名瀬の市街地にあり屋仁川通りにも近く食事や買い物などにも便利なホテルです。レンタカーで行って２泊しましたが、駐車場への行きかたが少しわかりずらいです。 設備なども特に問題はなく良かったのですが、部屋が低い階だったので、繁華街に近くて便利な事の反対の面の悪い面で夜遅くまで外の喧騒が聞こえてきました。もう少し防音性能が良ければと思いました。食事はバイキングで特別に豪華というわけではありませんが、郷土料理の鶏飯もあり専門店に行かなくても味わえました。

ビジネスホテルで浴場がついているなんて、最高です。サウナまでありました。部屋も綺麗で飲食店やスーパーも身近で便利です。次も利用したいです。

立地は名瀬の中心地にあるので外食するにはとても便利です。 今回は夕食のないプランだったので食事会場には困りませんでした。 客室はビジネスホテル並みでチョット狭いのが残念。 大(小）浴場も有るのですが、男女入れ替え制になっているのと、洗い場が少ないので時間帯を考えないとゆっくりお風呂に入ることができません。 朝食のビュッフェは思ったより品数が多く、名物の鶏飯もあり美味しかったです。 ただ無料の駐車場が狭く、そのせいか翌日の出発時間をあらかじめ伝えなければならないのがちょっと面倒でした。

今回は本当に散々でした。部屋にちゃんと換えのタオル届かなかったり、備品揃ってなかったり。 あとやっぱり納得いかないのは、週跨ぐ旅行者多いのに、日曜早いお風呂が男性で月曜も男性が早いローテーションなこと。 明らかに男尊女卑丸出しで感じ悪い。 週通して男性が早く入れる方が多い。 冷え性な女性の方が多いんだから早い時間女性多くして欲しい。 夜の風呂まで待つまでの間に冷え切るんですよ。 しかも間違えて風呂に向かおうとしたら知らない爺さんに混々と説教されるし。 気持ち悪い。 もう少し男女平等にして欲しい

奄美の繁華街に立地し、たぶん便利なのだろうがあまり夜に出歩く予定もなかったので、レンタカーでホテルの駐車場に行くまで結構ホテルの周りをくるくる回ってしまった。部屋は狭いが、一人での利用なのでどこにでも手が届く便利さはあった。浴場は9階に大浴場もあるのでそれを利用。一応、部屋にもユニットバスがついている。テレビは珍しくＮＨＫのｂｓも視聴できた。朝食のバイキングはメニューも豊富でおいしかった。

奄美大島２泊３日のツアーで利用しました。事前に旅行会社から連絡がありましたが、２名参加でもシングルルームの利用になりました。ホテルには本館と別館があり、別館の部屋はほぼ前室がシングルだと思います。シングルルームの場合は部屋からの眺望はよくありません。本館でも正面側は多少開けているので海が見えるかもしれませんが、町中のホテルなので眺望を期待することは無いと思います。コロナ禍で２泊しても部屋の掃除やベットメイキングは無いということでした。タオル類や部屋着やゴミ箱は翌朝に部屋の前に出しておくと新しいものがドアノブに掛けてありました。アメニティは部屋には歯ブラシしかなく、その他の必要なものは１階のロビーに置いてあります。部屋のバスルームはトイレ一帯のユニット式で湯舟も狭いです。大浴場も本館の９階にありますが、１か所しかないので日替わりで男性が先だったり女性が先だったりです。これはちょっと不便で、初日の夕方にホテルに着いて、大浴場を使わないで食事に出て、午後９時頃に戻ったら女性の時間帯になっていて、部屋の風呂にしか入れませんでした。ちなみに朝は大浴場は使えません。大浴場と書きましたが、１０人も同時に使うと手狭になるくらいのスペースと湯舟です。サウナもありました。本館２階にはレストランがあり、朝食はここでいただきました。奄美らしいのはモズクと魚みそと鶏飯ぐらいでしたが、それ以外にも料理は多く補充等もしっかりいているので美味しくいただけました。コーヒーのベンダーが良いものでコーヒーも美味しかったです。奄美大島随一の繁華街である屋仁川（やんご）通りに面しているので食事に出掛けるのは便利でした。夕食無しのツアーはかなり割安なので、自由に地産の食事が出来るものを選ぶのも良いと思います。ホテルのレストランは昼も夜も営業していました。歩いて１分のところにローカルの１２３というコンビニがあり、港の方へ少し歩くとファミマの在りました。３分ほどでグリーンストアがあり、ここは２４時間営業のようです。その２階にはダイソーも入っています。

繁華街にも近くとても便利。 フロントの方たちも、車の管理をしてくださる方もみんな対応がいいです！ ビジネスホテルですが9階に大浴場があり、旅の疲れが癒されました。1つなので、男女時間で入れ替えなのでご注意を。 部屋は最新できれいで快適でした！
