The ameninties were great! We had a variety of regular rooms, 1 bedroom suites and 2 bedroom suites that passed our expectations! There was NOTHING that we were lacking for our stay! We were able to use the kitchen & all the supplies in it, along with the pool, hot tub & work-out room multiple times during our stay! The ability to sit around a fire at night, use a BBQ grill that we could grill for our whole group was WAY more than we expected! They also had ample group seating that we could utilize and a large table the we used each night to play games. The staff was ALWAYS friendly, polite and asking if there was anything that we needed! They wished us well and welcomed us back each time we left. I worked with the GM, Rich, to arrange rooms for this large group that was gathered for my husbands memorial service! Rich was attentive to EVERY detail and checked with me (and our group) to make sure that everything was going ok and if we needed anything. He made sure that we knew about restaurants and grocery stores were close by (our group came from all over including, AZ & FL) so we knew where to go. I felt that the attention to detail was amazing and service was MORE than I expected or have received from other establishments in the past! You won't regret staying here!!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un torneo di hockey con 15 altre famiglie. Poiché sono rimasti in molti hotel di torneo e in luoghi molto affascinanti, volevo prendere il tempo di raccomandare con forza questo hotel per tutti i tipi di visitatori. Le camere erano così pulite e tranquille. Le foglie e le mutandine erano di alta qualità e rendevano molto facile dormire. Vince e Mark al tavolo frontale erano gentili e attenti. Assicurarono che avessimo la sala da pranzo e che il colazione fosse ben conservato e le tavole fossero pulite rapidamente. L'hotel è intimato e dispone di un ristorante e un bar, nonché di un piccolo negozio per comprare le cose.I bambini amavano la piscina e siamo stati molto vicini al Michigan per poter catturare un gioco di hockey. Non esitate a prenotare questo hotel per il vostro gruppo se avete fortuna sufficiente per essere disponibile. Se potessi avere un soggiorno di questa qualità ogni volta che viaggio per sport di squadra, sarei eccitato. Grazie Ann Arbor e Holiday Inn per un fantastico fine settimana!

Solid choice for always overbooked town. The rooms are not the newest but beds are very comfortable. There seemed to always be many large group bookings and noise that goes with teenagers. During our three stays over a short period, we found some very sweet and thoughtful desk people, with a very warm and personal welcome on the third stay .... and yet an equal number of very brusque and abrupt staff work here as well. Free Starbucks coffee desk in AM is a nice perk. Parking is plentiful. This town has ridiculous prices year round, but nothing can be done about this.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico qui. Il personale è stato fantastico e anche durante una pandemia il matrimonio è stato bellissimo. Leah è stata fantastica e disponibile. Mi è davvero piaciuta Meg alla reception e il direttore generale era disposto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi cosa. Una tale benedizione trovare questo favoloso hotel per il matrimonio e la cena di prova. The staff were friendly, outgoing, and very personable. The food in the restaurant was cooked to perfection. Every room was absolutely breathtaking. Even the wheelchair accessible rooms were stunning. If you are into your health and wellness, this is the hotel for you. Everything is catered to the visitor living their best life in every way. I will definitely be staying here again and again and again.

Devo dire, per il lungo periodo, Ann Arbor Regent Hotel & Suites ha il personale più sorprendente. Il desk front è stato così utile con diverse suggerimenti che non conoscevo la zona. La stanza è stata affittata per un matrimonio in cui ci era stato incaricato di preparare la sposa. Ovviamente, non si iniziano le nozze in tempo. L'hotel era assolutamente sorprendente nel garantire che ci fosse tutto bene quando siamo stati panicati che ci siamo arrivati tardi per controllare il tempo di prepararsi. Il personale è riuscito a calmare le feci rufflate per permetterci di avere una sposa felice per il suo matrimonio.
