This hotel is fabulous. We were two families staying for a weeks ski holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The rooms are clean. We would have liked a bit more storage. The outdoor heated pool on the top floor is a real treat. This is a family friendly hotel with a kids playroom (geared towards younger kids). Looking forward to returning.

We booked the hotel because of the spa - the infinity pool is amazing. The hotel is described as boutique hotel, not rated by stars but considering the price it is between 4.5-5 , so we expected adequate service. According to ***********, the hotel is 50 m from the slopes - actually from a baby lift, to go skiing you need to take a bus - the station is next to the hotel. Our room was smallish but elegant, however there was no fridge, no tea maker( as stated in description on ***********) and no toiletries - but for cheap shower gel in dispenser. Breakfast ok - starting officially at 7.30, but eggs available only 20 minutes later. Dinner - meat dishes very good,first courses always fancily arranged,but often lacking taste. As for the service - yes,they do ask after every course how it was, but it felt it was something they were taught to do and were not really interested in your answer.

This is a small family-run hotel with exceptional staff and service. They are helpful with everything from ordering dinner (making sure they have enough) to recommending what to do. The restaurant staff and reception staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. The pool is actually outside (heated) so it’s really something special.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans ce bel hôtel idéalement situé dans le joli village d’Alpbach. Notre chambre avait une vue absolument splendide, la chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Nous regrettons juste qu’il n’y avait qu’un seul fauteuil, car nous aimons bien nous installer pour lire ailleurs que dans notre lit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée qui était très agréable après une randonnée. La nourriture servie était de haute qualité avec une présentation très soignée. Par contre, nous avons trouvé le service un peu désorganisé selon les soirs. Nous n’avons également pas trouvé le coin bar très chaleureux. Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour de détente et c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions !

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, modern, aber trotzdem traditionell. Essen ist gourmetmässig, sehr schön angerichtet. Spa haben wie nie besucht, weil es immer zuviele Leute hatte. die Garage ist im Preis inbegriffen. Bars und andere Restaurants sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen

Angekündigter Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war nicht verfügbar. Zum Essen waren wir in einem Kabuff ohne Tageslicht untergebracht, die örtlichen Gegebenheiten sind leider so, aber wir hätten gerne die Aussicht und das schöne Wetter genossen. Unseren Spa Gutschein konnten wir auf Grund Mindest-Buchung von 50,00 nicht einlösen (49,00), hätte man bei der Buchung auch sagen können. Masseure vertritt seine Meinung zu Corona bei der Massage sehr vehement, ist in dem Kontext nicht angebracht. Aber Essen sehr gut, Pool sehr schön, sauber, Personal freundlich.

Wir haben tolle Tage im Hotel Alpbach verbracht. Das Zimmer ist modern, und auch der Wellness Bereich mit beheiztem Aussenpool hat uns gut gefallen. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt. Überhaupt haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀👍Coni und Peter aus Bern

Wir waren für 5 Tage bei der Alpbacherin und würden von A-Z verwöhnt. Die Zimmer sie sind sehr schön und grosszügig ausgebaut und haben Betten für einen gesunden und langen Schlaf. Bei nicht so tollem Wetter steht eine gute SPA Landschaft zu Verfügung. Das Essen und die Gastfreundschaft sind kaum zu übertreffen...... Danke vielmals Lisa und Team Wir kommen wieder.......

Das Hotel ist neu, top ausgestattet und stilvoll in allen Belangen. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und flink. Liegt wohl an der „Altbacherin“, die mit Herzlichkeit und gutem Beispiel vorlebt, was wir echt spürten und schätzten. Was auf dem Teller serviert wurde, kommt einer Gaumen-Symphonie nahe und begeistert auch das Auge. Einfach lecker, und das an allen 5 Tagen! Der Wellnesbereich ist superangenehm, das Schwimmbad sprengt alle Erwartungen und auch für Fitness gibt’s tolle „Foltergeräte“ 🤩 Die Tiefgarage ist grosszügig ausgelegt und im Preis inbegriffen. Wir sind wunschlos glücklich, danken herzlich für den erholsamen Aufenthalt, empfehlen dieses Hotel und seine ganze Entourage wärmstens und kommen gerne wieder 😍
