Everything was fine. Rooms clean and quite. Excellent restaurant. Pure relax. Wonderful garden. Located not far away from Ancenis. You need car to reach the hotel. No busses or public transport services available. Expect for taxes.

We booked this place because of the restaurant on site. The hotel is located 5 km. from the nearest town so we saw that as a good thing. But 2 days before arriving we were told that the restaurant was closed because of Covid. They didn't provide that information before or during booking. But we could buy "dinner boxes" instead which we did. So, we sat in front of the reception area and asked for a two wine glasses and a corkscrew but the waiter said no because the bar was still open! They had only told us that the restaurant was closed so obviously we bought our own wine. Then she wanted us to pay 10 euros if we insisted on drinking our own wine. We said no and took the food the room instead - no charge for drinking our own wine there. Or so we thought! When we wanted to check out they tried to charge us the 10 euros anyway plus 20 euros for removing the wine bottle and a couple of other bottles from our room! We pointed to the fact that cleaning was included in the price and flatly denied paying. Finally they gave in. Another thing that we were placed in a room suited for handicapped eventhough almost no one was staying in the hotel. That meant that you had to lie on your knees to look yourself in the mirror in the bathroom. The A/C worked very poorly resulting in a very humid room in the morning. And to top it all: The pictures are misleading as you are not staying in the old chalet photographed. You are staying in the renovated stables next door which is a completely separate building. The whole place has a strange cow-like smell from the farm next door but not in a nice way. Will not recommend and will never stay there again.

Nous avions reçu en cadeau une nuit en chambre deluxe avec petit déjeuner.Grosse déception,la chambre n'a rien d'un standing luxe.La moquette est tachée de traces d'eau de javel.La tapisserie est dans le même état, une décoration un peu démodée, pas de lampe de chevet sur une table de nuit.Bref une déco vieillissante...Je l'ai signalé mais le réceptionniste ne s'est pas excusé...Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une salle qui se transforme en discothèque le weekend.Le jeune homme qui assure le service est adorable ,mais un petit déjeuner sous lumière verte et rouge est un peu étrange,même si les produits sont corrects.Heureusement qu'il y a un restaurant sublime, qui visiblement n'appartient pas à l'hôtel. C'est dommage car c'était un cadeau et le standing n'est pas au rendez vous.Pour un tel prix, on s'attend vraiment à mieux.Je ne renouvellerait pas, désolée.

Le château n'est pas rénové et il est utilisé comme entreposage, donc inaccessible. Les chambres sont dans les anciennes écuries, genre motel. Le sol, en moquette, était sale. Le restaurant est normalement fermé à l'exception des jours où il y a un congrès. On nous offre alors ce que le traiteur a préparé pour les gens du congrès et ce, sans que des clients comme nous n'ait été avisés de la formule... En fait, ce domaine est gérer pour y accueillir des congrès et non des clients de passage, dommage...

Soirée d’entreprise réussie - les espaces sont bien entretenus - la verrière climatisée a été appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs. Le personnel a été très réactif suite à nos demandes. Un remerciement spécial pour le DJ. Je recommande.

Très belle endroit mais rapport qualité/prix moyen
