Excelente hotel, la cadena ibis no defrauda. Excelente atención de su personal, excelente ubicación, muy buen desayuno. Limpias y agradables habitaciones. Sin duda volveremos, extraordinaria experiencia en Lisboa.

Ho dato tre per un motivo semplice il personale è incompetente poco professionale, giustamente se la Direttrice cammina a testa alta senza salutare sapendo già cosa fosse successo,senza neanche chiedere scusa e cercare di rimediare come anche quella specie di assistant manager che non ha risposto al telefono nonostante le 20 chiamate giustificando che c'era confusione, premetto che siamo arrivati in hotel alle 2.30 del mattino proprio perché non hanno fornito le indicazioni giuste per arrivare all'hotel...non posso pretendere che semplici receptionist siano all'altezza proprio perché si misurano con questi personaggi.Accor hotel mi rivolgo a Voi...una bella lettera di richiamo a questi personaggi farà più che bene mi creda!!!

Di questa struttura fatiscente salvo solo la buona posizione (vicina alla fermata dell’autobus per Lisbona e a una bella zona commerciale utile in caso di necessitá) e la buona qualità del cibo servito a colazione. Il resto è da mettersi le mani nei capelli. Stanze grandi come un ditale, non molto pulite, la sala della colazione era sporca da fare schifo, con 4 addetti a guardare lo sporco e farsi gli affari loro. Personale disinteressato, disinformato e indolente, al limite della maleducazione: non sapevano dirmi Il numero dell’autobus da prendere per il centro, non parlavano bene inglese, io dicevo una cosa e loro ne capivano un altra. Da impazzire! Ho chiesto via mail se fosse attivo il servizio lavanderia, mi hanno risposto di si e che mi avrebbero dato info una volta arrivata in reception. Arrivo e? “No signora la lavanderia non è attiva nel week end”…… ed era venerdì mattina…. A Lisbona il week end inizia a discrezione dei receptionist! Mi lamento via mail tramite la piattaforma di prenotazione, cosa rispondono? “Signora lei ha chiesto la lavanderia 24h gratis, per forza le abbiamo detto di no”. Ma siamo matti? Ai limiti dell’assurdo. Se non volete rovinarvi parte della vacanza evitate come la peste questa struttura!

The good:- Our room was lovely & the bed was very comfortable. The lovely ladies Amelia & Elma were fantastic members of staff who went the extra mile for us. The bad:- The food was absolutely terrible (breakfast was just ok) & we had to send it back at dinner time. If you sit in the garden, they ask you to pay for it before you even get it! The staff were the most miserable we've ever dealt with especially on the reception desk and especially the men. From we first checked in, there was no smiles, no 'welcome to the Ibis, Portugal, we hope you enjoy your stay' and no 'Is there anything else I can help you with?' We are frequent travellers & we have never known staff to be as miserable anywhere we've been. Perhaps some top up training, would be beneficial.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Booked a stay for 4 days on my birthday week. I have been in Ibis Hotels in Lisbon before, but not in Alfragide. To my disappointment, beds were so small you had to be careful not to fall at night, bathroom seems to be made of plastic and last but not least, there was a hotel refurbishment in process, which means loads of noise early morning, dust, strong smells aaaand our window view close by a white paper. When I address this last one to the reception I was told that it was “to our privacy”. One of the days I tried to open the window to have fresh air, due the strong smell inside the room, and there was no ventilation as there was a paper closing our whole window. Oh and not to mention that cleaning staff touches guests stuff inside the room, so be careful. Luckly our lugagge with valuables was locked. I really don’t mind sharing my candies with anyone, but I feel a bit of attitude to find a box of chocolate half open, and then only the paper of candies on top of the dusty table. If you take, not a problem at all, but at least take the paper with you. Breakfast was good at least. So, in my opinion, not the best place to spend your birthday week and not the best place to stay at all. Will def choose another hotel next time.

Hotel was great for what we needed, free parking and close to the venue we needed for a show. Problems they are going through refurbishment so had to switch rooms because of noise. And needed help to understand a/c settings. No need for online check in. Still had to go through the whole process at check in. Staff friendly. Room and bathroom standard and more than ample for short stay. We were there one night.

Very poor breakfast, disappointed with the quality of it. For example it was the first time I saw in a hotel (Ibis included) open butter for everyone to share, and not individual packs, not hygienic at all. I only took breakfast the first day, so I ask for a refund which the hotel refused... nothing more to say about that. About all the rest, was okay: all staff was great, kind and professional and the room clean and bed very comfortable.

The room is clean. It is big. Big bathroom with everything, at least for me. The only bad thing about the hotel is location. Quite far from any center. The worst frozen pizza I have ever tasted. Don’t eat just drink. The staff is excellent and friendly.

The hotel smells and even our room smelt like a wet dog. And it was 2 single beds we slept in and the duvet cover smelt sour instead of fresh. And my mattress if one call it that kept on sliding of the bed base. There was only one pillow on each bed instead of 2 each .

I had a clean and fresh room, it looked like new to me. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and healthy, The service was prompt and the desk clerks were helpful and kind. I enjoyed sitting out on the terrace with my colleagues. The hotel lies in a green and pleasant area, off the beaten track.
