Hotel Villa de Alquézar

Location location location! Astounding town above a gorge in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The hotel has old beds and stiff pillows but is otherwise like no other. The whole place has a medieval feel. The staff were very helpful. The pool is the best we’ve come across in all of Spain. A beautiful experience.

Had a great room with balcony and a panoramic view. Old town ambiance was very relaxing and location in town center very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and canyoning. Lots of stairs, but there is an elevator, except no access to it at the front desk.

Good room and a lovely pool. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent value. Tricky to locate and one of the staff was a bit unfriendly - seemed insulted that I could not understand her French directions. Other staff were friendly. Good breakfast.

Arriving in villa alquezar was difficult due to road works. Receptionist was very helpfull. Airco did not work. Owner found this not a problem: you can sleep with open window!!! The noise of clock tower was not her problel, but mine!!!!!! Mini bar also not functioning although four times asked for repair!!!! Location of the hotel is ok but managers are bad! Never again.

The hotel is right in the centre of this beautiful, medieval town. Rooms are attractive and the staff are very pleasant. The highlight is breakfast - fresh fruit, yoghurt, honey, jams, cheese, cold meat, a variety of delicious cakes, fresh orange juice and coffee, all presided over by a charming restaurant manager.

Une perle dans son écrin... Tout est parfait l'accueil, le service, le site, la literie, la piscine, la quiétude, un petit déjeuner plus que raisonnable ... Situé en plein coeur du village, un établissement incontournable avec un super rapport qualité prix.

De passage pour une journée. Joli village a visiter absolument apres parcours sur de belles passerelles.Nous avons passé un superbe séjour accueil sympathique. Chambre magnifique et petit déjeuner extra.tout était parfait.a recommander

Hotel maravilloso, solo empezar ya puedo decir que cuando volvamos no dudaremos en alojarnos de nuevo en el. Entre clásico y moderno a la vez. Habitación muy amplia y bonita, con una terraza con unas vistas espectaculares (Hab. Doble Superior con terraza). El desayuno simplemente exquisito, con productos de la zona, embutidos, aceites, bolleria, zumo de naranja exprimido natural, etc... Nos atendio a la llegada un hombre (fallamos en no preguntar por su nombre), encantador, simpatico, y siempre dispuesto a explicarnos que hacer, donde ir... La verdad que se agradece esta proximidad, ya que te hace sentir como en casa. Gracias por todo, y hasta pronto.

El hotel es muy bonito, pero la calefacción brilla por su ausencia. Estamos en pleno invierno y no es normal que la mantengan apagada. La televisión, muy pequeña, casi no podíamos ver lo que hacían. El spa carísimo por lo pequeñito que es. Lo mejor de todo, el desayuno y la amabilidad del personal.
