Hotel ricavato da un antico palazzo a pochi passi dal lago nel cuore della città vecchia. Non hanno parcheggio privato ma le ore notturne di alcuni parcheggi convenzionati sono decurtate. Non hanno la reception all’entrata ma al primo piano e tu sei indipendente per entrate e ascensore con carta magnetica. Personale educato e disponibile. La nostra Camera spaziosa e molto pulita.

Albergo ubicato a ridosso del centro storico che si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Fronte lago. La struttura è moderna ed arredata con grande cura. Le nostre camere nella zona A (nuova) era bellissime. Con molto gusto erano caratterizzate da profusione di legno ma con colori caldi. Moderni i bagni e bellissimi i giochi di luce. Camera molto superiore alle aspettative, veramente carina. Non è facile trovare parcheggio anche se nei dintorni ci sono diverse opportunità a pagamento e non. La struttura ha all'interno anche un negozio per la rivendita di pane (fatto in loco) e dolci. Struttura veramente interessante e piacevole con prezzi corretti. Grazie

Hotel Positives + Location – the hotel is on the “border” between the small commercial district and the old medieval town. Annecy is a small town anyway, but this hotel is perfectly centrally located for easy walking access to absolutely everything. The front door faces the commercial area; turn right from the entrance and you are in the pedestrian cobblestoned zone. Turn right again immediately and go up a few stone steps; you are on the north side of the hotel in a small park behind a cathedral. Straight ahead is the canal and impeccably beautiful paved and wooden bridge walkway, another cathedral, and the arched stone entryways into the old town. Annecy is an absolutely wonderful, magical, beautiful town and lake. Hotels are hard to find; this hotel is relatively affordable and it’s greatest asset is its location. + Parking – the hotel has a gated parking lot + Breakfast – small buffet; can eat on outdoor shaded balcony with pleasant park & town views. Negatives -rooms are old, worn, and in extreme need of renovation. Room Negatives -very disappointing; this suite is the “best” room in the hotel. It is old and worn; the walls and furniture have scratches, patches, and stains. The entry hallway is totally wasted space; we put a suitcase there. The suite has a bathroom, bedroom, living/dining, and small wall kitchenette. Furniture was old, worn, and mismatched. Linens are tired, worn, and old. Mattress is flat and old. Bathroom is old; fixtures are old; no counter or storage space; dim lighting. Room felt unclean and worn. Kitchenette was helpful for the extra sink and small frig. Best part of room is the balcony with a view of town.

Happy to have chosen this hotel for a short stay in Annecy. Easy booking and communicating with the hotel from the beginning! The Good: - very friendly and approachable staffs. easy breezy check in/out - top central location near old town, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the lake! - great deco at the lobby, modern and filled with fun activities - parking garage right next to it - room with balcony and riverside view, also come with kettle. Nice air-conditioned. - reasonably priced Less Good: - extremely old parking garage - filthy dirty, small tight spaces, can be pricey for long hours parking - room and upper floors are very dated, old furnishing, quite basic. Not the same as the standard modern Ibis style - small, old and not-smart tv (not big issue but again it makes the room sad) Overall good for short stay but can be better for sure to suit the modern Ibis image!

En week-end prolongé à Annecy, nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 501. Très belle chambre spacieuse, décoration soignée. Les parties communes et notamment la salle des petits déjeuners sont très agréables. Personnel sympathique. L’hôtel est également très bien situé à proximité de la gare et de la vieille ville. Il bar ha una terrazza fantastica, ci siamo incontrati con molte altre persone per un matrimonio. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita (la stanza era rinnovata) e io avevo un bel viso spa. Abbiamo dovuto andare alla ricezione almeno 8 volte nel periodo di 4 giorni per cambiare le chiavi della carta alla stanza perché non funzionavano e ci è stato detto due volte che era colpa nostra, perché li tenevamo vicino alle carte di credito e ai telefoni. Inoltre, purtroppo il bar si chiude al 11PM e vi faranno sapere, anche in modo impolito, di lasciare non appena avvicina l'ora, indipendentemente dal fatto che abbia una terrazza completa (e occupazione) con gli ospiti. Le darei una valutazione completa della posizione, ma spero che miglioreranno le scelte del personale.

The hotel is a convenient walk from the train/bus station. This was our first stay at an Ibis hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was a good size with a nice balcony. There was a heat wave during our visit and the air conditioning worked very well. The darkening shades were amazing and made for a great night's sleep. Good breakfast selections. Great staff in the breakfast area as well as the front desk and housekeeping. The exterior of the hotel and surrounding area could use a refresh but the interior is nicely renovated and bright. I found some of the surrounding area dark at night and would just be mindful if walking solo. I wish the room had a mini fridge!

Molto buon accoglienza, consiglio su Annecy, parcheggio agevolato grazie all'hotel. La piazza apero del bar è eccellente. Colazione copiata. La casa camera ogni mattina è perfetta. La camera è silenziosa e confortevole. Il bagno è abbastanza spazioso, e consiglio l'hotel.
