Un hotel veramente di categoria superiore un top hotel!!!!! L’eccellenza e l’attenzione per i dettagli spaventa! Inoltre coccolano i clienti in maniera particolare davvero un’esperienza unica complimenti. Ovvio il nome della catena è una garanzia.

Tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel di questo livello c'è stato, ma quello che rende tutto davvero speciale e la calda accoglienza e i sorrisi di ogni dipendente dell'hotel che in ogni modo hanno reso speciale il soggiorno per noi e per la nostra bambina. Grazie a tutti!

Cocktail e pranzo veloce al Waldorf Astoria di Amsterdam In Vacanza da Roma ad Amsterdam ci siamo recati il 24 dicembre 2022 per un cocktail ed uno spuntino veloce presso il noto Hotel Waldorf Astoria ben conoscendo i pregi della nota catena Hilton per esperienze personali positive vissute nel loro Hotel di Roma . L' Hotel lussuoso e particolarmente caldo ci ha accolti con le luci interne dei suoi molti Alberi di Natale e ci ha permeati di serenità e di gioia . Anche il personale particolarmente professionale ci ha ricevuti con grande attenzione. Una speciale menzione esprimiamo nei confronti di un bravissimo giovane cameriere compitissimo, educatissimo ed impeccabile che ci ha accolti parlando anche in italiano e che dall'accento ci è sembrato essere nativo della zona di Padova in Italia. Ottima e positiva esperienza degna della tradizione Natalizia e soprattutto della miglior tradizione alberghiera. Esperienza da ripetere per giovarsi di un bel momento di tranquillità. Quite possibly the best old fashioned cocktail we have ever had. We didn’t actually stay here (hotel was sold out) but we are Hilton members and stopped by during our trip to Amsterdam. The hotel is beautiful and in a nice location in the city center.

This hotel is an amazing place to stay. It is under 100 rooms converted from multiple residences that have been renovated and combined into a single hotel. The gardens in the back are the largest in the city and feel like something out of an episode of Bridgerton. Upon checkin, you're offered multiple scents you can choose from to be sprayed in your room at turndown. When you arrive in your room, you'll find chocolate clog treats that not only taste amazing but look incredible. The level of service throughout the experience is top-tier.

Absolutely phenomenal, we’ve only stayed at one other Waldorf Astoria, the Rome Cavaliery. The Amsterdam Waldorf Astoria is 1000 times nicer. We were upgraded two levels being diamond members. The room was very nice. What makes this hotel stand out are the employees. Every person treats you as if you were royally. Zero snobbish attitude as some fine hotels have. The concierge was wonderful and was able to book us 2 massage appointments with our right schedule, diamonds receive an additional 30 minutes! We mentioned we were here for a Scorpions concert and when we returned, an ice bucket of beer and a lovely card with a picture of Scorpions! Every door was opened for us, all sincere and genuine. Ah the breakfast, diamonds are able to order 2 separate items plus whatever nonalcoholic drinks. We had lovely eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, Belgian waffles, French toast all the americano’s we could drink along with fresh squeezed juices. The only bad is that our stay was the first 5 days of 18. Now no other room, service or breakfast looks good!! Sincerely thank you for an absolutely perfect stay. Please congratulate the team of employees for a job well done!

I just completed a 4 night stay at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. My wife and I have stayed at a number of Hilton luxury hotels over the last couple of years, primarily Conrad and Waldorf hotels and resorts. This was the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. This is the third Waldorf property that we’ve stayed at so far. Hence, I already had high expectations of the service based on our prior experiences at Waldorf Chicago and Waldorf Cancun. However, the staff at this hotel took it to another level. The service is impeccable. My wife and I enjoyed our interaction with each and every staff member; they actually make you genuinely feel like they are happy to provide service and are personally invested in you having an amazing stay. The hype respecting this hotel is real. I’m so glad I extended my stay in Amsterdam once I saw that standard room availability was open. From the bellman, checkin personnel, staff in the restaurant to the wonderful Dutch server during our afternoon tea, we were blown away by the level of service. My wife and I agree that this property sets a new standard for luxury; and we’re so thankful that on the last day of our stay management extended our free breakfast Diamond benefits to in-room service because we had an early departure time before the restaurant opened. I’m so thankful to have stayed here and feel like this is the best city hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I could go on and on about the history of the hotel and the wonderful garden. However, you can easily find all that information on your own. What the pictures and articles may not convey however is how this excellent customer service enhances your experience and makes this hotel a destination all on its own.

We paid €1700 per night for a room. They said we could check in early. Our flight landed and we did arrive at the hotel but they said our room was not ready. They had a sort of lounge (no real place to eat or drink post breakfast and pre dinner). At noon we check in and they said our room was not ready. Finally a few minutes after 3 pm which was the official check in time the check in desk merely opened his drawer and gave us the keys with no indication how long our room had been ready. The guide they recommended was not very good. We did ask their sommelier to decant a specific wine for dinner for two hours prior to our reservation which he did not do. Dinner was served over fiver hours and still not complete. I will not stay here again
