Attenzione dei dipendenti è incredibile, molto buono, a Un funzionario, balconista, la signora Emilia, super professionista , lei e i suoi colleghi e la cena eccellente, le cuoche note 10. Prezzi accessibili, sia la dieta come i prezzi del soggiorno.

This is a rather elegant Pousada which is managed by the Pestana Hotel chain. Checking in at Reception was painless and swift. The staff generally were pleasant and friendly. Our bedroom was on the ground floor overlooking the car park. We needed to keep the windows closed for security and the curtains closed for privacy. The bedroom was pleasantly furnished and in good condition. The bed was king size and very comfy. There was plenty of hanging space for clothing The size of the room left very little space to conveniently store suitcases. The room was equipped with a refrigerator but no mini bar. There was also a television which as far as I could tell only had Portuguese programs. I could not find any English language programs. This did not really a problem because I was staying at this hotel for a limited time and did not want to watch TV. The bathroom was en suite with both a bath and a shower. The bath was useless because it did not have a bath plug and the hotel staff were unable to find a bath plug for me. There was plenty of tepid warm water for washing. However you need to have patience to have hot water. Hot water took a lifetime before it reached our room Our bedroom must have been some distance from the boiler because other guests did not suffer the same problem. A lot of water was wasted while waiting for the hot water. This was not a good way to “Save the Planet” as instructed by a sign / notice on display in the bathroom from the hotel management. The plug in the wash hand basin did not work properly. As you will realise having a wash in this hotel was a bit of an ordeal. Buffet breakfast had lots to chose from with a choice hot and cold dishes. The Lounge bar is comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Apart from the lack of bath plugs, the hotel is in good condition and decorative order.

Siamo stati tre notti. Camera molto grande con salottino e camera separata al piano alto. Molto bella la camera e molto confortevole con ampie vetrate. Alcuni piccoli aspetti negativi: la cucina non perfettamente rifornita e la struttura in generale un po’ segnata dal tempo. La piscina non utilizzata in quanto al di sotto delle aspettative. Zona lontana dal centro ma ben collegata per spostarsi in macchina. Per raggiungere il centro abbiamo utilizzato la metro (1,5 euro ogni tratta a testa) e ci impiegavano circa 20-30 minuti.

Stavo qui per 3 notti alla fine di luglio per vedere Iron Maiden allo stadio nazionale. Siamo arrivati mentre il bar si chiudeva, ma il barman ci ha bevuto molto gentile. Camere confortevoli. Camera ha profumato un po' quando siamo entrati, ma dopo averla aerea, era buona. Con con funziona. Camera molto datata ma pulita, servizio di cameriera ogni giorno. Buffet buono, buono. La sera mangia la selezione di base di 3 cose diverse. Non c'è altro posto dove andare a mangiare. Abbiamo camminato nella città, che è a circa dieci minuti di distanza, e tutto è stato chiuso al 7.30pm, nessun ristorante aperto, era come una città fantasma. Solo un posto aperto era un pollo da togliere, e questo era davvero molto bello. Uber è più economico per arrivare da qualsiasi parte che un taxi, circa €11 in Lisbona. Non un hotel per le famiglie davvero tanto da fare, o dove andare. Piscina è bello. Non c'è caldo in camera, quindi se il bar e il ristorante sono chiusi, non c'è scelta di bere. Il personale è meraviglioso, molto utile e amichevole.Rimanerebbe ancora, ma solo per visitare una banda allo stadio nazionale.

The hotel is very nice and new looking. Very clean. Andre is so helpful at the front desk as are all of the staff. Loved it here. But for a long stay I would want more amenities but for the price and 2 nights, it was perfect. Lidl Grocery store across the street.

A very nice hotel at an affordable price. Although it seems far from the action it is actually located at a very convenient locale. Avoiding the city center traffic jams, offers fast access to and from the airport and it is within walking distance (10-15') from the Lisbon Zoo, the metro station and the train station. And if you do not like public transport, a taxi ramp is conveniently situated right outside the hotel's front door. The staff is really cheerful and professional and always eager to help and offer advise. The premises are clean and well kept and the food is excellent. Prices are reasonable and affordable by the average traveler. We are a family of four and the hotel does not offer family rooms, however they did their best to secure that we get 2 adjacent rooms and provided room keys for everyone to come and go as they please. Overall a great experience and a highly recommended place to stay

Ho prenotato le mie vacanze all'Hotel Mercure, ma a causa delle restrizioni prudenti, la mia prenotazione è stata cambiata a Novotel. Ho ricevuto un buon trattamento da parte del personale di Novotel. È un hotel fantastico, una camera confortevole e spaziosa, un parcheggio grande, una posizione molto buona, vicino a una stazione di tubo e la cosa migliore - un servizio clienti molto buono. La squadra ospite ha preparato una decorazione speciale nella stanza per celebrare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Raccomando davvero Novotel Lisbon e sono sicuro che al mio prossimo viaggio a Lisbona, resterò a Novotel di nuovo.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nell'hotel, comodo da raggiungere in auto e con parcheggio sottostante la struttura. Ambienti puliti, camera spaziosa e funzionale. Ottima e varia la colazione a buffet. Devo fare comunque un appunto: arrivati in camera il primo giorno abbiamo trovato la cassafortina non funzionante perché senza pile; chiamiamo la reception e viene da noi una ragazza che ci informa che, mancando l'addetto alla manutenzione, non erano in grado di fornirci pile nuove e di aspettare il suo ritorno la mattina successiva. Di conseguenza, siamo stati costretti a girare il primo giorno per Lisbona portandoci dietro chiavi, soldi, documenti ecc. perché in hotel non si sono trovate delle pile o non si è trovata una soluzione per gestire il disguido. Pazzesco per un hotel a 4 stelle.

Eravamo molto a nostro agio. Il personale è molto cordiale e attento. La colazione è molto buona e completa. Vicino al centro e alla spiaggia. È possibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Letti molto comodi.

We stayed there in September, for 6 days, as we had our wedding in costa caparica. We had a happy week in Portugal, but the quality of the service in the hotel was poor. The building itself is clean, and has a kind of desing, thats a plus. But the staff was not kind or nice at all. We literally felt bad whenever we went to the reception to discuss something (basic things, like reserving a table etc). They looked pretty grumpy and when we approached them, we felt uncomfortable, they just wanted to get rid of us. Applies for the Reception and the breakfast and bar staff. Only the cleaning ladies were nice and smiling. It was pretty difficult to order or ask in English durint launch or breakfast. Our parents arrived one day later, around 1 am in the morning, after a 14hours trip, and after check-in we had to do all the paying in this late hour, even though we asked and promised that we will come down first thing in the morning to pay, as they are exteremely exhausted after the trip. They didnt care at all. At other hotels we always paid upon leaving but even if they want to make sure and have it in advance, i truly believe they should be more emphatic and not keeping exhasuted people at the front desk for an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night. My father has diabetes and high hart rate, he was really suffering after this trip and just wanted to go to bed. All the parents are above 65, it was unpleasent welcome. At this hotel you have to book the breakfast table in advance, doesnt matter how late you arrived,and even if this is the last thing you want to do on your holiday, to follow a schedule. When we ate at the bar, it took literally an hour to get some snack. The 3person room is not really a 3 person room, it is a normal room with an extra bed which is only suitable for smaller children. (It is not like a must, but a good indicator: we had our wedding there, walking out from the hotel, and no one from the staff had a kind word - even all the flight attandendts were nices that anyone in the hotel.) We choose the hotel as it is close to the beach by car, so it fulfilled the purpose, but we would not go back. For the price you can get better.
