Check in was smooth with very kind individuals at the front desk. The bathroom was not completely clean but the bed was comfy. No large complaints, pretty good value for the cost.

There was a roach,(they cleaned it up). The shower head was spilling water to the ceiling (it was fixed) the light in the bathroom wasn't working and had to use our phone light to use it.

I got excited when I booked this hotel. I was expecting same experience from Eden roc in Miami. But this hotel did not give us a nice and comfortable experience. First the room that was given to us appears to be a spare room with a moldy smells. We just used all the coffee pods to minimize the smell. The worst part is the sink is clogged and not just that there's dirt coming out from the sink. Every morning when we woke up theres dirt all over the sink and some coming out from the bathroom floor too. The housekeeping is every other day and out trash is over flowing cause their cans are very small there's only one can in the room and one in the bathroom. We have to ask for trash bags to keep our room clean. Otherwise the location is accessible and a quite walk to Disneyland.

My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the convention center , we only stayed one night , very comfortable and next door to convention. Very spacious and clean as well , this is our second stay here.

The rooms were very clean. The room looked to have been recently refreshed. Parking was good and adding a day there was easy.
Rooms were cold and not much for bedding.
There is no breakfast.
Great place for us as we drove in and parked in the morning. Went to Disneyland until midnight! Then checked in slept until 8, got ready and checked out.
Perfect place for us.

Spacious rooms. Clean. Very low frills - no gym, breakfast, pool, etc. Nothing like that. The purpose is to sleep here and walk to the Disney theme parks during the day - purpose accomplished perfectly, with clean, quiet, and relatively spacious rooms. The only thing wrong with the room was a slow drain. People should be aware that the Disneyland drive side is a longer walk to theme parks security screening / admission, since the route is through Downtown Disney (places on South Harbor Blvd on the other side of the theme parks have an advantage there). I would say the hotel is slightly above average for purpose.

Second time staying here absolutely no complaints! Perfect for a 1-2 night stay the drive is 7 minutes from Disney. I believe Brandon helped me each time I had a question he was so nice and helpful ! and checking in went smooth with his help! 11/10

The Eden Roc is in an area that permits a fairly easy walk to downtown Disney. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The coffee maker was old, and I believe it needs to be replaced. More towel racks and a storage area in the bathroom would be helpful since the sink is not in the same room, and the coffee maker shares the counter with the sink. It’s a bit cramped. Checkin was easy and staff was friendly. Not a bad experience.

First off the room we got was HUGE. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable & I’m quite picky. We had a room on the second floor with a perfect view of the Disneyland firework show. It was awesome! The only downside was that we didn’t receive clean towels or bedding during our stay (6 days) until we asked the last morning. my other family members rooms got clean sheets and clean towels every other day though so I’m sure it was just a mistake. I would recommend Eden roc, it was a comfortable walk to and from downtown Disney. Easy to park our rental car and just very convenient. The recently updated rooms were very nice. Thanks!
