Situato nel centro di Andorra Vella, con parcheggio disponibile a pochi passi dalla città antica e carico di acquisti gratuiti. Un gentiluomo sul divano di fronte ha parlato francese, spagnolo e inglese e ha offerto un'ottima offerta di suggerimenti per la zona. Le camere sono moderne e pulite senza spazi, come tutte le aree pubbliche dove anche il pavimento ceramico brilla. Il grande colazione è un buon valore con una vasta varietà e qualcosa per tutti: buoni succhi di caffè freschi direttamente dalla pressa di succhi, prodotti di pane, frutta, uova di bacon, omelete fresche, salsicce, tagli frigoriferi, ecc. per citare solo alcune cose. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è molto bello, ben dimensionato e ben lucidi a un prezzo ragionevole.

Incredible night's sleep, comfortable mattress, hotel a little plain to be called a 4* but I'm indecisive on whether it's a high 3* or low 4*. Staff really good, when I arrived I was disappointed with the twin beds however they changed me to a big double. Breakfast was really great, they even put my Italian moka machine on the hot plate so I had better coffee than the machine. The buffet in the evening looks really good although I didn't go as I was there for 2 nights & only saw it my last evening when I had plans. Staff really nice, incredibly helpful.

Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.

Ho trascorso alcune settimane presso questo hotel, situato nel cuore di Andorra, a pochi passi dalla zona dello shopping e dal centro. Hotel elegante, camere curate e confortevoli, ottimo il breakfast con un misto di prodotti anche locali che aiutano a scoprire i sapori di Andorra. Il personale si e’ dimostrato sempre attento, disponibile e sopratutto sorridente e affabile, un vero piacere aver soggiornato da voi. Desidero ringraziare Eric Surana e Agustina del ricevimento per la simpatia, cortesia e professionalità, e Julio per essere stato onnipresente e sempre estremamente disponibile con noi. This was really the perfect hotel for me and my three children (aged 22, 19 and 14.) It is in the city center, close to both the shopping street and the bus station (we came by bus from Toulouse and took another bus to Barcelona.) The spa in the hotel next door was included. It was nice, and had a gym and a lovely terrace (but not so nice to visit in October.) It was rather crowded the day we were there, though. I think we got the two best rooms in the hotel, on the top floor facing the mountains. They were rather spatious, had tea and coffee facilities, were clean and had comfortable beds. My youngest daughter got sick that night, and then we could keep one of the rooms until 13.30 for free (when it was time to go to the bus.) We had the buffet dinner which was much better than expected. It was not huge, but tasted really good, and included some specialities from Andorra. We enjoyed it all of us. That said: this is not a fancy hotel, but for our needs (one night in Andorra) it was perfect and priceworthy.

Hotel situato in pieno centro, con ristorante di buon livello. Abbiamo avuto per 3 notti una camera piccola, buia, che si affacciava su un ristretto cortile di passaggio di tubi, non proprio accogliente quindi. Letto comodo, bagno ben fornito. Il posteggio costa 50 euro per 3 notti, un po' caro quindi, ma ad Andorra lo spazio manca, e non è dell hotel né troppo vicino.

Se hai bisogno di un autobus da Andorra, allora è davvero consigliabile questo hotel.Perche'dove vuoi andare da qui a un autobus per quattro minuti.E la posizione è lenta e facile da camminare. La colazione dell'hotel è molto deliziosa e fortemente raccomandata.Uno dei nostri scherzi è che quando ci fermiamo, la reception e abbiamo detto che l'hotel aveva inviato una ora di spa, pensavamo fosse un massaggio nel senso del passato, e poi abbiamo scoperto che era in realtà sudore... Questo è il significato del loro spa qui. L'hotel ha una piscina, un bacino di gioco per bambini e strutture perfette.E'un po'di distanza dalla strada del negozio, ma c'è un centro commerciale più grande vicino. L'hotel ti fornirà una carta di sconto del 10%. Più tardi, anche se siamo andati a la strada del negozio di Andorra, abbiamo scoperto che era ancora il più economico vicino all'hotel.Quasi tutto è stato comprato qui. In breve, un hotel davvero perfetto, se andro'a Andorra, scelgo qui.

This hotel is top class great views and a large swimming pool Spacious rooms comfortable beds Bath toilet and shower all separate We did not have breakfast as we thought €25 each was a bit steep. There are 2 shortcuts to the Old town turn left at main door into the garden steps on right hand side or towards the new part of town left at main door walk pass the garden restaurant towards your left go out to gate and across to shopping center car park and get the elevator down saves a load of time and the feet with all the hills.

Amorevole soggiorno in questo hotel vicino a beni e negozi. Parcheggio in più e consigliare perché il parcheggio fuori e molto costoso e non molto spazio sul parcheggio pubblico. L'accoglienza e gli assistenti sono cortesi. Raccomando questo hotel per la qualità prezzo. Avete anche una sauna e un jacuzzi!

Quarto amplo, cama aconchegante, vista linda!!! Excelente localização! Sem barulho externo! Atendentes muito atenciosos! Balas da recepção são viciantes!! Observação: chuveiro não estava tão bom, mas o menor cumpriu o devido papel.
