Ho prenotato tramite *******, noi (2 donne professioniste sulla quarantina) siamo arrivati ​​in hotel intorno alle 20:45, George ci ha fatto entrare nella nostra camera, abbiamo disfatto un po' le valigie e ci siamo sdraiati. Poi si è sentito bussare alla porta circa 45 minuti dopo e quando l'ho aperta, George era lì e ha detto “questa non è la tua stanza. vattene" e ho afferrato le chiavi dalla fessura che accende l'elettricità in modo che le luci si spegnessero e hanno cercato di spingermi oltre nella stanza. Indossavo una piccola camicia da notte e ho detto "per favore, non siamo vestiti, dammi un minuto per mettermi dei vestiti". E ha provato a buttarci fuori proprio in quel momento, ma avevamo tutti i vestiti disfatti. Riprendo le chiavi per accendere la luce, mi vesto e vado fuori a parlare con lui. Ha detto che non fa affari con ******* e si è rifiutato di guardare la mia email di conferma. George è stato estremamente scortese, urlandoci “fuori! Uscire!" Quando gli ho chiesto di essere gentile e di cercare di trovare una soluzione, ha detto che non aveva bisogno di essere educato perché "non eravamo suoi ospiti". Ha detto quanto tempo ci vorrà per uscire, abbiamo detto 5 minuti e penso che ci sia voluto meno tempo. Volevamo andarcene al più presto. Abbiamo lasciato la chiave sul tavolo fuori dalla porta e gli abbiamo gridato che stavamo partendo (era a pochi metri dal bar). Ci ha inseguito e ha detto: "Non volevi conoscere un hotel con disponibilità", ma a quel punto eravamo piuttosto fuori di testa e volevamo solo allontanarci da lui. Ha continuato a urlarci contro e gli ho chiesto di nuovo di smetterla di essere così scortese. Quando siamo arrivati ​​all'auto a noleggio, siamo rimasti seduti per circa 5 minuti cercando di trovare un nuovo hotel alle 21:45. Si è avvicinato alla mia finestra e ci ha detto di lasciare il parcheggio. Era incredibilmente strano. Non ci sentivamo al sicuro lì. Alla fine, ******* dice di avermi inviato un avviso di cancellazione, che deve essere finito nella mia cartella spam perché ovviamente non mi sarei presentato in un hotel che avesse cancellato la mia prenotazione. Non biasimo George per la sua frustrazione nei confronti di *******, ma il modo in cui ci ha trattato è stato più che orribile. Ad essere sincero, quando leggo recensioni come questa, mi chiedo se il recensore sia quello che è un po' fuori. Ma non ho mai scritto una recensione come questa perché non ho mai avuto un'esperienza così negativa in un hotel. Ho viaggiato in molti paesi e ho soggiornato in molti hotel e sono relativamente rilassato. Ma non voglio che nessun altro viva un’esperienza come questa.

George & Maria were very nice as well as Nick our barman. The apar**ent was clean as well as surrounding areas. The pool was not heated so cold when you go in. Nick made us lovely juices & smoothies and was very kind & polite. Cost of drinks were about €6. Lovely place to go if you want a quieter a**osphere.

What a wonderful place!! So relaxing, beautiful surroundings. George and Maria made us feel so welcome. They made our stay from wonderful to perfection. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. I am going to come back!!

We have not been back since 2018 but it felt like coming home. A warm welcome after a long day travelling and we could relax. Maria, George, Albert, Rosa and Vasselli are fantastic. We have had the best and needed two weeks rest and relaxation for this year. We have been wowed by the island and it’s constant treasures. The people are friendly and welcoming. The food and wine marvellous and so varied from fish to meat to sweets to die for.Maria and George are incredibly helpful and will do anything to make your holiday special. We have felt like family whilst we were there and we will not be leaving it 5 years until the next visit. October is a super time and we had fantastic weather, but I think May for the next visit. Go an explore the island it is incredible we estimate at least another 10 years of holidays. Thanks again Kreta Natur for making this an amazing holiday

What a find! If you're looking for a quiet retreat, look no further. The owners, George & Maria are fantastic characters. The staff - Bill, sorting breakfast and Stefan and Albert looking after the bar were brilliant. Rosa kept the rooms clean & tidy. Can't wait to return. Highly, highly recommend.

Just returned from a week's stay at Kreta Natur,our first visit to this beautiful island of Crete. This was a last minute getaway and I am very happy we decided to stay here.The apar**ent was very clean with a beautiful veiw of the sea,there's only 12 apar**ents in the complex and from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. George and Maria the owners are truly lovely people and the staff are very friendly.Bill and Albert look after the bar and pool area which is a oasis in its self,Thank-you Bill and Albert for looking after us.The area is quiet but only 10 minutes walk to the front,we found a lovely beach about 25 minutes walk with sunbeds so near the sea it was amazing.Captains restaurant was one of our favourite places to eat and yet again the staff were very hospitable.back to Kreta Natur,I have stayed in 5 star hotels so going to a apar**ent was out our comfort zone,I enjoyed every single minute staying here and would certainly return,tranquil and beautiful. Thank-you for wonderful memories 🥰

I have never stayed anywhere more pleasant, enjoyable, relaxing, and friendlier than Kreta Natur Apar**ents. A truly excellent location to enjoy a holiday, there are no negatives at all. There are sufficient sun loungers and seating areas to cater for everyone staying at the apar**ents providing for a totally stress free experience. Breakfast by the pool each morning made for a perfect start to the day. The bar by the pool serves a great range of drinks and snacks day and evening. The staff are all first class and George, the owner, is a true gentleman. Thank you George for making Kreta Natur so great and for such a memorable holiday.

Without doubt the most relaxing two weeks of the year by far. For our needs the apar**ents are perfect, quite, tranquil and everything you need for 100% chilling. A well stocked bar ice cold wines, beers and Albert's amazing cocktails often delivered on a tray to our sun beds. The staff are all fantastic and always so attentive. My big thanks go out to Geogre and Maria who are now like "part of the family". no matter when. Maria's smile and wave always makes me smile. George is the smartest, calmest and genuine man I know. Not surprising nowing his old profession. Sandra and I really can not wait to return.

What a beautiful place. The service from Albert was the best. And the owners were so lovely. The other guests were so nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for the best of both worlds. Close enough to town to go out but also so quite and relaxing. Thank you to George, Maria and Albert you made our holiday better. X
