Hotel in centro ad Amgra do Heroismo, pulitissimo e confortevole. Sergio ci ha preparato un itinerario perfetto per visitare isola, Beatriz ci ha accolto con simpatia e tutte le informazioni necessarie x cenare e visitare vari posti. Colazione ottima con prodotti a km 0. Se andate a Terceira questo è l'hotel da scegliere!

Eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti. Bella location, camera con bagno, buon letto, asciugamani morbidi, pulitissimo ed elegante, ottima colazione con prodotti locali. Inoltre la gentilezza e cordialità di Elena e Sergio insieme allo staff hanno reso il soggiorno confortevole e indimenticabile.

Helena e Sergio sono fantastici, mi hanno fatto sentire a casa con le loro premure, i loro consigli e le loro tante attenzioni ..le camere sono bellissime, pulite ed i prodotti della colazione sono eccellenti . Traspare che tutto è fatto con passione ..il luogo più bello in cui ho soggiornato in tutte le Azzorre. Non avrei voluto ripartire...tornerò ..grazie grazie ed ancora grazie ad Helena e Sergio, ed alle meravigliose ragazze che lavorano per loro

This is a small intimate hotel with 2 hostel rooms. Five star. I have never stayed at a warmer guest house. All organic homemade products for breakfast. Staff goes out of their way to ensure you are happy, have everything you need and will schedule any activities at a discount. No question, we will back.

Excellent private rooms, outstanding cleaniness and attention to detail. Breakfast was an experience, beautifly set up and carefully selected local products. But above all, the best part was the delightful attention of the staff; special thanks to Beatriz and Sophia for their scenlent guest care and personalized attention.

Don't be fooled by the term "hostel" because Memoria Hostel is a chic little boutique B & B in beautiful Angra do Heroismo, very close to all the main sights. Rooms look just like on the website and the entire hotel is very modern and sparkling clean inside. The beds were very comfy, the shower pressure great, and the room nicely appointed (water carafe with glasses, TV, small flower vase, safe, etc.). But the true stars of the hostel are the people running it. The owners could not have been more kind and helpful when giving tips on sightseeing. Special mention also to the wonderful Beatriz: our flight came in after 11 pm, and she made sure to stay up to welcome us. She also organized a breakfast box due to our early departure as well as a taxi. Obrigada! Lastly, breakfast was wonderful with locals jams, bolo levedo bread, yogurt and more. In conclusion, Memoria Hostel is an outstanding place when stay in Angra and I could not recommend it more highly!

We stayed at this hostel for three nights and were extremely impressed by its location, cleanliness and hands-on management. Unlike any other place we had stayed in the Azores, the staff were full of suggestions about the top sights to see, restaurants and hikes on the island. A very informative map annotated with all their recommendations was handed to us on arrival and proved to be very helpful indeed. We booked a suite and were not disappointed. A communal fridge and dining room allowed us to purchase some drinks and enjoyed them on the terrace. The management were extremely accommodating when we needed a late checkout. All in all an excellent place to stay and at a very reasonable rate.

A very lovely hostel very close to the Center of Angra do Heroismo. Brand new facilities, very modern and definitely worth the price. Lovely hosts as well as very helpful, friendly and lovely staff (B and S). Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast offers a variety of local food options. 100% recommendation. Would come again for sure. ☺️☺️

Loved our stay at Memoria Hostel. Sergio and Helena were very hospitable, kind and provided us various suggestions on places to visit and eat in Terceira. Moreover the entire staff Beatrice and Sophia were also very helpful and friendly. They all spoke English well and was easy to communicate with them. The room we rented was very spacious and the entire facility was very clean and beautifully maintained. One of the best locations in the island and we truly loved it.
