Private pool in open sky accompanied with garden and covered sitout...spacious room with every modern facilities and nicely maintained property with so many luxury villa at its best ...tasty food ...well trained staff..worth for repeated stay for leisure

The resort is beautiful with lavish green gardens and greenery around. Their bonfire area is beautiful. Their restaurant is beautifully maintained with a healthy environment for kids. They have good playgrounds available for Kids and also games room for adults entertainment. The facilities are amazing . The staff is super humble and compassionate with a smile always on their faces. Even though on the new year eve they had hardly any guests available but they made it special for the guests around. There is no compromise in the services. The one thing and the most important one was the food , which is compromised. The variety is huge but the quality of the food is not good. There needs to be improvement in the quality of food. Secondly To visit in the winter it’s little colder here as the property is located at the outskirts of the city Jaipur. But yes still manageable Thirdly Rooms are fantastic but in extreme winters, due to marble work in the room it’s very cold. For the babies and little ones it gets little difficult though they have heaters but still the rooms remain cold.

We had a royal treatment at Buena Vista Jaipur in July! The property's lush green gardens and plunge pool were a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The service was impeccable, with the staff catering to our every need. The food was outstanding, and we enjoyed the kitchen visit, which gave us a glimpse into the chefs' expertise. The villa show round was informative and engaging, and the Aravali views were awe-inspiring. Overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars"

Amazing property with individual pool in each room. Staff was courteous and accommodating each of our requests. Food is amazing Room size is big enough to accommodate family of 4 persons. . Loved the place. Special thanks to Mr Dipesh sharma for your amazing hospitality

The Royal Retreat Resort & Spa in Udaipur is often praised for creating a tranquil atmosphere with its beautiful gardens and well-furnished rooms. Cleanliness is a hallmark, with guests consistently impressed by the spotless environment. The resort's amenities are well-received, particularly for family functions. And specially Ms pooja is so much courties.

We stayed here for a night and initially had difficulty in booking. However, we were assisted with the same after a couple of calls and mails. On reaching the premises, we found no one to greet us, there was no one at the reception door , no one to assist us with the parking , no valet parking was there. Road leading up to the property is not made till now. The front desk management doesn't even inform you about the facilities you can avail, simple handed over the keys. We had to ask the attendent for reception numbers, or in house dining menu, dining hours, dining hall name etc. Something, you won't expect from a 5-star property ! As for the property , it is well maintained. Our villa room was neat and clean, had spacious bathroom and the pool was also clean,garden well maintained. The food was delicious and also nicely presented. The restaurant staff is friendly, courteous and way better than the reception desk staff.

Staff Behavior is Terrible. no valet parking was there. overall our experience was not good. not value for money. not suggested to any one.the Hotel has one major problem: it is exuberantly overpriced for what you get. Hotel’s poor customer service left a very bad experience. very rude staff .

We booked two rooms for my bday for one night, rooms were quite impressive, geysers were not working properly,service was top notch, but the the main element of any holiday is Food, I sorry to say it wasn’t edible at all, the breakfast buffet was a joke, variety in buffet was like a oyo standard hotel, the food was quite expensive. If you still want to enjoy this property please carry your own food else your holiday will be ruined.

The premises are beautiful, but It's not a 5 star hotel and definitely not worth the money. Note that the hotel is 40 minutes away from the city center and if you want to go out, the hotel has to order you a taxi, which will take at least one hour to arrive (Ola and Uber have no taxis in the area) *We had such a bad experience, that the hotel promised a 20% reimbursement that after one month chasing them, still has not happened (after many excuses) - Details below: (1) Wifi is non-existent and despite asking many times to fix it, the problem was unresolved throughout our 2-day stay (2) Entry to the spa is at additional cost (steam, sauna, indoor pool) (3) For two nights in a row there were extremely loud parties run by guests in their room that could clearly be heard from the villas. Despite promising that the parties would end soon, they lasted until the early hours of the morning. When complaining about it at reception during check out, they explained how they expected us to move rooms at 2am (which wasn't even offered to us at the time) so that we wouldn't hear the music, rather than ensuring the quiet atmosphere the hotel promises to their guests (?!) (4) None of the pools are heated (unlike other hotels we’d stayed at in the area) so we couldn’t use our villa’s pool (5) The phone in our room wasn’t working so we were unable to call reception when we needed something. So we tried calling the hotel directly from our mobile phones, that also wasn’t working.
