Hotel in zona Parc Enfants, Annecy

La posizione è perfetta vicino al ristorante, al centro commerciale e al parco.

Questo hotel è un’ottima soluzione dove alloggiare per visitare Annecy. È nella zona residenziale ( a mio avviso stupenda, io l’ho trovata addirittura più bella del centro storico) ma a due passi dal centro storico. Moderno con personale gentile che da’ tutte le informazioni dettagliate per visitare bene la città, non ha parcheggio ma a due passi c’è un parcheggio coperto a 10€ al giorno ma al momento del check in danno un biglietto sconto da usare quando si riparte, in pratica dalle 22 alle 8 del mattino successivo il parcheggio è offerto dall’ hotel ( un bel gesto!). Camera carina con tutto l’occorrente ma l’unica pecca è che è troppo piccola così come il bagno... gli spazi sono insufficienti, nel bagno si sta davvero stretti! E poi il check in alle 14 è troppo tardi! La camera aveva affaccio su strada ma la zona, pur essendo piena di gente, di notte è silenziosa.

Il bar ha una terrazza fantastica, ci siamo incontrati con molte altre persone per un matrimonio. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita (la stanza era rinnovata) e io avevo un bel viso spa. Abbiamo dovuto andare alla ricezione almeno 8 volte nel periodo di 4 giorni per cambiare le chiavi della carta alla stanza perché non funzionavano e ci è stato detto due volte che era colpa nostra, perché li tenevamo vicino alle carte di credito e ai telefoni. Inoltre, purtroppo il bar si chiude al 11PM e vi faranno sapere, anche in modo impolito, di lasciare non appena avvicina l'ora, indipendentemente dal fatto che abbia una terrazza completa (e occupazione) con gli ospiti. Le darei una valutazione completa della posizione, ma spero che miglioreranno le scelte del personale.

Hotel Positives + Location – the hotel is on the “border” between the small commercial district and the old medieval town. Annecy is a small town anyway, but this hotel is perfectly centrally located for easy walking access to absolutely everything. The front door faces the commercial area; turn right from the entrance and you are in the pedestrian cobblestoned zone. Turn right again immediately and go up a few stone steps; you are on the north side of the hotel in a small park behind a cathedral. Straight ahead is the canal and impeccably beautiful paved and wooden bridge walkway, another cathedral, and the arched stone entryways into the old town. Annecy is an absolutely wonderful, magical, beautiful town and lake. Hotels are hard to find; this hotel is relatively affordable and it’s greatest asset is its location. + Parking – the hotel has a gated parking lot + Breakfast – small buffet; can eat on outdoor shaded balcony with pleasant park & town views. Negatives -rooms are old, worn, and in extreme need of renovation. Room Negatives -very disappointing; this suite is the “best” room in the hotel. It is old and worn; the walls and furniture have scratches, patches, and stains. The entry hallway is totally wasted space; we put a suitcase there. The suite has a bathroom, bedroom, living/dining, and small wall kitchenette. Furniture was old, worn, and mismatched. Linens are tired, worn, and old. Mattress is flat and old. Bathroom is old; fixtures are old; no counter or storage space; dim lighting. Room felt unclean and worn. Kitchenette was helpful for the extra sink and small frig. Best part of room is the balcony with a view of town.

La posizione della stanza è molto buona, molto buona, situata nel centro del processo. Il capo non è molto bravo. Ho chiesto se posso conservare il bagaglio. Ha detto di si', l'ho messo fuori dalla sala, fuori dalla reception, e ha messo uno spazio aperto e non chiuso. Ho detto se posso mettere dentro. Il capo si è rifiutato e è ancora arrabbiato. Non ho paura. Ho spesso rubato roba in Cina...

Un piccolo bemol sulla pulizia. Alcuni compiti di caffè su tavoli capelli e soprattutto sorpresa che i dipendenti passano una spugna sulle tavole al colazione ma non raccogliere le tazze. Sono a terra 🤔

Happy to have chosen this hotel for a short stay in Annecy. Easy booking and communicating with the hotel from the beginning! The Good: - very friendly and approachable staffs. easy breezy check in/out - top central location near old town, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the lake! - great deco at the lobby, modern and filled with fun activities - parking garage right next to it - room with balcony and riverside view, also come with kettle. Nice air-conditioned. - reasonably priced Less Good: - extremely old parking garage - filthy dirty, small tight spaces, can be pricey for long hours parking - room and upper floors are very dated, old furnishing, quite basic. Not the same as the standard modern Ibis style - small, old and not-smart tv (not big issue but again it makes the room sad) Overall good for short stay but can be better for sure to suit the modern Ibis image!

L'hotel si affaccia sul lago di Annecy. Alla sua porta d'ingresso, sembra che siamo molto nel profondo della foresta e tuttavia eravamo a malapena a 10 minuti di distanza dalla città. Il personale è molto dolce e professionale. Stiamo viaggiando con il nostro bambino di 1 anno che ha ricevuto attenzioni da parte del team a colazione. Sentire che la famiglia del foro è inclusa non ha prezzo. Queste 2 notti sono state accolte di riposo e relax. Grazie a tutti i membri dello staff che hanno reso questo gateway piacevole per noi!
