Grande posizione. Wi-Fi rapido. Personale da pranzo amichevole e utile. Camera pulita grande con vista sul fiume (non tutte le camere hanno vista sul fiume). Camera confortevole e abbondante con buone cuscinetti di qualità. Custodia, frigorifero e microonde nella stanza. Solo al lato inferiore è stato colazione! Non è noto per nessuno dei rulli di canapa di ciambelle di ciambelle (una delle ragioni per cui vado a ciambelle per essere onesti). Mi è stato detto da un altro ospite che erano fuori. Ho fatto un piano B e ho cercato di usare la macchina del pancake per fare pancake. Il mio marito voleva una torta di avena, ma il pozzo era vuoto e pulito come se non fosse mai stato fatto. Quando usciamo dalla zona del colazione, il partecipante si è presentato. Confirmò che erano usciti dai rulli di canapa dal giorno precedente e mi chiese se volessi prendere una fine della macchina del pancake e lui prenderebbe l'altra e potremmo gettarla nel fiume. 😱 Ho portato il colazione “irregolarità” all’attenzione del personale del desk front. Ha scusato e immediatamente ha preso $20 dalla mia fattura che apprezzo. Ha cercato di correggere la situazione il meglio possibile. È questo che un business dovrebbe fare!
