property & food all good....all basic facilities r good...service r very good...just one complain that when we give money to one staff & distribute thay ask for more money ...& We denied three out of 4 staff put luggage & go after that my driver pull luggage thats very unprofessional....i write this review for honours of hotel so they know about their staff....otherwise hotel r very good....

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Loved everything about this hotel! Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a cozy vibe made it a memorable stay".

Awesome Hotel, Staff is very cooperative. Food was very hygiene, healthy,Tasty, over all fabulous. Heat of room was very great no need to worry Abt the cold. Overall experience is very very great. Management is also very good. Thanks for serving a grt service.

We booked this property for 2 days but due to unfortunate weather condition at gulmarg we couldn't arrive the first day..The manager was too kind to refund us the full amount of the day. This is something we were not expecting but to our surprise we got the full amount. Highly appreciated. Excellent for all the service. Thank you forest hill. With love from Kolkata.

Truly memorable escape! The stunning mountain views were simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was cozy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed on the terrace with those amazing views. Highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

I was planning to visit this place with my College Friends who live outside of Kashmir. So finally we after long wait and disturbances we managed to go in August last year. And believe me our experience was amazing and Adventurous because there was non availability of hotels as Yatra was about to completion and there were no rooms available. But lastly with lots of exploring and all we finally got a deluxe room here. The Food was delicious The service was spot on amid the fuss we had gone through we forgot everything. There Manager was very generous and helpful Mr. Abid the gentleman took a good care of our needs and helped us with other Amenities in the area... Thank you for making our visit memorable we hope to come there again in near future!

We had planned to visit pahalgam for long my parents were eager to go there after two decades with all of us siblings and we managed to go in November last year. We had n amazing experience the view was out of here and the hospitality was evenly amazing. We stayed for a week during our stay my father had some medical problem and during that tough time the manager there Mr Abid stood like a brother and handled tge situation very well, Since that day if I will ever plan to go pahalgam I will definitely stay at Forest Hill Resorts. They had an amazing hospitality and services and top of that their food was delicious and fresh. Special thanks to Mr. Abid Bashir

The location and view of this hotel is probably the best feature. The premium standard rooms are very average, and don't have windows. While not dirty, they are hardly clean either, and are pretty dingy. There is wi-fi in the hotel, which is good. The hotel also has generator back-up. The breakfast i had in the restaurant was adequate and dinner was great. Overall, if you are just passing through town, and need somewhere to stay one night, this hotel probably would be convenient and easy. You would probably be wiser to find something nicer and better value for any longer stays
