Hotel in zona Tarihi AOÇ Hamam, Ankara

Sono rimasto per tre notti e non potevo essere più felice con la comodità della stanza, la pulizia del COVID e le precauzioni che hanno preso, e soprattutto il servizio del personale. Ho bisogno di aiuto con una chiamata internazionale e di prenotare una ferrata dopo aver lasciato l'hotel: hanno aiutato con entrambi. E non hanno bisogno ... La mia chiamata internazionale non è passata dalla stanza (probabilmente il mio goof), e hanno posto la chiamata per me. Quando ho cercato di prenotare un traghetto a Istanbul su un sito web che ha continuato a completare l'operazione in turco, mi hanno aiutato a capire i dati. E quando le mie carte di credito americane non sono state accettate, hanno anche prenotato con una carta aziendale, e hanno aggiunto il costo/non un supplemento alla mia stanza. Infine, quando ho lasciato la mia telecamera in cabina dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, hanno lavorato con il mio (futuro) capo di viaggio per identificare la cabina, tenere la telecamera per me e mandarla a me in viaggio. Non hanno dovuto fare nulla di questo: avrei già lasciato l'hotel ... ma erano eccellenti nel aiutarmi a uscire. La posizione è buona, per le altre recensioni, ma ciò che li rende davvero indipendenti è come si prendono cura degli ospiti dell'hotel sia in condizioni generali di proprietà sia rendendo il soggiorno comodo.

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

The Kahya hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s really cozy and interestingly cheap especially if you are from Europe. Hotel’s crews are doing a great job and they will do their best if you need them. It should not be unmentioned that you can have any well known Turkish foods on its restaurant. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ankara.

Отель мне очень нравится, очень удачное расположение, кафе, магазины рядом. Метро недалеко. Для Анкары вполне приличный завтрак. Не хватает только яичницы))). В номере есть все необходимое. В ванной есть даже фен. Тапочки. Все принадлежности шампунь, гель, кондиционер. Губка для обуви. Несколько раз уже проживал в этом отеле, всегда идут на встречу заселяют раньше времени заезда.

La posizione dell'hotel e' molto buona, come nel centro della città, si può raggiungere ovunque presto, siamo stati un po' stanchi perche' siamo arrivati dalla strada, abbiamo fatto i nostri affari in ricezione presto e siamo arrivati in camera. L'hotel ha un design diverso da quello di altri hotel, costruiti in stile classico, sembrava a casa, le sue letti e le sue cuscinetti erano molto comodi, stanza e bagno erano molto puliti, ci serviva il cuscino, e subito ci serviva il colazione, ci piaceva il colazione, e' molto. Non preoccuparti, ci sono anche l'acqua arancione, per questo hanno un'altra somma in hotel, e i dipendenti chiedono se avete un'altra richiesta nel ristorante, e lo fanno subito, e il personale è molto gentile e gentile. Credo di aver trovato un buon hotel per ospitare quando sono venuto ad Ankara da solo e da famiglia.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona. Nel centro della città di Ankara, la porta è la strada di Mei Food, la città di Liu, non lontano da una stazione di autobus, può andare alla stazione centrale di autobus, e anche all'aeroporto 442, in questa stazione. La stazione di metropolitana più vicina è la stazione di interscambio di metropolitana nel centro della città di Ankara, E'molto conveniente dove andare.La stanza è un po'piccola, ma molto pulita e pulita.Anche se l'hotel non è grande, e' anche dotato di un piccolo ascensore, e' davvero molto conveniente.E il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta e amichevole ogni giorno. This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!
