服務：前台辦理入住的速度很快，身份證也是雙手遞接。同時，我的房間本身是不含早餐的，但前台免費贈送了一份。雖然由於行程安排，沒有去吃，但這點還是值得點贊。另外，辦理入住的時候，還添加了酒店客服的微信，有問題可以隨時聯繫到，很方便。這次連住了兩晚，從週五一直住到週日。週六中午的時候，還有房掃阿姨來詢問是否需要打掃房間，這點值得好評，能看出酒店方的細緻。另外就是，在退房後的半個小時之內，500元按金也原路返還了，效率還是比較高的。也希望酒店把服務這一優勢繼續保持下去。
環境：酒店位於鞍山市鐵東區繁華地段，交通便利，出行方便。大堂環境很好，很大氣，而且一進大堂會聞到香薰的味道。房間內部設計合理，沒有給人非常逼仄的感覺，但有兩個問題。
第一就是，就是由於這兩天大降温，所以在酒店客房內部的時候，多多少少還是感覺有些冷，不過好在有設施方面的加成，這個一會兒再説。
還有就是 ，週日早上 9 點半左右，我還睡覺呢，有人按我房間門鈴，按了兩次，給我整醒了，當時沒穿衣服，所以我也沒出門去看，也不知道是房掃阿姨按的還是其他住客走錯屋了，反正真的很影響睡眠質量，因為我睡眠質量一直不好……
設施：五環大酒店一直最被大家詬病的，可能就是設施方面了。也確實，由於是老牌五星級酒店，所以設施方面是有些老了。不過這次入住，我對於設施方面，還是非常滿意的。先説優點。
首先就是，房間內部該有的設施都有，除了一些酒店都有的物件之外，五環大酒店還配備了浴袍、浴缸、消防面具、保險櫃、冰箱、迷你吧等設施，衞生間也配備了香薰。可以説，設施真的很全面。
其次就是，房間的抽屜裏還有鞍山市電話號簿、鞍山旅遊和地圖冊三本書（圖6），這是我住的其他酒店裡麪，從來都沒有的物品，也算是一大亮點了吧。雖然這三本書有些老了，也有明顯的破損現象，但完全不影響正常閲讀。
第三就是，我入住的1903房間配備了一個電暖器（圖7）。之前在23年年底的時候也住過一次這裏，那次住在21樓。那次的印象中，房間裏是沒有這個設施的。而這次也正是這是設施派上了非常大的用場。上面也説到了，我入住的這週末趕上下雨+大降温，導致房間裏面有些冷。這個設施起到了取暖的作用，而且效果非常好。
第四點，也是我這次入住非常非常驚喜的一點，那就是1903房間內部的床頭配備了充電插口（圖11）。還是和上次入住做對比，那次入住，房間的床頭是沒有這個設施的，這也在一定程度上讓充電變得不方便。而這次，酒店更新了這一設施，針對這點，我真的是發自內心的感到滿意。我能感受到，酒店真的是在為客人考慮，而且能夠做到與時俱進，不斷更新和完善相關的設施設備。
第五點，這次我入住的1903房間，電視沒有藏在櫃子裏，而且能正常看。這裏也是和上次入住進行對比的。23年年底那次，電視是藏在櫃子裏的，而且我試了好久也沒有信號，而這次顯然不是這樣，感覺非常好。
最後一點就是，房間內部的wifi非常給力，無論是玩遊戲還是看視頻都完全沒有卡頓。為什麼這點也要單拿出來説呢？因為之前我住的其他一些同價位的酒店，wifi質量就不行，有時候加載個圖片都費勁。而五環大酒店在wifi這方面做的很好，沒有出現問題。接下來就要説説一些小問題和我的小建議了。
第一點，1903房間的馬桶蓋有明顯的劃痕，桌子也有明顯的掉皮現象（圖4+圖5）。
第二點，1903房間浴缸出水把有明顯的鬆動，有一種搖搖欲墜的感覺（視頻1），建議酒店方及時進行維修。
第三點就是，1903房間浴室的插口明顯鬆動（視頻2）。
第四點就是，酒店配備了三部電梯，數量還是挺多的。但是上電梯卻不需要刷卡，我總感覺這在一定程度上會有安全隱患。酒店不讓外賣上樓，這點確實能保護住客的安全，但上電梯卻不用刷卡，總感覺這前後有些矛盾呢。
還有一點就是，1903房間的空調效果似乎不太好。上面提到了，這週末很冷，我在房間裏面把空調調到熱風最高檔，依然沒有什麼明顯的效果，所以最後衹能開電暖器取暖了。
最後就是我的一個小建議了，那就是，如果可能的話，建議酒店配備送餐機器人。因為現在一些經濟型的酒店都有這個設施了，五環大酒店作為五星級酒店，也可以考慮引進一下，以此來給我們更好的入住體驗。
衞生：我本人對酒店的衞生一直都是最重視的。這次入住，整體的衞生質量尚可，但依然有一些問題。
第一點就是，1903房間浴室的浴缸出水把和淋浴噴頭上都有明顯的水印子（視頻1）。
另外一點就是，這次入住的1903房間，發現了幾衹非常小的小飛蟲。我對於蟲子一向都很害怕，雖然我對於這種小飛蟲倒是沒什麼感覺，但也反映出酒店在衞生清潔方面還有提升的空間。
以上就是我這次的入住體驗，整體來説，還是非常滿意的。其實自從上次，也就是2023年年底的那次入住以後，我對五環大酒店一直都有一種嚮往之情，總想着再來住一次。五環大酒店也一直都在我攜程賬號的酒店收藏夾裏。這麼長時間，我也一直在關注大家對五環大酒店的評價，整體的評價是處於一個向好的趨勢的。這次入住我也明白了，為什麼酒店的評價越來越好了，主要就是在一些細節方面，酒店確實是有提升和轉變的。而且對於一個五星級酒店來説，這個價位也真的是非常合適了。在這裏我真的要謝謝五環大酒店，雖然這次衹住了兩天，但是我很開心，也很難忘（當然，如果能得到酒店回覆的話，我就更開心了，嘿嘿）。下次如果還能來鐵東這邊，我還會考慮這裏的。希望下次入住的時候，還能看到酒店在一些方面的改變與進步。
