Non hanno una sedia a rotelle ma menzionano le persone con disabilità. Internet abbastanza lento. Ma nel complesso, non male! Zona molto strategica. Distanza a piedi per il cibo

Friendly staff, nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Parking provide, and this hotel are located..Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again😊

Mountain view room and just enjoy staying for my last night before back to reality, thank you for the best service ever from the front office staff, room service staff, till kitchen and restaurant staff also very good and welcoming us.

Need to improve the facilities, no hot water, noisy air conditioner and slanted bathroom shelves. The others are ok.

Late check in but staff still give warm greating and welcoming. Offer to take picture and play with my kid. Unfortunately when i want to check in reception ask me either i still want to check in or cancel it because hotel got issue with hot water. That sound like really crazy because we arrived already late and like really difficult to find another hotel. Should be call me earlier or email me.

Countless visible dirt can be seen along walkway, lift waiting area, walkway to carpark and even room carpet. And was very unlucky, get a room with some "leftover" in the toilet bowl. Disgusting!

Everything was good. But if i can give a suggestion for improvement, i like it if the toilet has a lock and full sandblasted glass door. It's quite disturbing having a shower for a mom with kids 😂. The rest was awesome.

The room is clean but the front desk must be friendly and smile.
