Hotel in zona baglica merkez cami, Ankara

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Da quando siamo entrati in hotel, i nostri cari amici, sorridenti e caldi, ci hanno accompagnato fino alla nostra stanza, quando siamo entrati in camera, sono più confortevoli e puliti di molti hotel a 5 stelle, e poi, davvero, vi piacerebbe divertirvi meglio nel tempo della jacuzzi nella stanza. Era una grande attività che ci piaceva, quando tornammo ad Ankara, preferirei questo posto e mi consiglierei al mio ambiente.

Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!

La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente. Siamo tutti a piedi per due giorni. Possiamo vivere profondamente Ankara.La struttura dell'hotel è stretta e la stanza è ancora grande.Le strutture sono come un miglior hotel di marca veloce in Cina.Il ristorante di terrazza al tetto è un buon paesaggio.

Sono rimasto per tre notti e non potevo essere più felice con la comodità della stanza, la pulizia del COVID e le precauzioni che hanno preso, e soprattutto il servizio del personale. Ho bisogno di aiuto con una chiamata internazionale e di prenotare una ferrata dopo aver lasciato l'hotel: hanno aiutato con entrambi. E non hanno bisogno ... La mia chiamata internazionale non è passata dalla stanza (probabilmente il mio goof), e hanno posto la chiamata per me. Quando ho cercato di prenotare un traghetto a Istanbul su un sito web che ha continuato a completare l'operazione in turco, mi hanno aiutato a capire i dati. E quando le mie carte di credito americane non sono state accettate, hanno anche prenotato con una carta aziendale, e hanno aggiunto il costo/non un supplemento alla mia stanza. Infine, quando ho lasciato la mia telecamera in cabina dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, hanno lavorato con il mio (futuro) capo di viaggio per identificare la cabina, tenere la telecamera per me e mandarla a me in viaggio. Non hanno dovuto fare nulla di questo: avrei già lasciato l'hotel ... ma erano eccellenti nel aiutarmi a uscire. La posizione è buona, per le altre recensioni, ma ciò che li rende davvero indipendenti è come si prendono cura degli ospiti dell'hotel sia in condizioni generali di proprietà sia rendendo il soggiorno comodo.

Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. Memnun qalmadigim heç ne olmadı 😊 Otel temizdir. Otaqlarda çarşaflar temiz hamamda vannası olan otaq verdiler xoş sürpriz oldu 😊 otaqa her gün su qoyulur, minibar var televizor ders çalışacağım üçün otaqda çalışma masasının olması da lap sevindirdi. Diğer qaldığım otellerden fərqli ve en yaxşı cəhətlərdən biri minibar və room service qiymətlərinin yazılı olmasıdır. Resepsndan təəssüf adlarını bilmədiyim meni ilk gün check in eden bey ve xanım, bellboy vardı. Çox mehribandırlar😊 Hamamda fen var. Dəsmallar hamısı qoyulmuşdu. Bütün gerekli xırda əşyalar da. Housekeeping çox mehriban ve diqqətlidir. Bu otelde qaldığım 7 gün ərzində sadece xoş anlar yaşayıram 🥰 Növbəti seçimim yenə bura olacaq deyə Eminem 😊 Seher yemeyi açıq bufetdi. Çeşidli pendirlər var. Çorba teklif olunur 😊 şirniyyatlar murebbeler çeşitli kofe yani her zovge uygun 😊 adeta seher bunun üçün tez oyanırdım😄 Her şey üçün Teşekkürler!!

Le prime impressioni dell'hotel erano davvero grandi. Il lobby è benvenuto e il personale è amichevole. L'ingresso è bellamente decorato con (false) fiori. La colazione era molto buona - con uova fatte su richiesta. Il personale del ristorante è stato utile e gentile - un modo meraviglioso di iniziare la mattina. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. E 'solo circa 10-minute camminare verso una zona della città con molti buoni ristoranti e alcuni pub/bar. La camera era piuttosto piccola, rendendo difficile quando due persone hanno bagagli. La camera era buona con una doccia molto buona, ma i bagni minimi, quindi portatevi! Ma c'è un notevole svantaggio all'hotel. E' molto rumoroso. Le finestre non mantengono il rumore della strada e c'è un LOT di rumore della strada. Inoltre, perché il tempo era caldo per ottobre - e l'hotel aveva smesso di accendere l'AC per l'anno - le camere erano molto calde, rendendo il sonno molto difficile. Quindi, un bel hotel per un altro periodo dell'anno. Se siete qui, si prega di chiedere una stanza tranquilla, che migliorerà certamente la vostra esperienza.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo, il personale era così amichevole e utile, era sociale, e abbiamo incontrato persone sorprendenti durante il nostro soggiorno.Mi piaceva la terrazza superiore del tetto e le camere erano belle e grandi, e il colazione era umile. L'unica domanda che ho avuto è la posizione, tutti i ristoranti vicino sono molto prezzi e turistici, quindi è necessario essere pronti a camminare un po' fuori dalla zona per un pasto più economico. Ho avuto un'esperienza di amore e odio con questo hotel. Amo il suo senso di lusso (eccetto il loro SPA che può essere migliore), e allo stesso tempo odio l'esperienza dell'incidenza della scatola di sicurezza nella mia stanza che porta al danno della mia collezione limitata di sacchetto di cuoio di Timberland. Ma poi mi piace come hanno gestito l’incidente, e dopo una serie di negoziati mi hanno comprato al Panora Mall e mi hanno lasciato scegliere un sacchetto di Tommy Hilfiger come sostituto. Naturalmente, il negoziato non è stato facile, ma mi congratulo con loro per aver finalmente deciso di fare ciò che è giusto per rendere felice il cliente, e ringrazio in particolare l'onorevole Murak, uno dei dirigenti che mi ha accompagnato al centro commerciale e ha comprato un nuovo sacchetto. Quando l'incidente è avvenuto, ho lamentato tre amministratori, ma solo il signor Murak aveva il senso di empatia e ha seguito attentamente questo caso fino a quando la direzione superiore dell'hotel è venuta a raccontare le buone notizie della sostituzione del sacchetto.
