This is a rather elegant Pousada which is managed by the Pestana Hotel chain. Checking in at Reception was painless and swift. The staff generally were pleasant and friendly. Our bedroom was on the ground floor overlooking the car park. We needed to keep the windows closed for security and the curtains closed for privacy. The bedroom was pleasantly furnished and in good condition. The bed was king size and very comfy. There was plenty of hanging space for clothing The size of the room left very little space to conveniently store suitcases. The room was equipped with a refrigerator but no mini bar. There was also a television which as far as I could tell only had Portuguese programs. I could not find any English language programs. This did not really a problem because I was staying at this hotel for a limited time and did not want to watch TV. The bathroom was en suite with both a bath and a shower. The bath was useless because it did not have a bath plug and the hotel staff were unable to find a bath plug for me. There was plenty of tepid warm water for washing. However you need to have patience to have hot water. Hot water took a lifetime before it reached our room Our bedroom must have been some distance from the boiler because other guests did not suffer the same problem. A lot of water was wasted while waiting for the hot water. This was not a good way to “Save the Planet” as instructed by a sign / notice on display in the bathroom from the hotel management. The plug in the wash hand basin did not work properly. As you will realise having a wash in this hotel was a bit of an ordeal. Buffet breakfast had lots to chose from with a choice hot and cold dishes. The Lounge bar is comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Apart from the lack of bath plugs, the hotel is in good condition and decorative order.

Siamo stati tre notti. Camera molto grande con salottino e camera separata al piano alto. Molto bella la camera e molto confortevole con ampie vetrate. Alcuni piccoli aspetti negativi: la cucina non perfettamente rifornita e la struttura in generale un po’ segnata dal tempo. La piscina non utilizzata in quanto al di sotto delle aspettative. Zona lontana dal centro ma ben collegata per spostarsi in macchina. Per raggiungere il centro abbiamo utilizzato la metro (1,5 euro ogni tratta a testa) e ci impiegavano circa 20-30 minuti.

Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Stavo qui per 3 notti alla fine di luglio per vedere Iron Maiden allo stadio nazionale. Siamo arrivati mentre il bar si chiudeva, ma il barman ci ha bevuto molto gentile. Camere confortevoli. Camera ha profumato un po' quando siamo entrati, ma dopo averla aerea, era buona. Con con funziona. Camera molto datata ma pulita, servizio di cameriera ogni giorno. Buffet buono, buono. La sera mangia la selezione di base di 3 cose diverse. Non c'è altro posto dove andare a mangiare. Abbiamo camminato nella città, che è a circa dieci minuti di distanza, e tutto è stato chiuso al 7.30pm, nessun ristorante aperto, era come una città fantasma. Solo un posto aperto era un pollo da togliere, e questo era davvero molto bello. Uber è più economico per arrivare da qualsiasi parte che un taxi, circa €11 in Lisbona. Non un hotel per le famiglie davvero tanto da fare, o dove andare. Piscina è bello. Non c'è caldo in camera, quindi se il bar e il ristorante sono chiusi, non c'è scelta di bere. Il personale è meraviglioso, molto utile e amichevole.Rimanerebbe ancora, ma solo per visitare una banda allo stadio nazionale.

L'albergo è stato recentemente ristrutturato con, tra le altre cose, la sostituzione del pavimento in moquette delle camere con del prefinito in legno, con indubbi vantaggi per la pulizia e l'igiene. Peccato che nei bagni non si sia sostituita la vasca con una doccia. Quello che manca in questa struttura è un ristorante, la cui funzione è sostituita con un servizio bar ”rinforzato”. Tutto il Personale è ”customer oriented” con un'attenzione e cura particolare verso gli ospiti della struttura.

A very nice hotel at an affordable price. Although it seems far from the action it is actually located at a very convenient locale. Avoiding the city center traffic jams, offers fast access to and from the airport and it is within walking distance (10-15') from the Lisbon Zoo, the metro station and the train station. And if you do not like public transport, a taxi ramp is conveniently situated right outside the hotel's front door. The staff is really cheerful and professional and always eager to help and offer advise. The premises are clean and well kept and the food is excellent. Prices are reasonable and affordable by the average traveler. We are a family of four and the hotel does not offer family rooms, however they did their best to secure that we get 2 adjacent rooms and provided room keys for everyone to come and go as they please. Overall a great experience and a highly recommended place to stay

Ho prenotato le mie vacanze all'Hotel Mercure, ma a causa delle restrizioni prudenti, la mia prenotazione è stata cambiata a Novotel. Ho ricevuto un buon trattamento da parte del personale di Novotel. È un hotel fantastico, una camera confortevole e spaziosa, un parcheggio grande, una posizione molto buona, vicino a una stazione di tubo e la cosa migliore - un servizio clienti molto buono. La squadra ospite ha preparato una decorazione speciale nella stanza per celebrare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Raccomando davvero Novotel Lisbon e sono sicuro che al mio prossimo viaggio a Lisbona, resterò a Novotel di nuovo.

Questo è stato un posto brillante per stare che ha grande valore per soldi, confortevole e in una posizione davvero grande proprio fuori dal centro di Lisbona. I collegamenti di trasporto erano abbondanti e devo dare 5 stelle al nostro ospite (scusate, non sono riuscito a catturare il suo nome - credo che potrebbe essere Pedro??) che era incredibilmente amichevole, professionale e ci ha fatto sentire molto benvenuti nell'edificio. Il nostro unico problema era quello di lasciare le tasche al mattino, mentre il check-in non si apriva fino alle 15:00. Ci è stato detto che potevamo fare questo a partire dalle 10:00, perché ci sarebbe stato il personale di pulizia, ma quando usiamo il buzzer alla porta anteriore non abbiamo avuto risposta. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a entrare attraverso un altro paio di soggiorni nell'edificio. Da qui un membro del personale di pulizia era felice di bloccare i bagagli in ricezione fino a che non si apriva il check-in. Solo una cosa minore in generale, ma questo processo potrebbe essere un po' meglio :) grazie per averci avuto!

La colazione era sufficiente per un business hotel, l'abbiamo usata come transito. L'igiene potrebbe essere migliore, il cestino dei rifiuti e la lampada del pulsante sopra il tavolo di lavoro apparentemente non sono puliti, dovrebbe essere un must ai tempi di Corona. Sono i dettagli che contano! Peccato anche che l'hotel non disponga di un ristorante per la cena, apparentemente tipico di un business hotel. Quindi devi cercare qualcosa da mangiare la sera. Rapporto qualità prezzo do 3,8 su 5.
