Amstel Corner Hotel

Our party of 4 had a terrible dinner experience. We sat outside on the canal but sat there for 30 minutes before we got any service. When the server did arrive they brought us water but never took a drink order. Another 20 minutes later they took our drink order which took another 25 minutes to receive. We had three different servers and weren’t sure who was responsible for our table. After being there for over an hour we finally told a staff worker we wanted our bill and we’re going elsewhere for dinner. They did comp our drinks and said they would expedite our dinner order but at that point we had made up our mind to try elsewhere. Hopefully you’ll have a better experience. FYI, the facility is magnificent.

We stayed in the family room in the basement level. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Kitchenette was convenient. Easy walking distance to tourist attractions and restaurants. Nice neighbourhood along the canal. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Review of AMSTEL Corner Hotel Amsterdam. October 2023 FIVE STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND This was a romantic 2 night stay in the HONEYMOON SUITE. The location is PERFECT, as it is in the outskirts of the city center. It is a short walk to many Amsterdam attractions. The street is EXTREMELY QUIET, unlike most streets in the city. The room has beautiful decorations, the most COMFORTABLE BED & PILLOWS, and a large motorized tv that raises out of the end of the bed for perfect viewing. The cute terrace is overlooking a peaceful canal and perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. My lady LOVED the deep antique style bath tub with plenty of hot water. The curtains block out 100 percent of the light should you want to relax at any time. The gorgeous wood furniture contains a Nespresso machine, refrigerator & all of the other little necessities that make for a great stay. Best of all, was the awesome owner/host. He was available at anytime to assist with any questions via WHATS app and he even bought me a special bottle to celebrate the night with my lady. We have been traveling all over Europe for the past month, staying at many luxury hotels. This was our last stop, and BY FAR THE BEST ROOM & MOST MEMORABLE experience. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the accommodation. It was a bit of a hybrid between a hotel and an Airbnb as we had a friendly communicative host, we got our own keys at check in and there was a small Kitchenette with tea and coffee provided which was great. We also had a very clean room, toiletries, a comfy bed and the room was cleaned daily. It was the best of both worlds!

Very clean and quiet, small, family run hotel within walking distance to the city. The rooms are cleaned daily in a very good manner. Kitchenette and WC, in general the whole room are all recently renovated and properly designed. All appliances like tv, espresso machine, water heater are state of the art and of high quality brands. We had a very bright room on top of the building with large windows and a nice view to a canal. A supermarket is across the street. The host is very friendly and helpful. The sign of the house is a bid hidden in the entrance. Our taxi driver had sharp eyes and found it. I definitely will book again at Amstel Corner Hotel for our next visit to Amsterdam.

Добрый день, мы двое взрослых - семья с Украины, мы отдыхали в данном отеле в начале апреля 23-го года в отеле «Amstel Corner Hotel» в Амстердаме. Хочу отметить, у отеля прекрасная локация, хорошее состояние номеров, отели с приятным персоналом, отзывчивое отношение, на каждую нашу просьбу персонал быстро реагировал, хозяин отеля всегда общается с отдыхающими, готов помочь в любом вопросе, номер был просторный, очень комфортный матрас на кровати, вся сантехника работала исправно, отель имеет хороший интерьер, всё оформлено со вкусом. Недалеко от отеля расположены все самые важные достопримечательности Амстердама, этот отель однозначно рекомендую людям любого возраста, у отеля также есть номер с балконом, что крайне редко можно встретить в Амстердаме, поэтому если вы курящий, вам нужен номер с балконом, однозначно вам необходимо бронировать данный отель. Я очень рада, что наш выбор пал именно на этот отель, мы ним остались МЕГА довольными!
