Rooms were really sub standard. Told them for three days aur con not working, but insisted it was when thermostat read 26 degrees. Tatty furnishings, poor breakfast and closed many services due to low number of guests (I wonder why?). Had a leak from bath with water all over the floor. Refused to give me another room, as wanted to fix the problem and leave me in same room. Manager was completely arrogant and unwilling to prioritise guest comfort. Avoid at all cost!

Poiché sono un cibo disgustoso, potrei chiedere ogni giorno di preparare cibo per il mio gusto. Stayed for 11 days: Beautiful hotel which is super clean and comfortable. Fresh Chocolates to die for, made in the hotel! Decor of the chandeliers is amazing. Restaurant meals were delicious with a lot of healthy dishes Salmon noodle (eristeli somon) and ot kavurma (fried herbs and veggie) were my favorites You should definitely try the tahini dessert as well. Massive swimming pool, constantly checked for cleanliness. I forgot my slippers in the room but I was given a pair of free flip flops as a courtesy Room was super comfortable Bed was massive and so relaxing( i think the duvet was from duck feathers and the mattress was very thick and ergonomic) Carpets were white very soft and super clean. Work area: Very well thought and comfortable. I was able to log in from work from the work station Dry Cleaning: Collected and delivered to the room Reception staff were very helpful. Upon providing our passports they helped us to apply for HES codes (essential to get into shops in Covid environment). Hotel ventilation was very well thought, and checked frequently to ensure air quality is good.

3 Ağustos Çarşamba günü saat 11:00 civarında Ankara Büyükhanlı park otelin yüzme havuzuna gittim. Hemen bizden sonra 3 çocuklu bir aile arkasından 2 çocuklu bir aile giriş yaptı. Çocuklar gelir gelmez havuza atladılar.Neredeyse 10 çocuk oldu, hatta tüm gün neredeyse hiç yüzmediler çünkü sürekli havuza atlayıp çıkıp tekrar atlayarak egleniyorlardı. Kısa sürede bu durumu gören bütün çocuklar aynı şeyi yapmaya başladı . Taaki 12:53 e kadar sabırla bekledik ,ne yazık ki vazgeçmiyor,havuzdan çıkmıyor ve hiç bir görevli tarafından ikaz edilmediler. En sonunda ben dayanamayıp 12:53 de resepsiyona durumu bildirdim.Havuz görevlisinin duruma müdahale edip etmediğini sordular,malesef havuz görevlisi Abdullah bey halinden çok memnundu ve çalışanın hiç bir sorunu yoktu. Abdullah bey Tel gelince kendisi yerine başka bir kadın çalışanı çagırıp bir aileyi uyarması için gönderdi.Kendisi gine hiç bir şeye karışmıyordu. Bu durum taaaki akşam saat 18;00 e kadar aynı şekilde devam etti. Biz bütün gün çocuklar havuzdan çıkarsa diye bekleyip duruyorduk.olaki kısa bi süre ara verirseler biz yüzmeye başlarsak hemen geri gelip tepemize atlamak onlar için çok eğlenceliydi. Havuz görevlisi Abdullah Bey e iki defa ikaz ettim. Zar zor bir çocugun ailesine söyledi diğerleri aynı şekilde devam etti. Akşam en son artık bi girelim kimse yokken dedik ve ablam ile birlikte havuza girdik. 3 çocuk sürekli yeni yüzmeyi yeni ögrenen ablamın tepesine bombalama atlamaya başladı. Etrafa fazlaca su sıçrattarak birden tepesinden atladıkları için panikle iki defa boğuluyordu ve ben yanına giderek havuzdan çıkarttım. •Havuz aqua park değil ama yüzenlerin üstüne bombalama atlamak serbest çünkü uyarı yazını öyle bir saklamışlar ki ben uzun aramalar sonun da buldum. •Abdullah bey kim bahşiş verirse ona yakın davranan ve sorunlar hiç bir sorun umrunda değil. •Bugün ki Rus müşterilerden oluşan grup da çocukları hiç aratmadı,bide elele tutuşup da havuza atlıyorlar,muhteşemdi çocuklarda hemen aynısını uyğulamaya başladı. •Aaa bide elçilikten gelen üyeleri var, onlarda bunları hiç aratmıyor.Hatta bir de tabanca ile yüznüze kulagına su sıkacak kadarlar. •Havuza girişte nufus cuzdanınıza el koyup masadaki açık bir kutunun içine atıyor.Hiç bir önemi ve ehemmiyeti olmadan kendince kimliğinizi tüm gün rehin alıyor,yarın birgün adınıza kredi çekilse şaşmamak lazım.Hangi hakla böyle bir uygulama yapılıyor. •Havuz suyu çok pis ve bulanıklıklıktan dibi görünmüyor. •Havuz oldugu halde 5li 6 lı gelip karşınızda sizi kesen erkek müşteriler hiç eksik olmuyor. •Kurallar hak getire, akışta gidiyor işte. Bu şekilde hizmet almak için para ödemeye razıysanız bu otele gidin dinlenmek rahatlamak ne demek sinir olup tartışıp dönersiniz.

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

We had a fantastic time in Hotel Farabi In ANKARA. Staff were so kind to us. Every question that we had, were answered quickly by the hotel members. You can have delicious breakfast there. And, every thing in this hotel is safe. In addition, I have impressed by the way the receptions guide you about the questions that you may have both in the Hotel and the city.

Ho trovato un hotel amico degli animali per una notte a Tripadvisor e, per caso, ho visto il miglior hotel che abbia mai conosciuto. Non ho cercato altro che un posto dove stare con il mio vero gatto, ma ho trovato un hotel pulito e curato, in un posto molto gentile, molto carino e dotato di personale che si occupava di tutto. Potrei anche dire che sono felice di avere questa necessità urgente, perché ho vissuto a Ankara per molti anni, ma non sono stato al corrente di questo hotel, il servizio in camera è a prezzi appropriati, il servizio in camera è veloce, il minibar è diverso, e hanno anche offerto il colazione che ho ordinato dal servizio in camera. Tutto è stato bello, grazie a tutti i dipendenti e alle imprese.
