La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim

La guardia di sicurezza è stata molto scortese! Ci stava importunando mentre caricavamo la macchina con le nostre cose. Avevamo un lungo viaggio davanti a noi, quindi abbiamo dovuto organizzare le nostre cose in macchina, il che ci avrebbe richiesto circa 20 minuti AL MASSIMO. Con lui che ci molestava costantemente perché ci prendevamo troppo tempo e dovevamo interrompere quello che stavamo facendo per parlare con lui, alla fine ci è voluta un'ora per svolgere il compito. Stavamo anche viaggiando con il mio animale di supporto emotivo che aveva appena avuto dei bambini (2 gattini) e quindi erano in macchina in una gabbia e ha persino iniziato a urlare mentre mio marito stava pulendo la lettiera, cosa che ha terrorizzato i nostri animali domestici! È pazzesco quanto fosse poco professionale quest'uomo. D'altra parte, la stanza in sé era carina! Mi è piaciuta la disposizione, la presenza di una porta scorrevole che separa la metà anteriore che è la zona del letto, della tv e del bagno. E poi la metà posteriore ha un divano (che può essere trasformato in un letto) e una poltrona, un tavolino da caffè e due tavolini, le finestre che si aprono e una TV aggiuntiva. È perfetto per il capriccio di mio marito che ama guardare la tv tutta la notte mentre io dormo nel letto nell'altra zona. Hanno anche un'ottima colazione con waffle!! Quindi, a parte la guardia di sicurezza nella struttura del parcheggio, ho avuto un'ottima esperienza in questo hotel.

La stanza era maleodorante ed era completamente malandata. Nel mini frigo c'era ancora una bottiglia di alcol utilizzata in precedenza dall'ultimo ospite. E una saponetta usata ancora nel bagno. Il parcheggio era terribile e anche se dovevamo parcheggiare altrove ci hanno comunque fatto pagare la tariffa del parcheggio. Sicuramente la prossima volta pagherei solo un piccolo extra per la pulizia e la comodità.

Overall good deal! Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights. Our main reason for staying is I have 3 teens and they hate roll away beds. The family suite had 2 double beds and a separate room with another double bed. And for that price?! Perfection. Everything looked clean and service was very friendly. The only drawback was the water drained very slow in both the sink and shower. When you shower, you had water to your ankles. Not great. But I had read this in the previous reviews as well so I wasn’t surprised.

The property was clean enough but the toilet didn’t flush well and the shower water wouldn’t drain fast enough, so it really grossed me out. It was very loud in the second floor early Saturday morning due to all the Disney goers grabbing breakfast in the same floor,, but I would not fault the hotel over that. It was overall Ok, just wish the bathroom and shower worked better.

We found a few pincher bugs in the bathroom, when showering the tub wasn’t draining fast enough and the tub was filling up and the bathroom door locked the day we were checking out and we had to leave by 7am and our belongings were in the bathroom and I contacted the front desk and they advised that they couldn’t do anything until 9am because that was maintenance arrived and I called the customer service line of the hotel and they basically said they couldn’t do anything. That got me thinking what if someone was stuck in bathroom they would have to stay in there for hours because the hotel doesn’t have maintenance on the property?

This hotel was close to Disneyland, that’s why we chose it. It was a good budget stay. The property is older and has some things that you overlook because of the price point. The toilet would run all night long and the bathroom door stuck and was loud when you opened it. Also no fan in the bathroom. But like I said for the price and location it was something that I would put up with.

It didn’t look like the room was actually cleaned, the trundle bed has marks all over, the shower actually had mold near the handrail. Something about this room just gave me a nasty and dirty feeling. The walk to Disney was about 18-20 minutes and kind of dark and we were actually “cat called” by nasty people on our walk. It did not feel safe. The free breakfast was nice but there were signs that said you couldn’t take any food to the rooms and I had teenagers that weren’t up yet but I wanted to make sure they had something saved. I do not recommend and I will not be staying here again.

Me and my wife rented for one Week And My Wife had a seizure was rushed to the Hospital Security Told Me That Have 30 mins To Be Out. Security was terrible to my wife treated her like she didn’t belong there. They didn’t give us a refund and wouldn’t give us our deposit back when the room was fine
