Hotel in zona Afacan Parkı, Ankara

По приезду в хостел мы увидели табличку, что заселение возможно с 8 утра. Мы приехали к хостелу в 7 утра, подождали час. В 8.10 стучали в дверь никто не открывал, потом вышел человек, сказал что он тут только отдыхает, администрации пока нет, но скоро должны прийти. Прождали минут 15 пришла девушка, начала заселение. Быстро все оформила и проводила в номер. Номер маленький, внутри было грязно, видимо пол мыли, но в углах, под кроватью и сбоку и сзади кровати, под радиатором никто не мыл и даже не пылесосил пыль и мусор там лежат. В ванне плесень черная на раковине, в душе и углах. Полотенца и тапочки нет, хотя при бронировании было написано что есть, так же с феном. Смеситель на раковине сломан, вода течет на саму раковину по бокам и вытекает от куда-то снизу, дверца раковины тоже свисает, крючков для полотенец нет. Постельное белье тоже грязное застиранное, в каких-то пятнах, спала в одежде. Когда мы выезжали вечером, на ресепшене опять никого не было. Ждали минут 15, ходили по хостелу искали. Не нашли, оставили ключи на столе и ушли, потому что у нас самолет и надо было уже срочно ехать. Все плохо, не знаю откуда столько положительных отзывов. Так же все кто живут в хостеле вечно бродят по нему и орут, либо сидят на улице под окнами и их слышно так, будто они в ухо тебе разговаривают. Очень плохая шумоизоляция, дверь тонкая и все слышно кто мимо ходит. Рядом был туалет общий и там дверь закрывалась только если ее с силой захлопнуть, каждый раз от этого просыпалась.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo, il personale era così amichevole e utile, era sociale, e abbiamo incontrato persone sorprendenti durante il nostro soggiorno.Mi piaceva la terrazza superiore del tetto e le camere erano belle e grandi, e il colazione era umile. L'unica domanda che ho avuto è la posizione, tutti i ristoranti vicino sono molto prezzi e turistici, quindi è necessario essere pronti a camminare un po' fuori dalla zona per un pasto più economico. Harika otel 🙂 guleryuzle karsilandim. Guleryuzle devam etti tum konaklamam. ☀️☀️☀️ Oda ferah genis. Banyo acayip temiz. Tum havlular koyulmus. Sicak su hic kesintisiz geldi. Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. We stayed 4 days in this hotel. Our room was in the corner of 4th floor with windows in 3 sides of the room so we had a very light room with very good view to streets around. The room was very clean and most of the staff were very halpful although they didn't speak english ( we sometimes communicate via goodle translate if it was necessary). Breakfast was more than excelent if you consider the price. The hotel is about 5 min walk from bus stations that had buses to almost every part of the city and also very near to metro station. There were a lot of restaurants and stores near the hotel too. We were completely satisfied with our stay there. Hotel is not luctury at all but very comfortable and clean and affordable. I highly recommend it.

Da quando siamo entrati in hotel, i nostri cari amici, sorridenti e caldi, ci hanno accompagnato fino alla nostra stanza, quando siamo entrati in camera, sono più confortevoli e puliti di molti hotel a 5 stelle, e poi, davvero, vi piacerebbe divertirvi meglio nel tempo della jacuzzi nella stanza. Era una grande attività che ci piaceva, quando tornammo ad Ankara, preferirei questo posto e mi consiglierei al mio ambiente.

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Sono rimasto per tre notti e non potevo essere più felice con la comodità della stanza, la pulizia del COVID e le precauzioni che hanno preso, e soprattutto il servizio del personale. Ho bisogno di aiuto con una chiamata internazionale e di prenotare una ferrata dopo aver lasciato l'hotel: hanno aiutato con entrambi. E non hanno bisogno ... La mia chiamata internazionale non è passata dalla stanza (probabilmente il mio goof), e hanno posto la chiamata per me. Quando ho cercato di prenotare un traghetto a Istanbul su un sito web che ha continuato a completare l'operazione in turco, mi hanno aiutato a capire i dati. E quando le mie carte di credito americane non sono state accettate, hanno anche prenotato con una carta aziendale, e hanno aggiunto il costo/non un supplemento alla mia stanza. Infine, quando ho lasciato la mia telecamera in cabina dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, hanno lavorato con il mio (futuro) capo di viaggio per identificare la cabina, tenere la telecamera per me e mandarla a me in viaggio. Non hanno dovuto fare nulla di questo: avrei già lasciato l'hotel ... ma erano eccellenti nel aiutarmi a uscire. La posizione è buona, per le altre recensioni, ma ciò che li rende davvero indipendenti è come si prendono cura degli ospiti dell'hotel sia in condizioni generali di proprietà sia rendendo il soggiorno comodo.

Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!

Noi siamo rimasti all'hotel e siamo stati molto felici del servizio. I dipendenti erano molto felici di aiutare, soprattutto il direttore di vendita Nurettin Mutlugün.
