The layout of the hotel is pretty interesting and shows an interior of 2 connecting shophouses, overall clean, though I would have preferred cotton towels instead of disposable towels.

Bad hotel experience I ever had. Stayed in room 415, saw 3 cockroaches running in the room, moreover bed sheets have stains. Checkout straight away due to hygiene concerns. +++ saw a rat running at the receptionist during checkout 🤮. Ask for refund and it was being rejected.

A value for money hotel at Chinatown of Kuala Lumpur. The Pasar Seni MRT station is within 8 mins walk, and the KL Central Market, Petaling Street Bazaar, durian eatery, cafe and restaurants are at the doorstep of Floresta Hotel.

Friendly atmosphere, easy accessible. Only the room need to be slightly clean up

This room type is so horrible. I changed the room because smelled like a pee. But the second room was the first room upstairs smell had not changed. 🤐

Floresta Hotel@Chinatown is my favourite hotels in Petaling Street KL. The location and price are great, surrounded by lots of eateries and convenient stores. The accommodation is clean and comfy! the decor is modern and minimalist, it eas absolutely a lovely stay! Recommended for budget travellers.

Booked a Deluxe Double Room & was assigned a Twin bed room upon check in. Front desk staff explained that there's no more Queen bed room available, which kind of disappointed me. Hopefully it will not happen again for my next stay. Over all, pleasant stay in this hi hotel

It’s good but have longkang smell when sleeping, maybe need to request a room not facing the longkang.
