깨끗한 숙소에서 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다
직원들은 친절하고 방은 넓고 쾌적했어요
바로 앞 호수 경치도 멋졌구요
수영장이 있어서 더 좋았습니다.

很滿意 乾淨 洗手間有加熱器 露台超大 湖景很好 就是一樓的的餐廳不行 晚餐沒什麼好吃的 不過早餐很推薦

Un petit bémol sur la propreté. Quelques tâches de café sur tables chevets et surtout surprise que les employés passent une éponge sur les tables au petit déjeuner mais ne ramasse pas les miettes. Elles vont par terre 🤔

A good sized hotel in a prime position overlooking the lake, it is however a bit of a trek from the centre of town, probably a good 30 minutes walk. We were waiting quite some time at the train station for a taxi to turn up, although we subsequently used Uber’s which seemed pretty reliable. Our room was on the side of the hotel as I think most of them are, so not directly facing the lake but we still had a good view of the mountains and could see the lake off to the right from our balcony. The room itself was a good size with facilities including a Nespresso machine and a safe, although the latter had been left locked by the previous occupants so we could not use it. To be fair, I’m sure they would have sorted it out if we had asked, but then again I would have thought it might be something that housekeeping would have checked. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet but offered a good spread with all bases covered including cold meat, cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and so on. Hot choices were a bit more limited though, with some odd looking sausages that looked more like chorizo, and scrambled egg that was very gloopy and certainly past it’s best. There was also a bar area where we enjoyed a couple of very pleasant cocktails, although the DJ that had in there one evening seemed a little too loud. Overall though, if you don’t mind the walk in to town, a pretty good bet.

It was so clean and a great place !! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Warm croissants every morning and fresh orange juice. You can rent e bikes at the hotel and go around the lake. The walk into town is beautiful. This hotel has a nice spa area which was very nice when it was raining. The rooms are spacious and I would recommend a room with a view. The staff was very helpful.

Located over a mile from old city across from beautiful lake. Staff were poorly trained and no help at all with recommendations for restaurants. Our room was very small with one narrow window that faced a school. Yelling children were heard from 8 am throughout the day. Bathroom was nice. Rooms were not serviced til late afternoon. High rating is for the bar and the server. Also spa was very nice but again no service provided.

We stayed here after Paris and it was just the comfortable respite we needed. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious with air conditioning and a balcony. We slept very well here, nice and quiet even though Annecy was very busy with summer visitors. The bar was good and dinner at the restaurant was really delicious. Nice staff and service and beautifully prepared. We would return here in a heartbeat.

Firstly, the staff were so friendly and professional. Very nice hotel and great location, directly across the road from the lake. Rooms are very modern and clean. Parking is superb, safe and accessible for low cars. If I'm back in Annecy, this is where I'd stay again. Fantastic.
