來放鬆一下，在精挑細選之後，入住了鞍山立山區的智選假日酒店，這也是我第一次入住這裏。我這次住的是2001房間，下面説一下整體的感受吧。 服務：酒店的服務質量還是很高的，有保障的。入住的時候，前台準確快速地為我辦理，在留下電子郵箱後，還送了我一小瓶雪碧。入住期間有東西需要打印，前台也是非常熱情地向我提供幫助，非常感謝。 衹是有一個小建議，想説一下，就是我的訂單裏面是有歡迎零食和深夜食堂服務的，但是在辦理入住的時候，前台並沒有告知這些，當時我也給忘了。到房間之後才想起來。不過聯繫了酒店之後，酒店也是第一時間告知了我深夜食堂的位置，並且用機器人把小零食送了上來。我想説的就是，如果下次能在辦理入住的時候提前告知一下就更好了。 衞生：我住的2001房間，衞生方面沒有什麼太大的問題，卧房挺乾淨的。不過在衞生間內，發現了兩處問題。 第一個問題就是，衞生間水龍頭和淋浴間的噴頭上都有比較明顯的水漬沒有清理乾淨（圖13+圖16）。 第二點，也是我覺得不應該出現的一點，那就是馬桶圈上有明顯的黃色污漬（圖14）……我不知道這黃色的污漬是什麼，我也不敢知道。還是希望酒店能夠加強這些細節上的清潔吧。 環境：酒店位於鞍山市立山區，雖然離站前商圈有一定的距離，但是交通還是比較方便的，坐公交或者打車什麼的都挺高效。大堂沒有我想象中那麼大，但是依然是整潔明亮，而且還有會客區域（圖2）。房間面積適中，沒有給人逼仄的感覺，環境這方面還是不錯的，值得點贊。 設施：這次入住，我最想説的其實是設施方面。先説我比較喜歡的一些點。 首先就是，房間內部配備了應急手電筒和消防面具還有保險櫃（圖8+圖15），這些都有效地提升了入住的安全性。 第二點，房間裏有小冰箱（圖10），雖然説現在這個季節可能用不上，但有總比沒有好，而且我就喜歡喝涼水，放冰箱裏麪冰一會兒，口感還是非常不錯的。 第三點就是，酒店有送物機器人（圖18），可以實現無接觸配送。機器人到門口的時候，房間裏的電話會響起來，提醒我們去取，還是比較方便的。 第四點就是，房間裏的椅子很舒服，材質不錯，能上下調節高度，前後調節角度。這個椅子應該是我住的所有酒店裡麪，舒適度最高的了，好評。 第五點，上樓需要刷房卡，沒有房卡的人是不能乘電梯到客房的，安全性這方面做的不錯，也是值得點讚的。 第六點就是，酒店有三部電梯，電梯裏面的空間很大，明顯比一般酒店的大很多。這算是個非常小的細節了。而對於我來説，就是這麼大的電梯空間讓我感到很敞亮，甚至更有安全感，也感受到了酒店的高級。 還有就是，酒店應該是有健身房的，好像是在4樓，但是這次我沒去，看圖片介紹，挺高級的，等以後如果還能再來，我再去看看。 説完了這麼多好的地方，現在我想再説説我認為一些不太好的地方，以及對一些設施方面的建議。 首先，酒店雖然有洗衣房，也是24小時免費開放，但是洗衣房內衹有一台洗衣機和一台乾衣機是好使的，另外還有兩台壞的不能用，而且洗衣房在這個價位的酒店中，略顯簡陋（圖20）。希望酒店能夠及時維修那兩台有故障的機器，要不現在能用的太少了，高峯期的時候可能根本洗不上衣服。 第二點就是，我住的這個2001房間，是雙床房，房間有一側的床頭沒有牀頭櫃。這個算是個小建議吧，如果可以的話，加上個牀頭櫃會更好一些，要不然多多少少會有些不方便（圖19）。 第三點問題出現在窗户上。我不知道其他房間是什麼樣的，至少是我住的2001房間，卧房的窗户離地面很近，雖然能打開的角度很有限，但是還是感覺不太安全。我印象中其他酒店的窗户都比較靠上，而且大多數都是有紗窗的。現在這個窗户的位置，如果有小孩子的話，可能防護起來就會比較麻煩，建議給窗户加上點兒防護措施（圖17）。 第四點問題就是，房間內部的電視清晰度不夠，看節目的時候比較模糊，不知道是不是衹是我住的房間有這個問題。我想説的是，這樣規模的酒店，還是應該把電視的清晰度提上去。雖然現在沒幾個人看電視了，但是既然有這個設施，還是可以做到更好的。 第五點是關於房間內迷你吧的。除了兩瓶礦泉水和茶葉之外，其他的飲料都是收費的。我倒不是指責收費的問題，我想説的是，就是那個價目表似乎可以做的更醒目一些。説實話，我剛進房間的時候，沒看到價目表，以為那就是可有可無的廣告呢。當時看到桌子上那些飲料，我第一反應真的是免費的，畢竟酒店的規模在這兒擺着。而且免費的水和收費的飲料放在一起，容易讓人誤認為這些東西都是免費的，可能拿起來就喝了。如果可以的話，建議優化一下，比如把收費的和免費的分開來放，或者是把價目表再做的更大一些，要不容易引起誤會（圖4）。 第六點是關於枱燈的，簡單説説吧。如果枱燈能調節亮度和高度就更好了。現在衹有那一種高度，有點兒不靈活。 整體就上面的這些。可以説，鞍山的這家智選假日還是非常好的，至少我還是很喜歡的。如果有機會，我可能還會選擇這裏，期待到時候能夠看到一個更好的智選假日，祝願酒店越辦越好。也謝謝鞍山智選假日，陪我度過了23歲的生日！"
