"這是我第二次入住富田酒店了，上次的入住，整體的感覺都非常不錯，主要是性價比這一塊兒真的很高。這次我入住的是高級雙床房，1115房間，下面來説一説這次的整體體驗。服務：這次入住過程中，富田酒店的服務是非常值得點贊和好評的。首先就是，在辦理入住的時候，前台主動告知電梯的位置，並且對於我提出的一些問題，前台也能夠給予解答。退房後，300元按金也是在很短的時間內就原路返還了，效率還是很高的。其次，在上到11樓之後，遇到了幾位房掃阿姨，房掃阿姨很熱情地為我指引方向，讓我更快地找到自己的房間。第三點就是，入住過程中，發現1115房間洗手枱上面的那個燈有問題，聯繫酒店之後，酒店快速響應解決。工程師傅幫我換了一個燈泡，之後就再也沒出過問題了。還有就是，燈泡換好之後，不到十分鐘，前台給房間打來電話，詢問問題是否得以解決。我就覺得這次的服務非常到位，響應快速，還有後續回訪，感覺全程都沒有被冷落。最後，晚上想去洗衣房的時候，發現我的房卡刷不進去洗衣房的門，我去前台詢問，前台小哥哥第一時間幫我更換了一張新的房卡，很高效地為我解決了問題，向前台小哥哥表示感謝，也為富田酒店整體的服務點贊，希望能夠繼續保持下去。環境：富田酒店的地理環境很優越，位於鞍山市中心，距離火車站、客運站和大型商場都不遠，周圍的公交線路也不少，出行很方便。大堂明亮整潔，房間面積適中，沒有給人特別壓抑的感覺。但就是感覺晚上的時候，房間的燈光會有些暗。安全環境這方面也沒得説，上電梯需要刷卡，有效地保障了住客的安全。設施：富田酒店的設施，我上次入住的時候已經詳細説過了，無論是健身房、咖啡機還是房間內部的閲讀書籍、小冰箱和體重秤，都是鞍山同價位酒店裡麪遙遙領先的，都非常值得稱讚。這次主要就説兩個問題。第一個問題就是，1115房間的電視遙控器不好用，有一些按鍵按下去之後沒有反應，這就直接導致電視無法觀看（視頻1）。還是希望酒店放能夠儘快維修一下。第二個問題，剛才也提到了，就是1115房間一開始洗漱台上麪的燈不好用，不過好在更換的速度很快，這裏就不再多説了。衹是一個小小的建議，就是説酒店方可以加強一下日常設施的管理工作，有問題及時維修和更換。衞生：這次入住，衞生方面整體沒有什麼問題，衹是在1115房間的床單上和馬桶蓋上分別發現了一根頭髮（圖7+圖13），但是不影響入住。如果要是能加強一下衞生方面的細節處理工作就更好了。整體來説，這次入住，我能給出非常高分的評價。富田酒店的整體都是可以令我放心的，而且價格也不算高，很多設施也都是同價位酒店裡麪越級的存在。如果以後還有機會，我還會再來。感謝富田酒店提供的高質量服務。"
