Hotel vicini a Woodburn Plantation a Anderson County

Ho avuto una bella esperienza in questa proprietà. mi sono recata da solo e mi sono sentito molto sicuro. il desk mi ha lasciato controllare in anticipo e era molto gentile, le camere sono grandi e pulite .Chiedo le scale e si accertano sempre che le mie esigenze siano soddisfatte.

È un bel hotel che deve essere aggiornato un po ', la stanza era pulita e molto grande. La posizione è molto centrale, si può trovare quasi tutto in 5 minuti di auto. Siete vicino all'autostrada. Il personale era molto utile e bello. Vorrei sicuramente consigliare di rimanere qui

Il peggiore hotel che abbia mai prenotato. Non erano pronti per noi quando siamo arrivati nonostante fosse alle 11 e dopo una dodici ore di guida per arrivare lì. La stanza non era stata vuota, qualcosa era stato gettato nel frigorifero e non era pulito, la porta a una delle cabine era completamente smontata e posata accanto all'unità, la stanza era profumata come fumo e l'A/C non funzionava. Il dipendente della manutenzione l'ha mandato a guardare, ha colpito la porta con un contenitore di cibo plastico, ha mangiato cibo e ha letteralmente leccato i suoi dita. Non potevo dire se era un dipendente o un ospite, indossando una maglietta sporca e un paio di pantaloni sportivi. Ha detto che ha appena trascinato l'unità nella stanza qualche ora fa e poi ha continuato a spararla e a spingere con la gamba in un tentativo, immagino, di farla funzionare? Finalmente un'altra donna venne alla porta, non poteva ancora dire se lavorava o no, chiedeva se volevamo un'altra stanza, così che non svegliamo tutta la notte senza AC. Stavamo già cercando un altro hotel, ma in media sono stati portati in un altro locale e hanno detto che il manutentore ci avrebbe portato la chiave per entrare. Tuttavia, 20 minuti dopo, dopo aver visto nessun altro dall'hotel, abbiamo assicurato un'altra stanza e siamo andati al di fuori del dipartimento e li abbiamo informati che andavamo via. Siamo usciti dal parcheggio, abbiamo visto un tipo di manutenzione seduto dall'altra parte dell'hotel, a letto con altre poche persone. Abbiamo già deciso di non poter restare qui in quel momento, quindi non era rilevante in quel momento, ma un altro punto di dati per dirvi quanto fosse cattivo questo posto, non vale la pena di tempo o di aggravamento a qualsiasi prezzo per questo posto. I hate writing negative reviews. However I know I rely on honest reviews when making my own reservations. I had tried to work things out first with the hotel, but they did not follow up after more than a few weeks so I am here. Sadly this place was fine when I stayed a year ago. This time, my room was not clean. It appeared clean on entry with clean folded towels, and made beds. I spent my first hours at the desk. By the time I went to shower and bed it was after midnight. First, I went to lay something on top of the toilet but it was dusty/hair. While doing toileting my eyes fell asleep the ground under the sink…there was dried “junk” from what looking like a human under there and the corners 5 inches thick with trash —hair and other gross stuff that looked like something where someone lived there a few weeks or months and hadn’t tidied up yet. It got worse from there. I opened the shower curtain to hairs (pubs?chest? Head?) all over tub bottom, resting surface and wall. Thankfully I had shoes with me that I ended up wearing to shower. After making it through I went to go to bed and pulled back corners and you guessed it—more hair. It was a 2 bed room so thankfully the other bed was clean. It was too late and too tired to go to the desk and try and get another room. However I was supposed to stay 2 nights and dropped it to the one. I asked if I could have 50% off or a comped night as it was that bad. No manager in that day and wouldn’t be for days. A nice girl named Charmi apologized and said she couldn’t do anything without manager other than move me to a different room. I told her I couldn’t trust that it would be clean or have time to go room to room. Meanwhile a large man who appeared to work maintenance or something there stared me uncomfortably down while I spoke with the desk. No way would I stay another night. Charmi was kind and said they’d follow up with me, but never did. So for those doing business, or visiting family, I recommend the Hampton Inn down the street above this one.

la piscina era aperta e pulita e controllata con il cloro che di solito aggiungeva regolarmente mentre ero lì. aveva asciugamani puliti alla porta della piscina e alla porta della palestra con gel igienizzante per te e un cestino per gettarlo quando hai finito, quindi non devi ingombrare o portare nella tua stanza. personale molto gentile e disponibile. solo un buon posto tutto intorno.

Mio marito E io sono davvero felice di stare . Le camere sono molto pulite e il letto e le mutande sono così comode.. Kristi che funziona il fr t desk è così dolce. Era molto utile e in punto con quello che fa. Ci rimettiamo.
