My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

An amazing experience and great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious and the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. Lots of vegetarian options and meat also available. A special mention to the *** working at the travel desk, called Harmeet, he was very helpful and organised all of our drivers. Thank you.

An exemplary service experience. Very quick Check-in and checkout, inspite of a Huge rush, very prompt service from the room service staff at 3 in the morning. A job well done guys.

Sehr Schlecht Erfahrung, bei Abendessen Buffet war’s Katastrophe, Service sehr sehr schlecht. Nexte Tag bei Frühstück haben wir Kuchen Chef Herr Bavan getroffen & bei Frühstücken beide Tag Er sehr aufmerksam gewesen. dahier 2 Punkte .. Sonst das Hotel ist Katastrophe. Alte Handtücher, Zimmer nicht sauber, in Restaurant Service ist Katastrophe… Erste Tag wars Abendessen sehr Schlecht, dahier haben wir 2. Tag nicht mehr dort gegessen. In Reception Leute sind unerfahren…

The housekeeping service was exceptionally prompt. The associate from the housekeeping department was exceptionally hospitable and understanding. It's important to note that the restroom cleanliness should be maintained if basic hygiene standards are to be improved. However, there are a few things that could be improved. For instance, soap bottles tips were dirty, telephone, and switches were not in perfect clean state . I apologize for the minor issues and pointing them out , but these are things that OCD individuals would likely have a hard time with. Please continue to maintain this excellent service and i will be grateful.thanks for your warm indian hospitality . Laundry team was perfect

Good location in between airport and city center. Clean and full facilities. Various breakfast, recommend fresh paratha. Big room with comfort bed and softy pillows and universal electric plug. PS.. Thank you for Mr.Vanish for great laundry service and helpful.

Clean property. Located in prime location within walking distance to many amenities. Staff is friendly and respectful Restaurant has excellent food and beverage options. Floor staff: andalib, suman, soman, prince, sunil, jeet took care of all my needs and food restrictions. Special thanks to Chef Sadab for making flavorful fresh food. Until next time…

I stayed at Holiday Inn Amritsar during a business trip, and it was perfectly suited to my needs. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff maintained a professional demeanor throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious and services from housekeeping were great. Overall great stay!
