The room is so dirty & they provide a small toilet with a rusty tap water odour

Ok room, shower intermittent heat and room/bathroom damp. Shower needed running through to clear of brown water (perhaps not been used in a while). Good location. Very close to Bandung train station. Water refills are good.

Lokasi strategis banget deket ke alun-alun, rumah sakit dan banyak yang jualan makanan sekitar hotel

Sejauh ini oke oke aja cuma airnya agak kuning dan bau kaporit

Karena cm nginap semalam jd berasa so so aja gitu. Kamar biasa aja. Nginap ber-4 dengan 4 kamar yg tipe sama tp ternyata pas di cek kok besar kamarnya beda2. Teman2 ac nya pada bocor, untung kamar saya tidak yaa. Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan lagi.

AC kamar ga dingin sama skali, udah komplen tp gada yg dateng, kamar mandi mampet jd airnya menggenang, pdhal tipe Suite yg saya book tp kualitas nya kurang bngt parah😭

Secara keseluruhan bagus baik hotel maupun pelayanan, namun mohon maaf untuk air panas agar dapat diperbaiki lagi fasilitasnya...

Untuk yang khusus ke rumah sakit cocok banget ini. Sebelah rumah sakit hotelnya

Ga ada sikat gigi shampoo sabun🫠

I went here with my friend, booked room only. When we came we saw the lift is under maintenance so we have to go by stairs. Luckily we got room on 1st floor. The staff is nice, they informed about hotels thingy. For the room quite clean. There's amenities like towels, toothbrush and soap too. There's water dispenser on the hall of the floor. Maybe because we booked room only, we got the room that the ac kinda broken, it felt not so cold, and the noise from the ac very loudly all night. Hope the management can increase their hotel facilities

stay a night here just loving the place is near to alot of street food and loving the ambience around the hotel. i think you guys can upgrading the cleanliness especially for the bathroom. staff is friendly and also loving the free flow mineral water
