Permanenza molto piacevole, personale della reception gentile e disponibile. Posizione non troppo centrale ma tutti è raggiungibile facilmente. Unica pecca la pulizia.. siamo stati 5 notti e per tre giorni di seguito la nostra camera non è stata pulita.

It was the same booking but added breakfast Spacious room. Stylish design but the walls are quite mouldy There’s drainage problem in the bathroom on the first night. The staff helped us to change the room swiftly. One interesting thing - there is a card in the room to indication whether u need cleaning service or not, as in usual hotel. But the card got two side: - red, don’t need service and don’t come into the room; - blue: no cleaning but will be granted with the welcome drink voucher. For some reason our card was flipped to red side and we couldn’t not found voucher. And even when we go down to the reception to ask for the voucher. They refuse to give us because they marked in the system that we put on the red side. We were like ummm fine but as a hotel we would appreciate if you could be less calculating and little more generous. Quite far from the city centre we take Uber to get into the city centre ~€12.4 trip. Amazing sunset and view from the room.

The staff who checked us in was quite rude in my opinion, however the evening staff and the lady who checked us out were kind.

Again very disappointed with the room arrange … not sure cos of the trip.com being cheap for the room type or whatever the excuse is it. The room itself is very basic not even have water although I was told after I checked out that we can drink the tap water but that was no glass or cup except a mini empty mini fridge. We found it it’s over priced for what is it. Although the hotel itself is well designed which we appreciated very much much. And again our room on the lower floor and it wasn’t pleasant too.

Great hotel for prices, Worth the visit Breakfast a little overpriced but not surprised considering the star level. Its a little out the way but if you know public transport its easy to get to, and vice versa. Avoid taxis unless your stupid rich.

The hotel was designed very nicely, and in a very pretty location. Unfortunately, it was not near to many public transport services, and basic amenities such as mugs and kettles were not provided. Toiletries were also unable to be provided despite enquiring at the front desk.

This hotel is a little further out from the centre but really clean and beautiful rooms. They offer a free drink if you choose not to have your sheets/towels changed for a day which encourages sustainability! Would definitely stay here again.

定了兩個房間住了兩晚，還算滿意的。房間寬敞舒適，電視大。只是沒有拖鞋和熱水壺可用。早餐廳風景不錯，早餐選擇多，牛角包🥐太好吃，大家都喜歡。水果也不錯，牛奶也好喝。

這個酒店比較新，房間非常乾淨舒適。有小冰箱和小保險箱，但是沒有咖啡機或熱水壺。去超市買水有點距離。總的説來還是滿意的。

위치는 센트럴에서 조금 떨어져 있으나 주변 식당이나 편의 시설이 없습니다. 청소 부분이나 만족도가 사실 좀 떨어지는 편입니다.
