We stayed here twice with a few days in between. Our first stay was great! The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed but the outside bar served nice food (only 2 veggie options), though a little noisy and cold (they gave us blankets when we asked). Our second stay was awful! We had two rooms booked, but they said we only had one. We had to wait several hours in reception for this to be sorted with no apology from staff. When we came to check out, they said they hasn’t received the money from lastminute.com and asked us to pay again. I showed proof of payment, but they said they didn’t have it so wanted me to pay. I refused! They asked me to call lastminute.com to sort out the payment transfer to them. I explained that everything on my end was complete and that they could sort it out with the tour operator not me. Also on our second stay the food was terrible - the zebu fillet was completely inedible. When we told the staff they didn’t even acknowledge this problem.

Je me sens très mal à écrire ce commentaire parce que le staff est excellent, le ptt déjeuner très bon, le check in/out rapid et gentil, super nettoyage, mais... Le group ACCOR/ Ibis au Madagascar ne suit pas les mêmes règles de respect de l'environnement, du personnel et des commonautes comme il fait en Europe. Dans toute les chambres il y'a shampoo, gel douche et savon comme échantillon en plastique (pas les bouteilles rechargeables comme en UE). Il n'y a aucune politique du respect environmental et des communautés qui soit partagée avec les clients. Il n'y a pas l'option de ne pas faire laver les serviettes tous les jours (presque partout en Europe). Même ils te donne une bouteille plastique d'eau tous le jours (très bienvenue pour la santé mais vraiment une fabrique de plastique) quand il pourrait mettre des dispensers d'eau à chaque étage, à côté de l'ascenseur, avec vente de bouteilles pas en plastique à la réception (mieux si produit par une de commonautes autour de l'hôtel et marqués 'je respect la nature du Madagascar”. Je pourrai ajouter bcp des conseils pratiques qui sont déjà là normalité presque partout, ou il y a une conscience basique de l'importance de respecter notre planète, mais ils ne sont pas pour IBIS, dans un paradis pour la nature, la biodiversité et les commonautes indigènes comme le Madagascar. Et je n'entre pas à parler du gaspillage de nourriture, même quand il y a poverté extrême et famine au Madagascar. Sí tu penses que la beauté de la nature du Madagascar est à préserver et protéger, comme la qualité de la vie des ses enfants, donc tu devra repenser la choix du IBIS Antananarive.

Séjour de 3 jours pour une mission de travail. Cela fait 1 mois maintenant que le Radisson refuse de me rembourser la pré-autorisation de paiement (495 dollars) qu'ils ont prélevé lors de mon arrivée et dont ils m'ont assuré que cela ne serait pas débité de mon compte. Ils ont soi-disant annulé la préautorisation avant que je procède au paiement de mon séjour mais je me retrouve maintenant avec ces 495 dollars de pré-autorisation débité, en plus de mon séjour. Ces pratiques de préautorisation encaissée puis annulée sont vraiment floues. C'est du vol. C'est inacceptable et malhonnête de la part d'une grande chaîne. C'est indécent de n'avoir aucun service client pouvant/souhaitant régler ce litige. Attention, c'est déjà arrivé à d'autres clients (avis TripAdvisor). 3 day stay for a work mission. It's been a month now that the Radisson has refused to reimburse me for the pre-authorization payment ($495) that they took when I arrived and which they assured me would not be debited from my account. They supposedly canceled the pre-authorization before I payed for my stay, but now I'm left with this $495 pre-authorization charge, in addition to my stay. These practices of pre-authorization being cashed and then canceled seem really vague. This is theft. This is unacceptable and dishonest from a major chain. It is indecent to have no customer service that can/wishes to resolve this dispute. Be careful, this has already happened to other customers (TripAdvisor review)

Close to the airport, but quiet at night. Our upstairs bedroom was clean, cosy and nicely decorated, with attractive floral hangings. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower, the zebu we ate for dinner was the tenderest we had in Madagascar. The staff were charming. Breakfast is very basic, but adequate. Price/quality is excellent and the WiFi worked well.

We spent two nights at this hotel. Because it seemed very unsafe to leave the property. We ate all of our meals there. Most of them were good. But when we went to the sky bar for dinner, we got scammed. We asked the bartender for two glasses of a Chardonnay. He told us he did not have it by the glass. So we asked to see the wine list to see if we could order a bottle. He then checked the refrigerator at the bar and took out three bottles of white wine. One of them was Chardonnay, and the other two were Sauvignon blanc. We asked him how much the bottle of Chardonnay was he said he did not know and he checked the wine list, but it was not on the list according to him He made several phone calls and inquiries to find out how much the bottle of wine was. After about 15 minutes with no answer and the wine sitting there getting warm and us wanting to have a drink, we asked him to just go ahead and open it because we had looked at the wine list and the wines listed were mostly around $60. The wine was fine, but certainly nothing great. When we got the check, they charged us about $250 for the bottle of wine. We were stunned. We enjoy wine, but I can honestly say we have never had a bottle of wine that cost $250. Especially one that was pulled out of the refrigerator at the bar. It didn’t even come from a wine cellar. When we questioned it, another woman who I assume was a manager came over and pointed to the wine list and showed us that it was the one that was marked $1,100,000 Madagascar That equates to about $250. They had already taken the bottle away so we couldn’t even question whether that was the same bottle but either way there is certainly a question why they couldn’t find the price for the bottle that we had if it was right there on the wine list. I think they just scammed us. The rest of the hotel stay was nice the rooms were fine and the Spa technicians were really excellent Breakfast buffet was good as well. But I would never send anybody to this hotel, knowing that they feel comfortable scamming. Guests. It was an awful feeling.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì una notte dall'aeroporto perché il nostro aereo era stato ritardato. Il hall è enorme e spazioso e si sente diretta che siamo qui in Cina. L'accoglienza è molto piacevole, niente da dire. Ci hanno installati nella nostra stanza, che era molto pulita, con una bagno di lusso ben attrezzata! Poi siamo scesi a pranzo (pranzi pagati dall'aeroporto) ed era davvero disgustoso! Il nostro menu era impostato e ci sembrava che ci avessero preparato i fondi frigo... A tale punto che la sera abbiamo preferito uscire Mangiare altrove anche se potessimo restare all'hotel e mangiare gratis. Il colazione è anche indegno! Non è rifornito quindi quando siamo scesi alle 8:30, ci sono rimasti solo pochi pezzi di pasticceria, sottolinea che il prezzo di un hotel di questo standing è molto limitato, soprattutto perché gli altri clienti dell'hotel avevano diritto allo stesso buffet. Si è chiesto se riempirebbero e chiaramente questo ha disturbato la cameriera. E' ancora in ordine, ma è chiaro che non pagherò per tornare in questo hotel.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto interno, e a pochi centinaia di metri. Posso raggiungere per cinque minuti a piedi, e c'è un camion gratuito, molto conveniente. Il giorno in cui il bus dell'hotel ci ha mandato all'aeroporto. Quando l'ispezione di sicurezza è stata completata, ho scoperto che il cellulare non poteva essere in rete e non poteva trovare il segnale del generatore WiFi che ho portato da casa.Questo è il risultato che potrebbe essere dimenticato il generatore WiFi all'hotel. Che cosa fare?Viaggiare all'estero, fornire traffico con il generatore per i nostri cellulari e computer, ecc.Ho detto all'ispezione di uscire per trovare qualcosa, andare all'hotel presto dall'aeroporto, e tornare all'hotel per qualche minuto. Il ricevitore dell'hotel mi ha fatto piacere quando sono entrato. Mi ha mandato subito un T-shirt bianco e un generatore Wifi bianco!Sono ancora in movimento, felice e grato!Ricordo che il telefono cellulare che ha dimenticato di essere nella stazione di gioielli ieri nel mercato della gioielli è stato anche mandato in mano dal proprietario! La gente qui è davvero onesta!Anche se il paese è povero, il popolo è onesta e mi ha dato una profonda memoria!
