Hotel in zona Yıldırım Beyazıt Picnic Area, Ankara

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

The Kahya hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s really cozy and interestingly cheap especially if you are from Europe. Hotel’s crews are doing a great job and they will do their best if you need them. It should not be unmentioned that you can have any well known Turkish foods on its restaurant. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ankara.

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona. Nel centro della città di Ankara, la porta è la strada di Mei Food, la città di Liu, non lontano da una stazione di autobus, può andare alla stazione centrale di autobus, e anche all'aeroporto 442, in questa stazione. La stazione di metropolitana più vicina è la stazione di interscambio di metropolitana nel centro della città di Ankara, E'molto conveniente dove andare.La stanza è un po'piccola, ma molto pulita e pulita.Anche se l'hotel non è grande, e' anche dotato di un piccolo ascensore, e' davvero molto conveniente.E il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta e amichevole ogni giorno. La colazione è molto semplice, ma questo prezzo e la posizione geografica sono super alti.

Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!

Ho avuto un'esperienza di amore e odio con questo hotel. Amo il suo senso di lusso (eccetto il loro SPA che può essere migliore), e allo stesso tempo odio l'esperienza dell'incidenza della scatola di sicurezza nella mia stanza che porta al danno della mia collezione limitata di sacchetto di cuoio di Timberland. Ma poi mi piace come hanno gestito l’incidente, e dopo una serie di negoziati mi hanno comprato al Panora Mall e mi hanno lasciato scegliere un sacchetto di Tommy Hilfiger come sostituto. Naturalmente, il negoziato non è stato facile, ma mi congratulo con loro per aver finalmente deciso di fare ciò che è giusto per rendere felice il cliente, e ringrazio in particolare l'onorevole Murak, uno dei dirigenti che mi ha accompagnato al centro commerciale e ha comprato un nuovo sacchetto. Quando l'incidente è avvenuto, ho lamentato tre amministratori, ma solo il signor Murak aveva il senso di empatia e ha seguito attentamente questo caso fino a quando la direzione superiore dell'hotel è venuta a raccontare le buone notizie della sostituzione del sacchetto.
